Mike was a consummate professional through and through. I had a repair done on my Mercedes Benz SUV rear pumper and lift-gate after being rear ended. the repair was flawless and he took care of some other dings and scratches around the car for a very reasonable price too. I would recommend them to anyone and will be taking my other vehicles there for some over due work.

Wow, did Consumer Auto do an incredible job with my wife’s car. Mike and Mike were extremely early to deal with, repaired her car in the window they provided, and when we got the car back it looked like it did the day we picked it up from the dealership.I sincerely hope that we never have to deal with an issue like this again; but if we do, without question will I bring it to Consumer Auto for repair and I would suggest you do the same.

My GTI sure isnt a Ferrari, no matter how well I treat it, but when I brought it in to Mike and his guys to fix some deep scratches and a door ding, youd sure think they thought it was one. The car came back looking better than the day I picked it up from the dealership. I mean, they even had my tires shining.Sadly, someone must have rubbed the nose and left a few scratches in the clear bra before I managed to get there to take it home. I took it to Mike, and they buffed that out, too, right in the lot.Absolutely amazing customer service and commitment to their product deserves recognition. I wont be bringing my car anywhere else in the future but to Mike.

My 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee had extensive front end damage. The vehicle was fully repaired within the estimated time frame, and looks as good as it did the first day I got it! From the paint/body work to the mechanical end of the repair everything is flawless. Completely blown away by how processional and precise the team is over at Consumer Auto Body. Hopefully I never have to deal with the burden of another accident, but if I do I now have a shop I can trust worry free!

I went into a rest stop on the highway in NJ, came out to see a nice quarter sized dent in my 2018 Shelby GT350. Someone went deep into it leaving their paint on my car. No note, no nothing.But my faith in humanity was restored when I met Mike F. from Consumer Auto Body in White Plains, NY.I always drive by and it just looked so clean and welcoming that I drove in and spoke with Mike F, the owner.Long story short, they performed a PDR (paintless dent repair) and my car looks like it was never hit. Brand new. Amazing and talented work.Mike and his crew are friendly, approachable, and down-to-earth. I got a very honest and caring vibe there (actually their motto is We care.). It shows in their kindness, professionalism, and super quality work.Business was booming there. Just like they say about a restaurant, if its empty, stay away. Cars were lined up there for collision repair, other body work, painting, etc. You can count on the fact theres a reason for that.I plan on going back to visit and saying hi to the guys there. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Consumer Auto Body in White Plains.Mike Fusco, the owner was friendly and courteous throughout the time that we worked together.I was in an accident and needed body work on my car. I checked out a few body shops and not only was Mike’s estimate lower than the other estimates, he later called me to let me know that it would be even lower than he originally thought. My car was repaired perfectly in just a few days.I was totally pleased with the service , professionalism and work. Mike made this difficult situation much easier for me than I had ever experienced before in a body shop. There are only good things I can say about Consumer auto Body. They were extremely professional. I am extremely pleased with the work that was done on my car.
