We purchased two pride scooters from Glenn at the abilities Expo in Edison New Jersey May 5, 2019. The sales and sales follow up were excellent. We also purchased an extra battery which was delivered by Dominic from the Clark New Jersey location. He delivered the battery within two days to our home. Again excellent service.Slightly less than two years later, I was having a problem with one of the scooters and did not know what it was. The scooters were warrantied for two years. I took a video of the display showing the lights and the audible beeps that were associated with the display. Since this is our first experience with scooters, we did not know what the problem was. So I sent the video to Michelle at the White Plains location asking her what we should do. She suggested that we contact Dominic in the Clark, New Jersey office for repair and service. I called Domenic and spoke to him and forwarded the video to him as well. He said he was going to take a look at it and get in touch with pride to determine what needs to happen. He also said he would call me right back once he knows how to proceed. I did a follow up call with Glenn at the White Plains location with some questions about batteries and the operation of the scooter since we did not get manuals for the batteries. Glenn never called me back and Dominic also never called me back. Do not ignore your customers. Receiving service from the sales office must exist. It did not in this case. Very disappointed in the way this was handled or not handled I should say. Fortunately I was able to find a repairman in Jackson, New Jersey who took care of everything for us within 24 hours. Something I would’ve expected the sales office is to take care of but they did not. The key to sales is having a successful service department. 101 mobility does not have a decent service department. Take this into account when purchasing from these people.

What a wonderful company to deal with. I had an emergency and need a lift chair the same day. They delivered within in 4 1/2 hours of my phone call to them. It is a great chair that does everything I needed for my husband. Their delivery people were courteous and explained how the chair operated perfectly. I would highly recommend this company.

I made 2 trips to check out lift chairs since I had double knee replace 5 years ago I have found it very uncomfortable to sleep in my bed and I Ben sleeping in my old lift chair it was a old 2 positions lift an I wanted something better I have check out a lot of websites but was afraid to buy one off of a website I wanted to put my back side into a chair an see how it feels .Furniture stores lift chairs are made all right but not to be use like I do I use it to sit in an to sleep in the structure is not like that of a medical lift chair I found one that was just what I needed a 3 positions with twilight positioning which is great to sleep in its made by golden model pr 405 a really great lift chair .101 mobility staff was very good to work with me they had a large selection of chairs an were very knowledgeable an very friendly they took the time with me and did not rush me .If you buy off of a website an you dont like it it can cost you a ton of money to send it back Amazon will charge you like 250 dollars to ship it back over 200 dollars for stocking fee so I wanted to put my butt in the chair an really get the feel for it i look for over 2 months to find an read all the reviews that I could find but when it comes down to it everybodys body is different so take the trip to 101 mobility an you well be happy you did I will be back next month for my scooter see you again

I couldnt have been more pleased with the experience of shopping and purchasing a recliner chair from 101 Mobility that my primary care doctor recommended. I didnt know that there were different size recliners for different size people. So, It was helpful to go to their showroom and try the various chairs. One of the floor models happened to be on sale and it seemed perfect for our needs and they were able to install it the very next day. Consider me a satisfied customer!
