I currently own a music studio in Yonkers, NY. I was recently recommended this cleaning company from a friend of mine. I work with well known rappers. Due to the amount of people that walk in and out of my studio- I must say I needed a deep cleaning ASAP. Angela was very professional over the phone and quoted me amazing prices. I work at night with music entertainers and had her crew come this morning. I am extremely impressed by the job well done from this company. I just purchased a home In Scarsdale and I called into this company to have a deep cleaning done. I advised the owner Angela that I had a dog and there may be some dog hair around furniture etc and that I needed it all removed as well as the baseboards. The crew came in and tackled the job in such a timely manner and got every bit of hair along with dirt out. They worked at a great pace and got the job done in a timely manner. They were able to clean four bathrooms in four bedrooms in a six hour time span. They are great! We are now repeat clients and wouldnt switch this company ever.

Initially hired this company to do a 6 hour deep clean for my home at the cost of $220. The initial cleaning covered only 2 bathrooms - not even completely - the tub was left uncleaned, an area rug, a staircase and wiped the counters of the kitchen in a 6 hour span. I complained to the owner that more should have been done, as outlined in her email. She said that she would rectify the situation and send a pair of cleaners the following week. When that time turned up, the cleaners failed to show and upon calling the owner she said she would find out where the cleaners were. 1/2 hour, 1 hour, 2 hours passed and I never heard back from the owner. I sent multiple texts, phone calls and emails with no response. Dont waste your time or money with this company. I have since reported them to the better business bureau. Buyer be ware.

I asked for a first time move-in cleaning and I must say I was overall disappointed. On the phone I was given a quote for how long it would take. Then the two agents showed up (a man and a girl). The guy was amazing and I am giving the 2.5 stars for him. Otherwise, they together showed up really late. The girl kept giving me compliments but disappeared twice from the job and tried to not clean the places that I would miss seeing (i.e., cleaned very superficially and texting often). I didnt feel that the job was thorough. The kitchen however that was cleaned by the guy was Amazing. I ended up paying more than I was told and except from the kitchen wasnt happy with the job. Towards the end I had clean part of the floors myself together with her and she had forgotten her equipment to clean the toilet so that remained dirty.Recently I asked someone to clean my place and in a shorter time, cheaper and she did a much more thorough job. My place is now very clean.

This is a very professional business.I called and they awnsered immediately. I made a appointment for 10:00 and they were there on the dot they brought two cleaners named Daniela and Kristina. They came over and when they left my house it was spotless from basement to top floor. This is the best cleaning bisnuess that I have used. I have tried so many and they have all been horrible. My home is now dust free and smells amazing!

Really bad experience. I scheduled the service for 11:30AM. At 11:40AM that day, I got a phone call from Angela and was told they want to delay to late afternoon. I could not stay there 3~4 hours waiting for the service that day. So she agreed to call me back to reschedule an earlier time. She didnt call back. Instead I called her after 20 minutes and she said it was rescheduled to 1PM. The service was ok. The lady looked very tired and she told me she need work on 3~4 sites that day. One mistake I made was that I didnt request a receipt that day. The second day, I contacted Angela through email and phone calls. The phone calls never got through and always got to the answer machine. Actually she replied email once saying she will send me the receipt by the end of the day. Nothing happened after one week. I followed up several times and no response. Terrible attitude to handle business.

I had an appointment for 12:30 p.m. When no one arrived by 1:00 p.m., I called the business. There was no answer, so I left a message. I also called the owners cell phone, but her mailbox was full and not accepting messages. I texted her and e-mailed her. Finally, she called me back and said that the appointment had been pushed back (although I was never informed) and the cleaners were on their way, they were just stuck in traffic because of a major accident on the highway. She promised that the cleaners would call me when they were 10 minutes away. That was at about 1:10 p.m. I never heard from them. I repeatedly called, texted, and e-mailed the business, to no avail. I checked traffic cameras - there were no major incidents, and traffic was flowing smoothly. I have no idea what happened, but I dont really want to find out, and Im not sure anyone else should, either. This is not a good business. Changing an appointment time without informing the customer is unprofessional. Lying to that customer and promising service, while having no intention of following through, is doubly unprofessional. Disappearing and hiding behind full mailboxes and e-mails that go unanswered is just unforgivable.
