Service. Service. Service. Throughout the years its been a challenge to smile when speaking of our companys Xerox copier service. We are an ALL-Mac environment and Xerox was mostly miss at installation, upgrade and service because they sent some PC guy.3-4 years ago I met Gino Marmorato from CDS-YES. He listened to my complaints and promised me that by doing business with CDS they would give great service. And guess what? CDS delivered!So when Gino called a few weeks ago I was happy to speak with him. When he told me that our machines contract was coming to an end I was glad to hear his recommendations. They delivered and installed on time as promised. An hour or so later Dimitri arrived with a smile. The best part is that he is not only knowledgable, he takes care of all the important details.
