The customer support is very communicative and pleasant to talk to. They will make sure that they will communicate all the essential stuff. The workers are also respectful, and they are efficient.

I like a company that can do all of the things you need done in one service. You dont have to have 4 or 5 different professionals come out to take care of a problem. This is why I love having Joel come out. If I ever have any kind of problem with either my gas or wood burning fireplaces he can totally take care of any of it.He has done repairs on our chimney, Fixed pipes that had corrosion and rust. There really hasnt been any task needed for our fireplaces that he couldnt fix. He even did some repairs on the dryer vents. That is just cool as hell. What a great guy who does the job right every time and charges the same fair price no matter what the work is. amazing for sure.

This is nonsense. You call the number and its an automated service that asks to have you enter in your zip. Then you get an automated response saying they dont have a chimney professional that serves the area. My area is White Plains which is where they advertise they are. I even tried the exact zip where the Chimney Sweep is apparently located. 10603. They dont seem to service their area either.

I ask them to inspect and clean my chimney. There were two people who came to my house. One of them inspected my chimney and told me that it only requires minimal cleaning. The estimates were free, so they did not charge me an insane price. However, he also found out that my fireplace is not in a good state. There is a crack on the liner that can release the carbon monoxide in our basement.
