We rented a house on Flathead for a corporate retreat. During our 2 week stay our company website was compromised, causing 2 of our connected pcs to become infected with ransomware that locked and encrypted all of our files. These guys saved my life and my website. Our wordpress business site was compromised and started displaying malicious malware ads. I really cant say enough good things about Brendan from Tech Operative. I came to him after the Best Buy Geek Squad charged me $663 to colossally screw up my MacBook as well as my home business network. Honestly, after this Geek Squad debacle I had lost all faith in the IT business. That was until I found Brendan and Tech Operative. Brendan not only unscrewed the disaster Geek Squad caused he also fixed my iPhone, printer, and our copy machine. My husband and I were so impressed we hired him to rebuild our social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) Several years ago I hired a firm out of LA to build and maintain our social media presence but the only thing we ever seemed to get out of them were bills and confusing invoices.
