Technician was at the house 5 minutes early which I greatly appreciated. Ricky was polite and let me know each step of the process and was willing to answer any of the questions I had for him. I will be using them for quarterly pest control services. Highly recommend

They responded to my call really fast. Did a good job treating the place, but the price for this service, while probably standard, is a little high in my opinion. One of the owners came over for my initial inspection and he was very nice and professional. I dont love the little green containers in the ground everywhere... But I like them better than termites.

After using this company for years because of squirrels getting in the attic; though they did get us scheduled quickly, plus a second time because of the squirrels not being able to get out... their solution was to remove a piece of metal mesh I installed on the outside. Now their dead and want to charge additional fee for removal.Highly suggest purchasing your own steel wool, (inexpensive at Atwoods) and poison, hire a local teen. The 30 to 45 minutes is definitely not worth a $170 bill.

She was professional, friendly and a delight to shop with, as I was uncertain of the items I needed. She was able to explain the usages and was very knowledgeable of the issue we were having and the items we needed. As we are on a fixed income, she told me ways to save money while using their items. Had a gentleman come out to give me a bid for termites.. very very unprofessional, showed up 15 minutes late , cigarette in his mouth .. never once did he put the cig out .. was at my property for no less then 5 minutes , walked around and eyeballed my property without measuring anything at all, and gave me an off the wall quote he just came up with in his head... i laughed and told him to leave. I had another local company come by for the same bid and they actually showed up on time and measured the property and gave me a fair price that he didnt just pull out of his butt ... .. service left a bad taste in my mouth and ill never recommend this company

We were making payments to satisfy small balance owed with communication and they sent us to collections during a pandemic.

I called to get information about services, and the lady that answered was too busy with other things going on around her to help me. She was repeating questions to me because she was not listening to my responses. I straight up told her it sounded like she was too busy to take care of me, maybe I would call back later. Not sure I will though!

Am new to the area and Was shopping around for pest control, to many negative reviews for me to consider using .. was also brought to my attention the owners criminal history , after further research Ive decided to shop elsewhere .i just wouldnt feel comfortable using this company

I tried unsuccessfully to schedule Shoops Termite to spray my house for ants over the last 2 weeks. The first time I was contacted 2 hours after the scheduled appointment stating they were enroute to my address to spray. I stated I had to reschedule the appointment to Monday May 11th at 0800 hours. Low and behold on monday at 0800 hours once again no one showed up. I called to check with Shoops at 10 am and was asked for my name, address etc and what time was my appointment for. I gave them my name and address and was then told that they must have contacted the wrong Tedford in regards to the appointment. I dont know if they are having computer problems but in my opinion I would consider this as a data entry problem as the person actually making the appointments not entering them in correctly. I will say that I have used them at my current address and the 2 previous addresses that were my residences for the last 20 years with no problems. Its sad when you try to support local businesses and have to resort to using another service based on unreliability.

They will help you anyway that they can with you past control needs. Did a wonderful job about getting rid of carpenter ants from my huge pecan trees and my house, without hurting the baby birds in the tree. Very knowledgeable, very pleasant people.

Had a bedbug treatment 4-5 months ago that went terrible . According to the gentlemen with the depart of agriculture , the technician did not properly apply the nuvan strip he used and in his words the technician was extremely negligent I had heard great things about this company but after my experience I consider those highly over rated reviews... I got very sick due to the techs laziness or inexperience .. if anyone other then david shoop comes and does a service for you I would turn them away .. 2500 dollars later and after another company came out the issue was resolved

So disappointed. Had signs of active termites and were told they would check the cans every three months until no activity seen. They have never done this without us calling several times and asking when. Hubby was told once when he called they didnt really have to do it that often even the guy who had been out the last time explained the importance of them checking that often. They didnt even show for our last check. DO NOT use if you dont live in WF as the answer is always we have to see when the guy will be in Iowa Park. Highly overrated customer service!As an addendum to my post above, guess they didnt like it as, when we got home today, all their cans in the ground had been pulled up, leaving the holes open. Had just gotten our renewal that said due in November so guess they are not even honoring the contract we had with them. Really?!?

I had great service for over 3 years. My lawn got sprayed, my front door as well as my patio. suddenly they only sprayed my patio and told me Ive never had the servicei mention in the past years. Sure, I fantasize man with a pressure washer in my back yard on a regular basis...🤔 They told my husband where and what they sprayed but they didnt. I was at home!! Never ever again!

Had a tech come out to spray several weeks ago . I was pleased with the customer service he brought to the table . My only complaint was the lack of knowledge of the chemical he was placing in and around my home , Ive owned pest control companies in the san Antonio area for years so I understood that I would be a little bit more of a difficult customer . My main issue however was with the uniform the tech wore, short sleeve cotton t shirts .. I explained to the tech how dangerous that was and that every chemical he sprays is just going to absorb into his shirt and into his skin, if you cant trust a technician to keep himself safe how can I trust him to keep me and my family safe?I tried shoops because they were listed as texomas best.. I will be trying big Johns next until i come to a conclusion on exactly which company in town Id like to use

I was their customer for nearly two years. I was content with their service until their one horrible mistake which I simply cannot overlook. Despite my prompt payment, they turned my account over to collections. After being harassed by collections a handful of times (both via phone calls and letters in the mail), they finally realized their mistake and marked my file as “paid.” However, the fact remains: I was treated horribly by the collections agency. I will be taking my business elsewhere from here on out.

Amazing customer service. They took care of all my needs, the fungus growing in my yard the weeds in my yard and even the roaches, fleas, and mice that were in my house. Highly recommended. Will use them again.

They have really reasonable prices! I had bagworms in my tree and it was less than $100 for them to come out and spay. And the bagworms are gone! Petty impressive pricing - but smart too because i can afford to use them when I need to!! Fast as well - got out there the next day.
