AMAZING!! Only complaint is that I cant give more stars. Brad is the best realtor I could have ever met. When you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, honest, hardworking, professional, quick at getting back to you, and doesnt rest until you are satisfied, Brad Schneider is your man! Explain to him what you are looking for and Brad finds it for you. He wont let you buy a headache or money pit. He finds you your dream house that you will be happy with. He treats you just as he would his own family. Other realtors are looking for the almighty dollar where as Brad is looking for the right house for you. I worked with Carla Palacios for the rental of a unit in White Plains. She is not flexible or accommodating. Everything must be done on her schedule. Once the lease was signed she collected her fee and offered to help with acquiring a key but was not helpful at all. Would not work with her again or recommend her to anyone else.

The Best Realtor I can possibly recommend! Brad worked extremely hard at getting my coop sold in a timely fashion. He was great to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, honest and courteous throughout this whole process. Since the sale of my coop I am now using his services to find a home that is just right for me and my family. All should put their trust in Brad and I believe will do well.
