I have been a member of Hourglass Women’s Wellness Gym for about 3 months and it is one of the best gyms I have ever been too! They have amazing service, excellent classes, very clean. I am so happy that it’s women’s only, it makes me feel very safe. Now with their new wellness center and nail salon i feel like it’s a one stop shop for women! The best part is you can even bring your children to the child care room within the gym. I feel as though that this gym is not only a place wear you can feel comfortable while you work out but also a community of strong women. I heard they are reopening the juice bar soon that’s just all the more reason for me to spend my day there. I strongly encourage anyone and everyone to take a tour get to know the place and decide if you want to join but trust me your gonna be happy you did.

Clean atmosphere; basically like a private women’s Equinox but affordable; all the machines are up to date, their classes & instructors are the best I’ve ever worked with; one huge important factor was that Hourglass actually cares about CO-VID & keeps the place spotless maintenance wise, 10/10 recommend this gym to anyone looking for the top of the line equipment without getting robbed

The hourglass gym is clean, a pleasure.Staff are friendly always willing to assist in every area of facility!I will be making this my home away from home!

COVid arrangement is ok as the lockers and sometimes machines are not properly sanitized and management needs to be improved and professional. Trainers are good but this gym is lacking that spark and motivation which is required

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is completely unprofessional, their employees do nothing to help the gym members, and they hang up the phone on you when you try to ask them to cancel your membership. Due to the pandemic, they are refusing to cancel memberships. My mother’s contract expired in June but they said I am required to pay 3 extra months from the moment they opened back up becase the gym was not open for three months. Their hours are limited, so she cannot make it, and she basically said that’s too bad. When I asked the employee who spoke to me over the phone to show me where on the original contract that was signed did it say in the event of a pandemic where the gym has to close I am required to pay the months missed after my contract is up, and she said that if I don’t like it i can call Cuomo. Who hired these people??Save yourself the money and go somewhere else.

I pay for this for my wife and she rarely gets to go on the weekends or after work on the weekdays. They close at 3 on Saturdays and at 1 on Sundays. The facility is nice, but their hours are limited. Also, if you sign up for 1 or 3 years, they wont let you out of the contract, even though they make it hard for people to actually use the facilities.Bottom line, hours they actually open suck.

*****Hourglass is a womens gym located in White Plains, NY. This gym had a rough 1st year, but now I am glad that now the classes, owners and personnel are on task. It has a good amount of fitness equipment, it is kept very clean, with sauna and babysitter. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I love the HIIT and kick boxing classes led by an experience instructor and the the fun zumba and spinning classes for a total body workout.

I am a member of this club and see a personal trainer here. I love my trainer and have enjoyed the classes I attend. The gym is also clean and well maintained. The staff here really are the dominant feature of the gym. They are helpful and the instructors are good.Generally, this is a nice space with classes and lots of amenities for a person who wants an experience that goes beyond a workout. It is a full service wellness establishment.This gym has a lot of great features that support women in their health journey, but there are areas for improvement. First, the cost is too high. The only way to take full advantage of what is offered is to buy everything separately. Yoga is separate from the membership cost. Personal training is almost $100 per 30-minute session.Secondly, so much of the space is used for features, sauna, cool sculpting, etc, that the gym itself ends up being very small. Machines are cramped and there isnt enough floor space for weight training, plyometrics, and other free exercise. The weight training equipment is also limited.I didnt do my research before deciding on this, so I am locked into a contract for a long time. I highly recommend thinking about the experience you want at a gym and visiting this space with that criteria before joining. Otherwise, you may be sold before realizing that what you came for isnt readily available to you.

Newest wellness center for women in White Plains. The gym is located at the old planet fitness gym location on South Broadway. The entire location has been remodeled and it has been equipped with the newest equipments for a healthy lifestyle. There is also a juice bar on location that serves besides juice, coffee, espresso and wheatgrass shots.
