This apparently used to be the high end homeowners insurer - in reviewing our new policy with others it appears over the last few years more exclusions have been added to NOT cover pretty much any type of water damage one could sustain. Unfortunately that’s one of the worst things that can happen to a house. If you’re buying it be sure to check the specific conditions carved out for water and decide if it’s still for you. And customer service don’t bother replying here saying you’d like to call and work it out - your customer service even without the coverage issues has been horrendous and the adjuster leaves all negative comments out of notes and ignores calls and emails for days then returns randomly with no awareness whatsoever of previous conversations like it’s Groundhog Day. All said, Pure has been 100% obstructive and not remotely helpful in resolving anything.

I like this company. I was able to get the coverage I was looking for. Their price was competitive and the people were very friendly. For routine issues, their modern online system is easy to work with too.Overall, being a member makes me feel confident I can rely on PURE when I need them.

Being 70, owned multiple homes, and having spent my career in the insurance business, I have some perspective on quality carriers. In short, I have never seen a carrier as professional and customer focused as PURE. Their price is competitive but price alone is not why I would stay with them. A cheap price isnt so cheap if the carrier denies a claim or is simply difficult to work with. PURE will do all they can logically do to be sure the customer is pleased with their performance and your coverage.

My experience with PURE was UNBELIEVABLE! Late last year I got my dream car and just 3 weeks later a women ran a red light and destroyed it, I was heart broken. Her insurance company would only pay $50k, the bill to fix the Murci was $167k. Josh Jones, the insurance guy told me not to worry. Sure enough.....PURE came through...and then some! This allowed me to upgrade to a LP640!!! I did not have to say a thing, they just took care of it. No arguing, no fighting, no lawyers. PURE took what I thought was the worst night of my life, a real nightmare....into a blessing in disguise. I could not be happier. Thank you PURE and Josh Jones @ Coverica.

This company is the greatest I have ever worked with. I rarely have a claim but the entire process of working with PURE is so streamlined, so caring, so broad and inclusive that I truly dont believe there is another company like it. Everything is made so clear: fine art coverage, jewelry, umbrella policies, liability issues, coverage outside the USA, etc.

This is a GREAT company! We have lived on the ocean in Florida for almost 40 years. The last few years have challenged us with several hurricanes, some back to back.Before each storm, they send us emails on how to prepare and protect our house and belongings. Before PURE, we never had such service.Unfortunately, as the result of these storms, we have sustained tens of thousands of dollars in damages. In each case, the PURE agents were immediately available to quickly assess and initiate repairs. If an assessors estimate was less than the cost of actually doing the work, they told us to send the repair invoices, and paid us based on those invoices.We have never had such great service from any other insurance company (there have been others over the decades), while served by so many knowlegible and empathetic agents.Yes, our rates have increased, but in keeping with their overall claims paid to their insured.Bottom line is, we are glad we found them and happy to be among their insured.

PURE recommended a home assessment when I switched from a secondary residence to primary. The gal who came took a sharp eye to all the mechanics and appliances of my home and made very useful suggestions. No pressure. I enacted some of her suggestions and saved on my premium. Very happy with value received and coverage options.

There’s no better option for homeowners insurance!! We had a claim early on during our coverage and Pure made the claims process easy and painless. Best insurance out there hands down! Thank you for protecting our home in such a manner! Highly recommend Pure for any insurance needs!!

We are former Chubb insurance people and we switched to Pure about 3-4 years ago. So far, so good. Had one claim and they took care of quickly and efficiently.I am not sure why they valued our replacement cost on our home as high as they did, but I assume it was because prices seem to continue to go up to replace your home these days.Right now we are very satisfied with Pure and would recommend them.

Dealing with my homeowners claim was easy. We had to leave our home for several days due to a flood. My contact at PURE took care of everything. She even found a hotel that would take our dogs. Payment was fair and quick and I felt like I was treated well. I recommend PURE.

Pure are fabulous to work with when closing out a claim. Responsive and keep the member first in their dealings with a losThey are not the cheapest especially when cars are hardly being used. Otherwise I have no material complaints..5 Stars principally based on how they manage claims service. That’s where the rubber meets the road.

It’s hard to like an insurance company, but PURE sure works hard to earn your love. Start with truly outstanding service, including detailed risk analysis and coverage choices, then add in great pricing. To top it off, their claim service is professional and hassle -free.

Pure raised my premium for the second year in a row, now by about 15%. Impossible to speak with anyone at Pure to understand the basis of such increase and to explore coverage options. And theyd like me to feel like a member...? Sorry I dont.

My husband died suddenly in 2018 and he had handledall financal matters in our marriage. I suddenlyhad to do this with no training. I found my way to PURE and an excellent Senior Client Mgr. who answered allmy questions and set up an account which also savedme nearly 50% below which had been paid before, albeitto another excellent service company. I especiallyappreciate the thorough responses to my questions.I highly recommend PURE for their excellent service andfair coverage rates which also offer thorough protection.

Never do business with PURE for homeowners insurance. They have jacked up the value of our home (the number on which the premium is based) to be twice as much as it would cost for me to replace the entire home. Builders would trip over themselves to replace this home for half of what I have to insure the home for. This is a rip off!!

Ive had several high value homeowners policies and an umbrella policy with PURE for the past 4 years. They are easy to work with and provide good value for their policies. I have not had to make a claim so I cannot speak to their claims service.

We believed PURE had over valued the replacement cost of our home and contacted them for a new evaluation. We were turned over to a customer service person named Natalie who always took her sweet time getting back to us. And when she finally did, she sent back the new evaluation and a list of new requirements we had to meet!! WTH!?When we wrote back and told her they had still over valued our home, she notified us that she had taken it upon herself to send our email to OUR mortgage broker!?!We then contacted PURE to speak to her supervisor, who, of course, never returned our call!We immediately left PURE and went with a much better company.Runaway from this company as fast as you can!

After devastating damage to our home from a tornado, PURE was there every step of the way helping us with recovery. Watching the headaches many of our neighbors are experiencing with their insurance companies, the differences are stunning. I have never recommended insurance companies in the past, but when my friends and neighbors ask who is my insurer, I can offer nothing but glowing commentary about PURE. I feel badly for my neighbors, who paid a little less, and got a whole lot less, when they needed it most,

I bought/joined PURE on my brokers recommendation, and have not had any experience with PURE beyond paying premiums. I find it VERY inconvenient and FRUSTRATING that there are limits on using my credit card to pay premiums-- with the amounts I pay for insurance, I should NOT have to deal with this penny-ante cost savings by PURE!!

Rates increase 15% on my home policy and 11% on all policies. Im in 3rd year of policy - no claims made. Yet they jacked up the price. Buyer beware - they are a private equity -backed company. As a result, their focus is on EBITDA growth, not members.

It’s a shame they can’t get negative stars.Like another poster stated- pray you never get hit by one of their irresponsible members.Never have I ever experienced such horrible customer service. The irony of it all is that this company bills themselves to cater to high net worth individuals. I would never in a million years let them insure me even if it were free. Stay away. I was told three days is a reasonable amount of time to wait to hear back from someone. Mind you I called 2 times and emailed. If you leave any negative feedback on Facebook it’s deleted. Since they are actually a half rate company they outsource their appraisers and then that take another 3+ days to get completed.Imagine if their driver hadn’t been on his phone and was actually paying attention I wouldn’t have to wait to get my car back.

A huge disappointment. We were insured with Pure for about three years. Our broker recommended them. We had stellar customer service while insured. We got into an accident (no one else involved) and then they dropped us. One accident. No explanation given and no big deal for Pure. Such a disappointing situation.

We have been a customer of PURE for a few years and before that a customer of Chubb for over 25 years. We recently were involved in an accident where a truck hit our car and sped off. The PURE representatives were very supportive, informative, empathetic and resolved everything within 24 hours. This was the best service we have ever experienced from an insurance company. You never know whether or not the promises made are kept until something like this happens. We will happily recommend PURE to our friends all of whom high quality and affordable insurance.

Unfortunately this company does not have a good business practice. My experience has been very unpleasant. You have to fight for months to get any claims resolved with them, you would have to go to court to get anything. Not reasonable at all and if I could I would give them 0 stars. Do not do business with them!

Hope and pray your never hit by someone insured with this company. Ive dealt with several people, but Catherine White in particular has been the worst. They treat you like your beneath them, they call and demand you do things on their time- not caring about whats convenient for you. I have called countless times to speak with a manager but nobody EVER knows who is in charge. Now they are threatening me, telling me I will have to pay for certain things out of my own pocket. What a way to treat people who already have enough stress in their lives. If your insured never wouldve hit my vehicle, i wouldnt be needing to deal with any of this in the first place!! By far the worst experience ive ever had with an insurance claim.
