Great for quick trim when growing your pandemic look out! $25 for what my regular stylist would charge (and rightfully so) $110 for my style cut (which will happen when I return to the office). Loved the you g man who was so precise and into perfection in measuring the amount I wanted trimmed, he showed it to me on a ruler to give me a visual aid (smart!). My little ears had problem’s with my mask staying on and he kept apologizing for what wasn’t his fault (such a nice kid!). Highly recommended!!

I took my son to have a hair cut to supercuts and I dont know why they call this place super I think they mean super horrible cuts. The shorted hair lady denied to do the cut as I wanted to be done. I told her to do with scissors on top and she said that my sons hair was not going to look well with scissors. At the end my sons hair looked like as if a cow chewed his hair. On top on that she got upset when I told her to do the line. Terrible place and PLEASE DONT GO TO SUPERHORRIBLE CUTS, YOULL REGRET!

STAY AWAY, IM SERIOUS!!!!!!! This is the worst haircut Ive ever had in my entire life. I asked for a trim and to have some layers fixed, and walked out with my hair 6 inches shorter and a sharp V cut into the back. I had to get another haircut to correct that one, meaning that I needed to take off 3 more inches just to even out the absolute mess she made of my hair. I cried for 3 straight days after that. It took me years to grow out all that beautiful hair, and it was hacked off carelessly and without skill by a completely untrained hairdresser. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE! Pay $5 or $10 more to get a Groupon to any other salon in White Plains. This happened 6 months ago and my hair is still so much shorter than I ever wanted because of the TWO corrective haircuts Ive had to have since then. (Once the horrifically short, sharp, uneven angling in the front started to grow out, I could finally have that part fixed, too)

Went here to get a short pixie with the sides faded but left with uneven sides and no fades on the side, instead of a cute pixie I left this place looking like Hitler... super blunt sides and long strands of uncut hair by my ears. Just terrible.. and I have a show in 2 days Im getting ready for. Do yourself a favor and dont come here, and get yourself a haircut by actually trained people.

Quick and neat. good price. I go usually near 5PM and dont wait more than 5 minutes in being attended. I have gotten there my last 7-8 cuts and will be keeping back. be clear that it isnt a fancy place with super star stylists, but they are clean, professional and the cuts have a good price. even if you get register in their system and app, you can schedule hour and also receive discounts almost monthly to get a cheaper cut!

I guess I got what I paid for on a budget. As for the hair color, it came out descent. The haircut is another whole deal. I wanted it shorter in the back and longer in the front. Well its very choppy and uneven in the back and very sloppy looking. I did agree to layers but this is not good. I felt it was a rushed job but I was confident with the stylist. I unfortunately didnt spend the extra money to have it blown out and perhaps would have seen better the mess in the back. Saving money at this place will now cost more to have it fixed. Its ashame because the stylist seemed to be on her game despite the issues they were having with the computer. Sorely disappointed 😣

Experience was rushed and poorly done. went in for just a quick shave off the sides and my beard and there were completely uncut spots all over the place. the whole time the stylist just told me that i was balding (?? it was just my callus) and that my hair is “like hay”- just to try and sell me some $60 dollar product. ultimately left disappointed and self conscious and still think about it to this day, months later.

Do not go here. Whatever you do, do not come here. My wife does a better job at cutting hair than these people do. I had to ask the barber more than 3 times to fix something after she felt like it looked good. And mind you, im not a picky person when it comes to hair I dont even have a designated barber but this place I visited 2 times and both times a different barbers and both time it looked like I got a haircut with a machete.

Got a quick haircut.. The stylist both times I went to the shop were very nice. The cut was quick only about 10 minutes. The hot towel was awsome after the cut.

Lady wouldnt let me tell her what kind of hair cut I wanted and yelled at me telling me what I will get. Then she cut my hair in 5 seconds and pushed me out the door. Not the worst hair cut I ever had but I think I will get another one somewhere else where the stylist doesnt seem to want to stick her scissors in your jugular. 🤔

This haircut was so bad that I felt the need to make a google account so i could leave my first review ever. I went in for a fade and got an uneven choppy cut which looks like it was done by a half blind toddler with scissors . I actually need another haircut now to fix this one.

Went in for layers and came out with choppy uneven hair. The “layers” were so uneven that the top half of my hair was cut short and the bottom was long. There was no blending from top to bottom. I had to go to a new salon to get it fixed. Do not go to.

The lady with colored hair is atrocious. I just had notes written from a nice cut I had last time and she literally got angry and made me go bald. PLEASE AVOID GETTING YOUR HAIRCUT DONE BY THE LADY WITH THE COLORED HAIR!

The hairdresser there is quite nice and friendly. I am a traveller from Asia, before going there, I am a bit afraid that they may not be able to have a good haircut for Asian guys. But I find that it is not necessary to worry about that. Actually they do that quite well.

I called to ask if they were aware of a condition called folliculitis. Employee named Rosetti just said no in a very rude manner and hung up on me. I called again and a different employee answered and I asked the same question and she said that they wouldn’t cut my hair and that I should see a dermatologist. I have never dealt with such low standards of customer service and insensitivity towards someone calling to ask a question in a business. If this was the last place to cut my hair I will cut it myself. I work for the New York department of transportation and I’ll make sure that myself and all my coworkers will be going somewhere else except this place. I’ve never been so disgusted like I feel right now for the treatment I received by calling this place. What an unprofessional please this is. I hope this person never has to deal with any kind of medical condition and feel what it feels like to be treated like you’re less because you have some sort of condition that’s out of your control. I would not suggest this place and I will let it go bankrupt.

Been here three times. always a nice cut. quick affordable and really nice staff. ask for kamila, shes does a complete cut,no rushing, even for us bald guys. does the neck,ears and eyebrows thourough and very pleasant. highly recommend. V

I got the worst possible haircut from this place; I had precisely told her what kind of a haircut I wanted but her reply to that was I will cut your hair based on how you wear it. Well, she ought to be experienced, right? I come home and hope that it will be alright within week or so but no, this was the most ASYMMETRIC haircut I have gotten in a very long time.This particular haircut cost me 19.50 (yes, i tip even if someone does a crappy job) Additionally, its not the haircut itself that pushed me to write the review, its the attitude i received; rationally explaining something and considering a customers request would do them some good instead of just bull-dosing their so called expertise over people. There are other places to get a decent hair cut; save yourself the regret! I wish I could give 0 stars.P.S. This establishment consistently has insufficient staff to meet demand. Having one stylist on staff makes wait times unreasonable, especially when you have to pay for metered parking. Long wait times also mean short haircut times, which in turn mean sloppy, embarrassing haircuts. Wont be returning to this Supercuts.

I went to an overpriced salon and my hair got butchered. I was hiding my hair under a knit hat until I stopped in here and spoke to Rose. She gave advice, told me what the plan would be for my hair as it grows out. She gave me a cut a could live with while it grows out and she can continue to reshape the growth. I am so glad I found her, I will never go anywhere else. The kicker is how cheap the haircut was compared to the salon.
