Extremely terrible how people can deny your child care with out doing there research. Im currently in work activities looking for a job and the women still denied me bc she qanted me in a program and the rules are for either or. I told her im not going to some program when im looking for work. She didnt care at all, yelling at me, hanging up on me and wouldnt give me a an example of work activities. So now i have to bring my 3 year old son on job searches and pay out of pocket for transportation. Oh and its 35 hrs a week im supposed to be activly looking for work. She said she doesnt care bc im the one who needs childcare. Its all a scam to bring money back to there business. If you have van lou as your child care worker, prepare to be denied without anywork being done.

They denied my for given them what they asked for because they are not doctors and cant understant it the denied me so i get another paper they refused to talk to me .smh they are bad people working for the state office.
