Tim from Sir Grout took my neglected kitchen floor very seriously . He visited several times before my scheduled service day to be sure I was happy with the color choices. On my service day, Victor from Sir Grout showed up exactly on time, ready to go. He worked diligently all day, wearing earbuds, not rattling a loud radio. This is an outstanding operation. As an interior designer I work with multiple contractors on a daily basis. I cant remember the last time anyone has been this professional, honest and independent with problem solving. From Tims quick response to my request for a quote - and then the fair quote which he later suggested he reduce as he found the scope of work could be scaled back with the same spectacular results. He and Vic transformed 1000sq of hopeless dingy kitchen pavers with soiled and broken grout. They were pleasant, on time, provided loads of advice and produced results beyond what we had ever expected.

It is rare to have a contractor exceed expectations, but thats what Tim and his crew did on our job. Highly recommend! Efficient, professional, beautiful job on 4 bathroom showers, including both white tiles and all marble floors, walls and ceilings. You would never know the showers arent brand-new and not a repair job! Some of the work was very extensive. The estimate and actual work were easy to schedule and Sir Grout was very accommodating and on-time. I thought the cost was very reasonable for the work done. The worker was experienced and knowledgeable, helping me pick out the exact grout colors so it would blend perfectly with the old. He was tidy and neat and left no trace of his work in the way of mess.

Very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Final product was excellent and we couldnt be happier with how our kitchen looks. 15 years of filth is gone and it looks like we got new tile installed!

Extremely satisfied with job done. Grout and our Porcelain tile was meticulously scrubbed and cleaned and grout recolored and sealed. Worker took great care in guarding cabinets and appliances. Worth every dollar floor looks better than new. Took several hours to complete.Highly recommend.

Good as New! Tim and his team did a great job on our bathroom. The grout and caulk repair and replacement made our bathroom look like new. They are also prompt and professional and educated us on how to properly clean and care for our tile and grout.

He come to my home and assessed my bathroom - he identified an underlying problem that required some plumbing and have me the name of someone who has turned out to be a total life-saver. Sir Grout essentially restored our kitchen floor, powder room, master bathroom and guest bathroom...to look like they are new. The tiles (kitchen is porcelain and the bathrooms are marble) were cleaned and/or sanded as needed, the grouts cleaned and re-grouted...and all were sealed. I was absolutely delighted with the work done in my kitchen and bathroom by Sir Grout. The first time I had my kitchen, Florida room, and bathroom re-grouted and sealed. The results were amazing - the flooring looked brand new. Most recently I had the tiles above the bathtub re-grouted, and this too made them look brand new.

The owner was very easy to speak with from start to finish. His assistant did a great job cleaning and applying color sealant to our grout. Our floor looks great and we were are very happy with the Sir Grout professionals. I can easily recommend this company and would use them again.
