Long story short I was in the store 3xs before making my selection, but Carmine was very helpful and understanding every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier with my bathroom! The guys (especially Carmine) at Sam’s we’re extremely helpful and patient with me. He spent a lot of time to show me different tiles for flooring and the bathtub wall. With all the different options in the store I never felt rushed or overwhelmed. They have a large beautiful selection of tile to choose from. He gave his honest opinion about colors and textures which I really appreciate because it all comes down to detail. Their inventory is up to date and with the latest designs and styles. I’m extremely happy with the service, price and overall experience at Sam’s. Can’t wait for my next project!

Purchased my first home and was not familiar with the world of flooring, countertops and tiles. Met with Carmine and Bill who walked me through everything from styles to pricing to installation. Excellent communication and very professional throughout the entire process. Their pricing was great for quality materials and my kitchen came perfect. Recently did a whole home renovation and used Sam’s for tile, flooring and counters for kitchen, bath, basement and laundry rooms. Carmine was awesome with suggestions, samples and coordinating pick up and install with my contractor. Couldn’t be happier with everything and will be using and recommending them in the future.

I was recommended to Sams by my contractor because of its convenience to my job in White Plains. Carmine helped me select my floor tile on my first trip, as well as quartz counter top that looked just like Carrara marble only indestructible. It took me several more trips to select the back splash (couldnt decide!) and I finally saw something I loved in a magazine, emailed it to Carmine -- and he showed me a tile that matched. His patience and professionalism (and Bills) resulted in a beautiful combination. Tile was in the store in a week and counter 2 weeks. I am very pleased!

Beautiful moldings to match your needs gorgeous backsplash selections and beautiful floor tiles. They also offer the selected color grouts that you may need for your job along with beautiful glass tiles for backsplash’s in bathrooms and for bathroom showers and walls, kitchens as well. They are extremely helpful to get you the best deal possible and design and they are so helpful and friendly. They are an extremely professional business and I highly recommend.I used them for my duplex condo in White Plains and my new home in Carmel.I love how beautiful my house looks. My wife and I recently bought a new home and purchased all of our tiles from Carmine at Sams. Carmine was extremely patient with us and answered all of our questions with a smile. This is the place you need to go! The store front is misleading as to the size and selection available. Thousands of tiles and perfectly displayed. As for the customer service, SUPERIOR! Carmine was patient, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I came in with a small budget while gravitating to expensive tile. Carmine found me the perfect glass tile that was extremely affordable.

I recently used Sam’s for a kitchen and bath renovation. My contractor recommended them after I went to a couple of stores and didn’t find anything I really liked. They have a great selection and It was the neatest store we went to. Carmine and Bill were great. I highly recommend them. Oh and their prices are also good.

I went to a couple of tile places but after going to Sams i stopped looking anywhere else. Billy and Carmine took the time to finally help me pick out the kitchen i have been waiting for. They get the tile quick and the prices were the best i have seen. I made multiple trips but they always greeted me and made me feel welcome . The selection is great and they pack a lot into that store.

I have nothing but love for Bill and Carmine at Sams Ceramic in White Plains. I walked into the showroom completely out of the blue one afternoon for advice on a poorly installed kitchen floor. I wasn’t even planning to purchase tiles.Bill listened to my concerns and immediately began to educate me on how to determine if the floor was installed the right way and how I would be able to correct what had been done. Bill was genuinely interested in making sure I had the right information about tiles, the installation process and different techniques to get the best results.In the end, I had to remove everything down to the subfloor but I am so happy that I did because I will now avoid years of continuously having to repair a bad floor.Bill worked with me to pick the best floor tile for the design and price I wanted. He also met with my new contractor to make sure the floor would be installed correctly. It was such a good experience as a customer that I went back to get my counter and backsplash tiles. Bill was able to get all the products to me lightening fast and the quality was even better than I expected.Bill’s expertise, compassion and great sense of humor helped me get through what started out as a nightmare. Bad customer service will not take back unopened boxes of tile . There very pricey. and the marble you pick on there wall will come in different colors . Had to purchase more tile so it would match . Stay away. Do your self a favor.
