Found Ro-Ro Auto by sheer luck - I needed a photo inspection last year when I changed insurance - a few shops listed by the insurer seemed to lack motivation or concern for this task. I popped in to RO-RO who where friendly competent and found a way to help me immediately. While waiting I noticed that this place had 3 mechanics that day with two service bays, I took note at how much pride they took in doing the job correctly. Once the photo inspection was completed I requested to come back over the next couple of days to get an oil change.I was able to get an appointment at 8 am - oil change, tire rotation - done is a timely manner with no surprises or issues. I was such a relief to finally have a RELIABLE place to get my car serviced. I have since been back two other times and just scheduled something for this week.I have received follow up texts after service, (and as requested) service alerts. I strongly suggest checking out this business for quality work on your car.

Pretty decent shop. The guy at the counter was very helpful and friendly. The mechanic was knowledgeable.They do a lot of services and are also a gas station so it is pretty convenient. Right near the train too so if you have to drop off your car you can get home easily.

The only place I would trust with my car if something is wrong you know theyre going to fix it and Vinny Al and the boys make sure when you pull out your car is safe

I have to say, this is the most honest mechanic I have ever gone to. I live on Long Island, but work in White Plains, so I only come here for emergency repairs such as tires or if something happens on my drive in.Every time I bring my car here, they fix my car the same day, they are upfront and honest with their pricing (to the point where I have never had to even think about haggling the price down), and the repairs are top notch.I highly recommend this repair shop to all of my coworkers who live in the area.

I brought my car here several times for a check engine light repair. However, it was never repaired. I brought my car here 4 times and kept being told something else needs to be repaired. On the 4th time, I spoke to the owner, VINNY, and he ignored the fact that I brought my car here several times, and continued to take my car in for a whole weekend, when I was finally contacted about my car, it was not from VINNY, one of the other mechanics and I was told I had to spend ANOTHER 800$ on a whole DIFFERENT part for the SAME PROBLEM. When I showed up to discuss the problem, the owner VINNY proceeded to tell me that there was nothing to be done and if I had an attitude he wouldn’t fix anything.My advice, if you are a person of color, like myself, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. They will rob you and lie to your face.

Brought my RS5 in for some servicing after taking it out of long-term storage just to make sure everything was running smoothly. Vinny and his team took a thorough look and were easy to talk to throughout the process. Looking forward to returning for future work!

Very trustworthy place. I had a hole in one tire, which they fixed quickly! They also identified my brakes being very worn down, which after about 65k miles, was right. I completely forgot to get these checked at 40k and they saved me from potential issues in the future. Would recommend coming here for any need for your car!

No nonsense customer centric - trusted carco insurance inspection - 3 mechanics 2 bays -Honda service changed to appointment only and told me 2 weeks before they could help me ---so revisited Ro-ro after carco inspection two weeks prior -- i pulled up at 8am and by 8:45, i was out the door tire rotation, oil change and inspection.so happy to find a place operated by professionals - i highly recommend.

Just cant thank you enough for all of your service. It wasnt explained to me about the search engine light had something to do with my NOT getting any heat in the car. Because It wasnt until the Snow Storm hit did I really feel the COLD. THANKS SO MUCH FOR COMING TO MY RESCUE. My car had two thermostats that need to be replaced. Excellent service and exceptional customer service! The owner himself took a ride with me in my car to determine what was wrong with it. Once they got it in the shop and on the rack, they explained everything that was going on and even made observations about preventative maintenance. I was looking for a good mechanic and I found a GREAT ONE!

These guys go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of. It’s hard to find a good mechanic you can trust these days who won’t over charge you. I was able to get my Jeep back in great shape after dealing with countless other mechanics. RO RO is the best!

When I came in because of a damaged tire Al had my tire changed so I can get to work right away and until the new tire arrived later that day. And promptly put the new tire on and got me back on the road. My new go to station for gas and automotive work.

Terrible costumer service. I had a terrible experience with two of the employees. They began yelling at me to move because they wanted to get a car out of the garage, but mind you they had put 6 tires behind said car and it other junk so there was no way they could move the car in one minute. I told them that I was coming back in less than a min. Instead of have understanding they became hostile cursing at me although if they would have understood that conversation was longer than I was in the Deli. Also was going to get gas and air for my car but now that I had this experience I rather not support this business. I was leaving before they moved the car and I saw that they began yelling at another person who was getting gas but they left too without buying anything. Congratulations on turning away consumers with your terrible display of costumer service.

My car started making a strange noise and the engine sounded louder than usual.Ro-Ro provided an accurate initial diagnosis of the issue on the day I brought my car, and they fixed the issue within the promised time period.The sounded and ran perfect when I picked it up. They’re friendly, honest and communicate well. I highly recommend their facility.

Ive had a handful of repairs performed by RO RO Automotive and I have always received top notch service. I am very pleased with their level of service. I am happy I found there Auto Repair Shop.

Highly recommended. I was looking for a shop with ASE master techs and one that was a NAPA Auto Center since the labor/parts are usually covered under the nationwide warranty. I ended up providing a salvage part, so no warranty coverage is a industry standard in this case.They have two ASE master techs, while dealers only have a handful, and have more junior mechanics work on things under the supervision of Master techs.Its a small shop compared to what Im use to, but they do the same quality work. I brought my car in for a failed ABS module. Dealer wanted $1200+ for the new part which was back ordered 6-months. That was not even including labor.Ro-Ro offered to install a used/salvage part if I was able to find one. I found one online from Snyder Salvage, and in total it only cost me ~$300 to have installed. (~$100 for the initial diagnoses, and ~$200 labor to install a part I provided) Part I got from salvage for ~$130, normally goes for ~$1200 brand new from dealer We won big on this repair.They were very accommodating even though I brought my own part and they made nothing off of it. They replaced the entire ABS module, brake bleed, abs module bleed, and test drive.Our dash had previously lit up like a Christmas tree. ABS, LDW, Traction, Steering, Brake light, and FCW failure warnings. Tire pressure light also.After Ro-Ro replaced the part, everything was good as new. 0 warning lights.I will be using them again even for complex repairs!
