We had Elliott Tree to our new house in 2019 to take down over 20 trees. At least 4 needed to be craned up and over the house and all of the trees were very tall. They did a great job and were in and out in two days. They cleaned up after themselves and were respectful of the property. We will definitely be asking them back when we take down more.

Nate showed up on time for the estimate. Christie verified the work via call, text and email. They arrived on the date at 7:29am with (4) large heavy duty pieces of equipment and (5) men, took down a big 120 year old twin red oak next to my house, laid lawn protection down, ground down the massive stump, hauled every log & wood chip away. It looks like aliens came down and plucked an 8 ton tree out of the ground. I highly recommend this company.

Not the cheapest but very professional and helpful and respectful and fast. Did a great job on my trees and the cleanup was awesome! You get what you pay for!

Elliott Tree is fantastic! Nate (the owner) is very knowledgeable about trees so right from the get go I learned a lot about the trees in my yard and Nate gave me some great suggestions on taking care of them and what to look out for in terms of dead trees, ants, etc. It was really sound advice and I loved learning so much. They were really fair and explanatory in their quote. Christine at their office is very pleasant to speak with and helpful when we set up a time to meet for the quote and then a time to take down the dead tree in the yard.They came yesterday and Im telling you they are a well oiled machine. The guys were very friendly and professional. My two year old son was with me and he was in awe but also kind of scared of all the machines. They were super nice and friendly to us so he got bolder as they continued to be there and by the end he was sad to see them leave. They took down a huge dead tree that I had. It was in a very awkward spot to get and they had to drive on the lawn but if you came by today you wouldnt know that they had been there yesterday (well unless you noticed the tree gone!) because they were really meticulous in their clean up. I mean they came in, took down the tree like pros, put down boards to protect the grass, re-fluffed the grass, did a leaf blower, the whole nine yards. At some point I wanted to be like guys its clean enough dont worry about that! I was really, really, impressed. I have another tree that is on the edge of being dead and will need to be taken down and Elliott is 100% worth every penny, they did a terrific job for a very reasonable price. Thanks Elliott tree!

The quality of the work and the affordability of there pricing is fantastic but their customer service goes above and beyond. My 4 year old was concerned when she saw the trucks driving over her chalked hopscotch on her way to school and they took the time after they cleaned up to draw it back in for her. Such a sweet gesture and example of just caring.

Okay so we had bad later winter storm and had a few trees come down. Lets just say they were above my paygrade. I am a homeowner that has a medium sized chainsaw and will do work if I need to. But this was too much for me. We later discovered that a maple tree was in danger of coming down after much deliberation and thought we decided to have some quote surgery done in our yard. These guys are true professionals from the estimator to office staff and the jobs foremen. I honestly can say I have never seen a group of contractors work so well together. These guys are the ultimate definition of do your job. If you guys can believe it, they have been out there double time since the big storms in March and is now nearly July. We had a very large tree fall on our house during a recent storm and needed it removed ASAP for safety reasons. Elliott Tree was quick to respond, arrived when they said they would, and removed the tree efficiently without any further damage. They are very professional and I would highly recommend them.

From the arborist, Christie Smith, to Mark and his crew, I extremely happy with the quality of service and reasonable pricing. I had a tricky logistical situation due to my own septic location and that of my next-door neighbor, but Mark managed to get the crane and everything else in place quickly. Just had elliot tree take down a giant pine tree in my yard. It is not possible to say enough good things about the crew and thier excellent work. It seemed they all had great attitudes and worked together to do a excellent job. They got the job done and the cleanup after was over the top. Called for an estimate on Monday, said they would be out on Tuesday after finishing plowing on Monday. Totally acceptable, but a week later and they never showed up or called for when they would be out to do the estimate. First impression is everything!
