We moved into Stark Office Suites at 445 Hamilton Avenue a little over two years ago after maintaining our own office space for over 30 years. We looked into other office suites arrangements and went with Stark because of the office space, the ease of doing business with Stark, and the personal attention we received. We were right to do so. This was a great move for us. The offices are well-designed and conveniently located. Stark staff are professional, courteous, and really go the the extra mile. I highly recommend Stark Office Suites.

The White Plains Stark office is a genuine partner for small or solo businesses that want a professional image, require part-time or full-time office space and may need some back office assistance on projects. I joined the office almost at its inception and have remained a client ever since. From the beginning, Adam Stark was very involved with the business and ensured that I was always happy with Starks services and welcomed my feedback. Having started out as a part time client I was able to easily establish my professional presence making the transition to a full time in the office all that much easier. The staff is superior at making my clients feel comfortable right from the start when they walk in the door. As a professional I enjoy not having to worry about getting out to or maintaining a fax/copy/scanner machine as well as the other support related services that are available as I would in a home office.Having a home office can be very isolating so it has been invaluable to find a group of diverse professionals with whom I can share ideas, head out to lunch with or refer to for a variety of other services which my clients might require.

As a business attorney, I have great admiration for people who start and grow their businesses by providing real value to their clients. Adam and Ben are a great example of that and deserve more than the usual “sound-bite” testimonial.Location: We are in Class A space in a Class A building in the heart of White Plains, with parking in a garage with direct access into the building. Stores, restaurants and entertainment are only steps away, the Federal and New York State Courthouses are within easy walking distance, and we can walk or take a shuttle bus to and from the Metro-North Railroad Station.Locations: We can use the other SBS locations (New York City, Scarsdale, Harrison, Mount Kisco, Stamford, and soon Greenwich) for client meetings, or to catch up on phone calls and emails between appointments.Staff and Service: I can’t say enough about the SBS staff. Telephone answering and reception are everything we would want from our own switchboard and receptionist and, we really appreciate being greeted by name and with a smile.Financial: We write one check each month that covers our occupancy, telephone answering and reception, parking, internet and telephone service. Photocopies and other extras are charged at reasonable rates, rather than as additional profit centers. Office suites have the reputation of “nickel and diming” their clients. Not so here.Community: SBS isn’t just a place to go. It can also be a place to grow. The other attorneys and business owners in the suite are an ongoing source of referrals as well as valuable resources on a wide variety of subjects. Adam and Ben promote this community environment through regular networking functions, which also serve to allow the people from various SBS locations to get to know each other.Locating our law firm’s offices to SBS in White Plains has been the kind of move that, once made, I wonder why we hadn’t done it much sooner.
