This totally sucks! Thought i would save myself sometime and drop off the equipment... went to 2 different addresses no store! Tried calling no humans answer the phone! Optimum sucks. Expensive and zero customer service.

This store is either fake or the address is wrong. I will never get Optimum services. Expensive, slow and fake offices.

Wow I happened to come across an Altice Mobile Booth while shopping at the Westchester Mall. I had no idea Optimum sold cell phones. All the staff was very friendly and the worker Rishi helped me out. He saw the condition of my cracked phone screen and told me about how Altice Mobile would benefit me and it really does. He helped me choose which phone and plan best fit my needs and transferred my data and phone number over for me. I highly recommend going to see him and the great staff at this location.

THIS IS NOT A STORE IT IS A BOOTH SELLING MOBILE SERVICE. YOU CAN NOT DROP OFF ANY EQUIPMENT THERE. IF YOU CALL THEM THEY WILL RELL YOU THAT IT IS A FREE STANDING STIRE WHICH ITS NOT. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING THERE.TO DO SO. AGAIN DONT GO THERE TO DROP OFF OR PICK UP EQUIPMENT THERE. NO EQUIPMENT WILL BE TAKEN.
