They have provided our Non-Profit with a new website and have done the online marketing and social media for our organization for several years. Everyone is so polite and helpful. They also help us purchase reduced cost non-profit software through sources such as TechSoup. This has really helped in maintaining our IT budget. TkFast goes above and beyond to make sure all our IT needs are met. We recently built a new office and they took care of all our IT equipment including speakers, shades, computers, printers, etc!

They are ok. Not fantastic just ok. My company uses them and they are slow to respond to emails. It shouldnt take 1.5 days to respond to an IT support request. Half of the time they only half fix the problem and I end up fixing it the correct way myself. Id explore other companies before hiring these guys.
