Brought my Mom here to be assessed by Dr. Hauser and could not be more pleased. She was extremely helpful and patient. She explained everything she was doing. Scheduling our initial appointment with Doris, she was also very helpful and friendly. Parking was better than I expected being this office is located in White Plains with some metered on-street parking in front and across the street. There is also a metered parking lot diagonally across from the storefront. All in all, given the care we received from the staff here, this was not a deal breaker for me. Highly recommend 👌

A wonderful place for hearing test and getting hearing aids. They are very kind and accommodating and the audiologist is lovely and exceptionally talented with modifying the hearing aid to fit you individual situation.

Dr. Hausner, Audiologist is very knowledgeable and customer-service oriented.
