This is a great vet. Dr. Lee is very personable and professional. I felt very comfortable with him handling my animals. He described everything he was doing and treated my pets with care. The facility was very clean and organized. Im so glad I chose to trust them with my animals.

There is so much love and support here. When my pup had to get her teeth pulled i knew I could trust them. Everyone is so down to earth and helpful.This place takes care of your loved ones. Doctor Lee told me Im a great pup mom. I get overly worried about my little dog but doctor is very encouraging and compassionate. Even though they had to do extra extractions on my dogs teeth they didnt raise the price.

We love this vet! The place is super clean and spacious and tasteful. Its so calm inside and it helps calm the pets also. Dr. Lee has the best bedside manner we have seen in a vet so far. He is gentle and patient and can calm down even my pet mom nerves. I can tell he really cares about his practice and his patients. I also like that he has other doctors on staff because its always good to have a second opinion. We highly recommend this place!

Let me begin by saying the entire staff has been beyond wonderful with both of my dogs!!My dogs have seen Dr. Lee and Dr. Allan. The doctors are courteous and kind and take the time to answer all your questions. Always being very detailed and thorough. The doctors will return your calls and they will accommodate your pet when you are having an emergency. Everyone that I have dealt with has been kind, understanding and a pleasure to work with.

Our dog Matilda was diagnosed in January with congestive heart failure and she soon became extremely sick, to the point where we thought we would have to put her down. The medicine prescribed by the vet who diagnosed her didnt seem make much of a difference, and she had horrible digestive problems as a result of both her illness and the medicine. We took her to White Plains Veterinary Hospital in March and her condition immediately began to improve.Dr. Lee has prescribed her much better medicine and got her a prescription diet that made her digestive problems go away completely (the prescription diet from the previous vet did nothing). By the time we took her to Dr. Lee we worried wed been cruel keeping her alive because she was in such discomfort, but soon after her visits shed gone back to being herself: a happy, active older dog. It wont last forever, but it is much more than we thought was possible.I worried about taking her to a vet in Westchester because I thought we might get fleeced: theyd propose some silly expensive treatment that wouldnt make a difference. In fact everything Dr. Lee has prescribed has been simple and practical: a lot of pills, but the pills have essentially brought her back to life. The price is reasonable, especially considering the area. I cant recommend this place enough. I dislike posting online reviews but I owe it to White Plains Veterinary Hospital out of gratitude.

If I could give no stars I Would. My dog has a lung condition and I called due to a concern of a serious hard cough and white foam spit up. They were quick to get me an appointment however to get no answers. They didn’t even do an X-ray or any other intervention to see if something was wrong. And now the following day she is coughing up blood. I will never return to this place. I paid for “ I don’t know what to do, I can give you a medication to suppress the cough but it can sedate her.” I take my dog to the vet office to get answers not I don’t know what to do. I could have done that myself. I will definitely be sharing my experience with my neighbors and friends about this place.

This is the most amazing animal hospital Ive been to in all of my years of having animals. Their prices are extremely reasonable and the care of the animals is always top priority. Dr. Lee saved my puppys life. He was in and out of hospitals since 8 weeks and animal hospitals that the seller of my pup recommended. And that was a mistake. Thousands of dollars later and he was still sick. I took him to Dr. Lee and he was spot on with the medication and within 2 weeks he was a new dog. He now is healthy enough to go outside and Dr. Lee got rid of his pneumonia and really serious cough and I couldnt be happier. If you have a cat or dog, you need to definitely consider switching to White Plains Veterinary Hospital. They will not do unnecessary treatment and will spend time talking to you so the best medical care for your pet is discussed. 2 weeks and a fraction of what I had paid to other vets and Linkin is 100% Thank you!

I have been using Dr. Hwan Lee as my pups veterinarian for the past few years. He is an extremely knowledgeable and thorough physician who clearly loves his profession. Hes warm and compassionate towards his patients and their parents. The office staff is responsive and pleasant. I highly recommend White Plains Veterinary Hospital.

What can I say the that the five star rating can’t. This is not a place in which you take your beloved pet, but a second home. The staff is very humbled and always eager to give you as the pet parent the extra reassurance you may need. I can not say there is a single flaw in this facility. Dr. Lee is a very empathetic person, who truly understands what it means to treasure life. Dr. Lee came into work on his day off to treat my beloved dog who was in need of an emergency surgery. Sacrifices like that show, he truly is passionate about what he does, and deeply cares about the emotions of those who can’t speak for themselves. They truly are doing gods work.

Dr. Lee is amazing!!! He really and truly cares for your pets! He makes the visit personal. He is always professional and humble! He was the only vet I could take my Luna girl to who didn’t muzzle her. He got on the floor with her and made her feel comfortable. He guided me through all her many issues from fears to allergies. I know take my 4 French bulldogs to him and couldn’t be happier. Our trips to the vet aren’t stressful for my animals. He schedules appropriately and wait times are minimal. Genuinely wonderful man! Be warned!!! All this vet cares about is money. For someone who is supposed to love animals he was extremely cold not compassionate about anything at all and just plain rude. Such a shame I am so disappointed in my experience here .

I really like and appreciate the staff at White Plains Veterinary Hospital. They are caring, professional, sweet and responsive. They follow strict COVID-19 protocols and took care of my pet very well. A little too well, actually; my dog cried when the vet tech dropped her off! I would highly recommend using this facility.

Very unprofessional they don’t care To help your pet when in need they only care to charge you and take the next person. my dog had a very serious problem due to allergies and he wouldn’t take my dog until I pay a 50$ reschedule fee after I asked to cancel the appointment as well he won’t forward any prescriptions my dog was on for the allergies to my pharmacy again these people don’t CARE FOR YOUR DOG they only care to charge you and move on with the next person

Making Dr. Lee my cats primary care provider was the best decision Ive made for my cat. Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable, caring and professional. The staff here are very welcoming, friendly and do an excellent job in their assigned roles. The clinic itself is very clean, organized and just a nice area to wait. Excellent staff; they are generally great for regular visits but were exceptional during an emergency visit after my boy had an allergic reaction to a new flavor of wet food. Very calm, patient, and understanding during a high-stress emergency for me.

Well I took my new puppy here for the first time and just from talking over the phone, it felt right. Dr. Lee is amazing and a great Doctor. He answered all my question and not rushing me at all.In regards to the prices, I think they are reasonable however, I can’t really compare it since This is my first and only vet so far. But so far I can’t complain.

Honestly, my biggest worry was for my dog Roxy to feel uncomfortable since it was her first time at this Vet. I was hopeful she would be ok wanting to go inside without my mother and I. When she went in and I was told she behaved good. As long as my dog is happy and comfortable, I am happy. Everyone there seemed very attentive and wanting to give the best care for my dog. For the first time meeting Dr. Lee, I am glad I was able to find a doctor like him. He’s the kind of doctor I feel my dog has needed.

Cash has an upcoming tag removal and I pray all goes well and with the same positive energy! The staff at WPVH is compassionate, warm, and friendly, and the doctors are intuitive, kind, and extremely competent. We have absolute faith in them; even my dog enjoys going there! We live in the city, so its not around the corner, but its definitely worth the trip. We are so grateful to have their support for our beloved pets!

The best pet hospital have experienced to date! i call when ever i feel like its needed and they always respond or call back. They give great advice even over the phone and the passion comes through with this place for animals. the customer service from the reception on down to the vets themselves is excellent! they are so helpful genuinely. I love that they dont try to clean out your bank account either they are very reasonable. they dont tell me my pets need a million things just to get money they thoroughly investigate issues to get to the bottom of it instead of treating my fur babies like lab rats. this is and always will be my top pet hospital and really all the vets here are amazing!

This vet clinic is perfect, Dr. Lee is the only vet I trust with my 16 year old Jack Russell who is dealing with a few end of life health problems. I drive 4 hours, one way, to bring her to him because of how he listens to me and cares for my Chloe.

I am forever grateful to Dr. Lee. He made a very difficult time in our lives easier..My little 5 year old poodle, named Petunia, developed a mammary tumor ... After catching our breath, we consulted with several vets, including the large specialty facilities ..None them made us feel at ease, or treated her with the concern and compassion of Dr. Lee, and his team....My sister, who bragged about Dr Lee, suggested I contact him...He immediately took time to speak with us on the phone, and even made time to see her the same day, despite his very busy schedule....After a full examination, he spent time explaining, and giving us all our options....Finally, we could breath a sign of relief, we knew he was the one to treat our precious Petunia, truly a member of our Family....She was scheduled for surgery the following week...We E-Mailed and called him several times with questions, he always answered with expertise, and details, never rushing me...Surgery day came, he along with his amazing surgical team, took the best care of her ..We could not have asked for more personal care....He was so kind, he even let us hold her in his recovery room, so she could see our faces after coming out of the anesthesia. We adore our baby, and I cannot stress enough to anyone out there who has a dog or cat, that Dr. Lee is by far, the best diagnostician, surgeon and caretaker your furry loved one could ever have taking care of them...his follow up care as been equally amazing...My little girl has recovered completely and is healthy...Thank You Dr. Lee.❤️

I took my dog there for the first time. The hospital is so clean and welcoming. All the staff and doctor I met welcomed us warmly. My dog was so nervous on the table at the beginning but she got calmer by a friendly staff rubbing her gently. I knew that the hospital accepts Pet Assure, but they didnt charge me for the initial check-up because I adopted my dog! How nice they are!!

This veterinarian office made time in a booked schedule to examine my cat (Baby) today. Turns out that Baby had a large mass in his stomach and i was told the best choice was to put him down. Broke my heart to have to make that choice but the staff at this facility made it that much easier to deal with. They didnt know me, this was my first time there they showed compassion they told me to take my time and hold him for as long as i needed. I held him till his little heart stopped , the technician came in and comforted me the doctor did also, they cared and treated the loss of the animal like it was human. I went to the desk paid the invoice and i must say was surprised at how reasonable they were. thsy never saw me before, they didnt know me. but yet they supported me and showed me they cared. We just moved to the area and had a cat emergency, so we went to Dr. Lee based on location alone. We really lucked out. We were seen right away--very short wait. My partner and I are SO happy to have chosen the White Plains Veterinary Hospital for our furbaby. Mitsuki is a 5 pound 5 year old Pomeranian and Chihuahua mix and given how small she is we wanted to make sure we chose the right team to work on her dental procedure. We knew she would need a teeth cleaning and possibly some extractions. Even though we did not get to meet Dr. Lee in person because of COVID-19 we felt he genuinely cared for Mitsuki’s well being. We believed he would do what was necessary to ensure Mitsuki lives many more healthy years with us. She had a dental cleaning and more than 3 extractions. After the procedure we were given medication for her and were explained how to go about giving it to her. The next day I received a phone call asking how Mitsuki was doing which was great because they actually follow up. Mitsuki now has teeth as white as can be and absolutely NO stinky breath at all whatsoever!! She will more than likely be returning every year for her yearly dental cleaning. Thank You so much to the entire team at White Plains Veterinary Hospital for making this such a great experience!!

We love this vet. We take our two cats here. Everything is efficient and one of the cleanest vet offices I’ve ever visited. Everyone had a friendly and welcoming attitude. Prices are reasonable. They also cut my cats’ nails just as a courtesy. No extra charge. Special mention to Dr. Okeke who has the BEST bedside manner of any vet I’ve ever met. She made my cat feel safe and really that was the calmest vet visit ever. She even hugged me knowing how stressed I was because of my sick cat. We feel lucky to have found this place!

Dr Lee and his colleagues are the best! My dogs actually get excited walking into their office. They are very responsive too, always make the time to answer a question or follow up.

Dr. Lee has been absolutely wonderful with both my dogs. My older Boston tends to be fear aggressive, but she took to him right away. He also saved my puppy from an invasive and unnecessary surgery at 4 months old. Instead he recommended allowing her time to grow (which is what my gut was telling me) and he was absolutely right! She is thriving today. All the staff has been kind and caring. Highly recommend this practice and especially Dr. Lee.

I came here because my boyfriends takes his dog & it is also local. i took my cat for her yearly shots & to check if she’s healthy since she’s a senior cat. i forgot her name i think it’s døctør allen. she’s irish i’m pretty sure. but she was excellent. they treated peanuts with so much love and care. we were out of there in an hour and a half because she had to get sedated since she doesn’t like people very much. when we were there for my boyfriends dog, we were only there for under an hour maybe 35-45 mins. peanuts is seems healthy but i didn’t know for sure. the doctor said if she doesn’t seem healthy then they will run test. i like that they didn’t push for tests she didn’t need which saved me about $300. i love this place! definitely recommend.

I recommend using this vet very highly. The entire staff was helpful and courteous. They went above and beyond, and I felt threat they truly cared about the well being of my dog Bailey. Under the circumstances my experience was as good as it can get. The docwas very helpful and knowledgeable and did all that he could to help us in our situation. Because of Dr. Lee Bailey health has improved drastically, while when we first arrived our outlook was not very positive at all. I believe that because of Dr. Lee and the staff Bailey is doing so much better and I could not have imagined a better outcome. I will continue to use this location for the care of my pet and I recommend this vet very highly. My wife and I appreciate all the help and care given to Bailey and we will continue to use Dr. Lee as her primary veterinarian. If anyone is looking for a vet this is the place to go. Wonderful experience. Dr. Lee is amazingly kind and I felt so comfortable taking my dog there. Hands down the best Vet I have ever been too. Moving forward this is the only place I will be taking my dog to. The whole staff there are also so kind.

By far the best Vet hospital. I’ve been to several and none have treated me and my dog Gotti how Dr. Lee and the entire team did. Definitely recommend to all pet parents. The ease in which I was able to make the appointment and how comfortable they made us was truly appreciated. We will never go anywhere else.

My Indy Cat is usually a bit cold to new people especially vets, but Dr. Lee and his staff were able to help him feel comfortable. Excellent service, knowledgeable professionals, and convenient location.

Everyone at this practice is simply terrific. Both Doctors are kind and patient. I was in a panic when I called and Janet was super calm and assured me that they could help. Let it be said that until that panicked phone call I had never been to this practice Also to note: I have now left my former vet and my dog and two cats are now patients of WP Veterinary Hospital. I hope I dont have to visit for a while, but I am completely confident that if I do, my furry family members will be treated to the highest level of care.

Dr lee is very nice and honest vet ..i am looking for a holistic approach for my doggies care. Thats why i only gave a 4 ...but other than that their facility is very professional... got a call back there next day to see how my puppy was doing...i would recommend

My dog and cat were always fearful when going to the vet. However both pets now get so much positive attention from the staff they immediately calm down. I am very pleased with the services that my pets receive!

Dr. Lee is fantastic and answers every question and takes time to explain everything. One of the best vets I have ever been too.

Great Vet, I needed a super fast service that would take usually a few more days , the Dr. made accommodations in ordering for fluffy to be able to board the following day. As soon as you walk in you can see that they care about your pets they quickly greet you and ask what is needed today. Fluffy is now having a great time on vacation.

Dr Lee is a good listener and was thoughtful to consider what might be the problem with my dogs vague symptoms. He explained the possibilities and described his reasoning for pursuing one course over another. Staff was warm and helpful. The office and examining rooms were clean and comfortable.

We brought our dog molly here for the first time this weekend after becoming ill. The staff and vet there were great. They were friendly, polite and caring. The vet dr lee was very thorough in his care of molly and she is now doing better. Thank you so much.

It was our first time here and I was very stressed we thought Bailey ( our 5lb Yorkie) might have had a slipped disc in his back, when I had called to make an appointment Claudia was very kind, friendly and put me at ease ....when we arrived the office was nice and clean we checked in waited a few minutes and then saw Dr. Lee he listened to everything we had to say and didnt rush us before he looked at Bailey. He checked him over and determined that it was not a slipped disc he is currently on a joint supplement and doing great !!!Thank you to Dr. Lee and staff

My family purchased a kitten from a horrible cat breeder from The Kitten Palace in Schenectady/Glenville area and was sick upon arrival. Both vets and the entire team are amazing!Unfortunately, our baby will always need treatment and extra care to survive and will not live a fulfilled life without being thoroughly monitored, but we know that Dr. Lee and Dr. Alice will always take great care of our baby during stays and needed treatments/exams!

I have been going here with my fur baby whos an Alaskan Klee Kai (mini husky) since I got him back in November 2017 and we were always treated with such care and concern that its quite remarkable! Dr. Hwan Lee and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and they have state of the art equipment and medical diagnosis software that is truly outstanding!!!. Claudia is truly amazing!! She is so nice, provides extraordinary customer service, and is so incredible at processing insurance claims and providing access to medical records so efficiently and effectively. If I had one word to describe Claudia and Dr. Lee it would be - WOW!! Dr. Hwan Lee of the White Plains Veterinary Hospital is such an extraordinary doctor who really cares for the welfare of fur babies!!! My dog gives Dr. Lee, Claudia and the rest of the staff at the White Plains Veterinary Hospital 4 paws up!!!

Dr. Lee and his staff make us feel like part of the family...They took the time to get to know my granddog and she feels more comfortable going to see Dr. Lee than her own vet in Brooklyn. And they were so gentle and kind with my dog before he passed on, providing us with important information and comforted us in his last days and after his death. Dr. Lee and his whole staff work as a team and treat each other as family with respect. I highly recommend taking your dog or cat to White Plains Veterinary Hospital for their normal checkups and for any other issues you may have.
