They did an email migration for me. I was very worried b/c I was so used to our current system. They did the migration so smoothly and seamlessly, I never had a problem. They are very courteous, professional and most all, knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services for any type of IT issue. I will be sure to use them again in the future.
Team Logic IT has been reliably fulfilling everything we signed on for in their proposal. Allen Chu makes himself personally available to solve issues as they arise, whether I’m on our company server or not. I’m an older, low tech person, and he can work patiently with me too.
TeamLogic IT of White Plains has done an excellent IT job for our business (law firm). We found Allen and his team to be extremely responsive to all calls when we have ANY IT issues, they are professional and work very well with all the other professionals that a law firm is required to use. Allen is also very fair with his billing and looks for ways to reduce expense and do things in a cost efficient way. Highly recommend Allen Chu and his Team Logic IT White Plains team!
My business is small but regulated by the New York State Department of Finance. We need a maximum security system in place with 24 hour a day monitoring. In the 26 years weve been in business, Team Logic is the first company that has not only met our needs for daily use of internet, etc but have been able to satisfy the rigorous demands of the State Finance Department. Allen is a pleasure to work with his team responds more quickly than any other IT company weve hired and at a better value. We were referred to Team Logic by a highly reliable source and our firm is forever grateful.
I just wanted to take the time to thank you and your team for their expertise, professionalism, promptness and most of all, patience, in getting us up and running remotely. I speak for not only the finance department, but all of Family Ties, where remote was never even discussed, to thank you for being and integral part of us now running smoothly from our homes. We sometimes forget to acknowledge the positive and dwell on the negative, so this is my opportunity to alter that a bit and say thank you!
