One of the ladies working here was speaking w/ a potential customer. I was checking out a few watches and the customer moved away in a friendly manner to create a bit of room for me. I asked the lady if possible to check out one of the watches and she said: “no, you gotta wait” and kept speaking w/ the other potential customer about someone she knows who’s really into watches. The customer said: “hey, why don’t you show him the watch?” and the lady responded that he’ll have to wait. Another staff probably saw what happened and came up to show me the watch so I could try it on. I believe the other staff’s name was Janet—super friendly. The other one, however, is super disrespectful—for that reason, I won’t be returning nor buying anything from this store.

Service has gone down substantially and the security guard thinks he is guarding a group of leprechauns’ pot of gold.I get that Covid caused manufacturing to be at an all time low — but whom is going to buy a watch when there is two Rolex pieces in the display? The one woman that helped me (short brown hair) was nice, but you can tell they are desperate to sell what stock they have.I suggest Tourneau stepping their inventory game up as Watches of Switzerland in NYC is. Significantly nicer place with an immense selection and the competitors like an actual Rolex store.Bought a Cartier from them a long time ago, and sometimes browse, their stock is very tasteless and seldom filled.

I had a great experience at Touraeu White Plains. I just bought a Tudor Black Bay 58 and Dominique was amazing, so professional and very personable. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer, and a large part of that is the excellent service I experienced.

My wife and I had an amazing experience here this past Sunday with Jeremy. Being new to luxury watches, Jeremy took the time to take me around the store and explained each brand and their heritage one by one. I tried on maybe a dozen watches and found one that was a great fit for me. My wife even had a good time! I look forward to my next watch purchase at Tourneau and couldn’t recommend them more!

Was interested in trading in a Rolex for another Rolex.They took my watch in the back and disassembled the bracelet, then came back with the bracelet on the wrong way. Then told me they would take my name and number down to get a price for my trade in.Never heard back. Very unprofessional, and like I said, amateurs. Go to a real AD

Ive been doing business with Tourneau for the past 5 years and this location are among 2 that I know I can trust for my timepieces and future purchases!Jeremy and Pablo have been very accommodating of my needs. They both took the time to help me get the piece Ive been searching for. When it came for time of purchase, everything was done professionally and courteously. Even on the days where I just stopped by to talk and see the inventory, I knew I was amongst people who shared the same enthusiasm I have with watches. I look forward to doing business with them again.

Horrible customer service, very rude staff that have no business being in the watch industry! It was an absolute disgrace how rude the staff was, I left while waiting to speak to a manager because the sales person was so rude. It was a Friday staff member. I have been there other days with other staff members that was an absolute delight. Specially Ashley, she was very polite, engaging and loved talking watches. The Friday staff was the polar opposite, rude, not engaging and acting like they’re doing you a favor. Bottom line, don’t go on a Friday!

This place is the worst,I purchased a Tudor chrono from them and had to return it a day later because the stop watch function did not work,The manager Ignacio took the watch back and promised to replace it.Four months later I am still without the watch or a replacement ignacio’s explanation was that I may not get the watch back,Tudor does what they want he was very arrogant he should not be in customer service I definitely think this place is supplying the black market.

Amazing staff that works as a team. Have bought 3 watches so far and they have helped me build a cohesive collection. All members of staff even those who werent my sales associate have been helpful and kind even when I am just browsing.

Customer service is non-existent. Horrible. Literally. You can call them, email them and they will tell you what you want to hear on the phone, but there will be no follow ups.Ive found the only way I can get a glimpse of service is to complain to the head quarters. They are happy to sell you Tourneou warranty and extra services, but good luck.Cant say if its a Tourneau culture or just this store, but I know better to stay away from Tourneau altogether.

The most unfortunate Rolex AD for genuine Rolex end users is Tourneau. If Im the Rolex regional representative and would have the authority i would recommend the Rolex USA to revoke the stores dealership. I have no issue with any of the sales people who work there for livelihood. The whole issue with me is how Tourneau operates. They pretty much opened the gates for the Grey Market. Ok the evidence is here. Grey sellers make a bee line morning before the store opens like a black Friday. They are aware pretty much when the shipment arrives. They come and grab the desirable Rolex models and sell to grey market. Same guys visit the store multiple times a day and week. Now the whole point is what a end user who have a job Mon to Friday 8 to 5 would like to buy a Rolex from these stores ? Its pretty much impossible. The time you call the store and drive there it is disappeared. You will be welcomed with unsold datejust models. If a store cannot take a waiting list , cannot hold the watch and maintain customer relation to reserve the watch to unique clients then they pretty much open grey market. Please think if my argument is valid or not. Im not trying to teach how they should operate or do business or go against Rolex policies. But like to know do they dont have a minimum responsibility not to encourage grey sellers ? But im willing to hear the answer from owner. Can he/she tell confidently that this store is not a heaven for grey sellers ? If not let he/she tell us how it is not ? Do any body understand the concern i raised here.........!!!

I have purchased two Rolex watches here. Both experiences were first class. Dominque is particularly exceptional - she is professional, knowledgeable, and responsive.

Be careful when you purchase any watch from this store! I bought a rolex and a week later I got problems with the mechanism. Stay away!

Very good watches. Terrible customer service! 4 months of service for one watch! When they tell you 4 to 6 weeks and its not ready yet !? They tell you to call for the status of the service and they never answer or return the call! Extremely lousy service!

Wacked out security guard said the store was at capacity with one shopper inside, I could see various staff inside lint rollering themselves. I had 5 watches to have batteries replaced and a few odds and ends. This guy was such a duche that we left and took our business to krutolow jewelers in Danbury, better service at less than half the price. I will no longer give Tourneau my business and i will let everyone know.

I’m going there to buy a 7+ thousand dollar watch and they make you wait 2 hours before letting you in. They will not be getting my business

I bought 3 watches in this store they told me I can order a rolex submariner and was excited because the told me they will call me...that was on June 2019 am.still waiting...

This location has an excellent staff. The sales, security and service of this store are very friendly and professional. I have been a fully satisfied customer for 3 watch purchases. I even had a manufacturer defect with a new Tudor and Pablo took care of my issue no questions asked . Jose is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the watches he sells. I walked in behind another customer who was given red carpet treatment, offered beverages and greeted in a professional manner. Employees acted like I didnt exist, except for staring at me like I was going to do something wrong. Im sorry I dont look up to your standards, Ill shop for an Omega watch elsewhere.

I went for battery change. Bang. 6 people running jobless, but no one to change battery. They told me to go pick up my wifes watch after 3 days. Bang. Phone call that technician didnt show up, good is they call at least. So after 6days I finally pick it up. Call befor you go there, save time.

Came here to get links taken out of my watch? Was told it would take an hour said can I leave it and come get it later in the evening. The salesman said that was fine. I come back in the evening and it wasnt done. The person who does it left for the day no explanation nothing. The sales personnel didnt know why. Complete waste of my time not to mention I had to pay for parking each time.

BEWARE of their deceiving, fraudulent policies! Tried to return an expensive watch two days after the purchase just to find out they dont accept returns (just exchanges and store credit). The salesperson yelled at me saying it is written all over the store! , so I looked around trying to find it and it was nowhere to be seen. She pointed at the little note next to the corner where nobody could see it. I googled the companys name and there are tons of similar complaints from other customers. You would never expect such a shameless, immoral practice from a big, old company like this. AVOID THIS PLACE at all costs!!!
