These guys were great! Woke this morning (Sunday) to a dead raccoon on the lawn. Even though it was a Sunday, these guys made it happen and were able to come and help remove the raccoon. They were quick, efficient and super friendly! I would recommend these guys to anyone in need of wildlife removal.

We called Gail early this morning. We had birds in our Attic that were making their way into our basement. He sent one of his men, Chuck, who was extremely professional, funny, and helpful. He took care of where the birds had nested in the Attic and all of the holes in the roof where they were getting in. Its nice that you can call a company and get immediate and good help when needed. I called this service and spoke with Gail Hoffman who clearly explained his procedures for removing squirrels from our attic. I was impressed that he answered all my questions with patience and obvious experience and knowledge. But I was most impressed that, during our initial conversation, he viewed the house online to check the roofline and attic space in order to answer specific questions I had! He responded in a readily manner to the job, trapping and removing our squirrel, maintaining excellent communication with me and with our tenant. He was friendly, professional, responsive, and speedy on the job, qualities which are important to me. And his price was right! I could not have asked for a better experience!!!!! I highly recommend Gail and his company!

Gail and his team were incredible to work with. Not only were they the best price in town, but they work in a timely, efficient manner to remove all wildlife. Gail also demonstrated sensitivity to a neighbors concerns about the future of the removed animals, going so far as to send a video of the creature being released into its new forest habitat. They were able to remove more animals than we even knew were living on our property and save our yard and garden from destruction. 10 out of 10 recommend.

The Tender Trapper caught four raccoons, cleaned and sanitized the porch roof they had used as a potty and cut back the tree branches they may have used for access. The whole process took about two and a half weeks from my first call to completion. The first trap was set about three days after I called. The was my first experience with raccoon visitors and I was concerned about how effective the process would be. It has now been two weeks and no more raccoons have appeared. I would highly recommend The Tender Trapper as a reliable, no nonsense operation that got the job done.

Gale and Chuck are the most amazing people. I called in a panic about a squirrel in my chimney on a Sunday and they were at my house in 30 min. I also had a racoon in my yard that they safely trapped. They are truly kind and know their stuff about wildlife and explain everything to you and make you feel calm. Gail is an absolutely great guy. I had a squirrel stuck in my house, called Gail who was perfectly willing to come to my house to help but gave me suggestions as to how to get the squirrel out myself. The suggestions worked like a charm. Gail followed up with me later during the day to make sure that my squirrel situation was resolved and that I didn’t need his help. Amazing service! Called to have a raccoon removed from under my deck, Gail arrived within the hour. Professional, Explained to me step by step, trapping and removal. Tender Trapper came immediately after I called them and set-up traps around where we had a skunk family living in our yard. They came back and checked the traps both days of the weekend. The Tender Trapper is the BEST!!!! We had a large, territorial raccoon taking control of our neighborhood. I called the Tender Trapper, he came immediately, set up the humane trap (my family are all animal lovers and wouldnt allow anything less), and quickly trapped the raccoon, taking him away to a nice home in the wild. Problem solved.
