Very happy. Replaced 4 windows of our condo and sliding glass balcony door. They did a great job.

I dont often write reviews, but if any Contractor crew deserved a review, it was this group. Our house was damaged in all the big hail storms earlier in the spring. Insurance was being cheap, to say the least, so we needed to ensure we got a competitive price for new siding that would be covered by our policy. After several quotes that came in higher than expected, we contacted our General Contractor who had done our basement, and he recommended Exter Tech....And we couldnt be more happy with the recommendation or the work. The team, led by Wojtek (Voy-tek), worked their tails off, made excellent recommendations, and finished the job on budget...And...Ahead of schedule! We were floored. They were beyond conscientious, and stand as the only contractors, beyond our General Contractor, whom my wife feels comfortable with at the house (we have had some sketch plumbers when we 1st moved out of the city). Wojtek even went above beyond in his work, reinstalling all our old gutter guards (at no additional cost) and helping my wife trouble-shoot & repair the burning smell with our dryer (dryer exhaust partially clogged with lint).All in all, I highly recommend this group. We continue to get compliments at how fantastic our house looks with the new siding. Several of our neighbor friends are planning to use Exter Tech for when they re-do their windows and roof. These guys are cost effective, have great work ethic, get the job done, and do the job well. Most of all, they are trustworthy...And that, to us at least, is just as important as the finished product (again, see above comment on sketch plumbers). 5 stars, without hesitation.

Absolutely an amazing job well done. We replaced all of our windows and one sliding patio door. Very happy with the outcome and with the price overall. High quality insulated windows with tints. We received exactly what we requested even the frosted windows for the bathrooms. Professional guys that cleaned up everything when job was done. I will definitely be calling them back next year to change my siding as they do that as well. Highly recommended!

The project was done a while ago but I never had a chance to write a review, also I wanted to see if our new windows will keep the house warm enough through the winter time:) Well so far so good, I can’t find a thing I can complaint about... the past few month in Chicago was extremely cold but my house stays warm and cozy like never before. We did whole renovation of our house inside and out by a different company but we didn’t change the windows as they looked fine to me. I didn’t even bother myself with any kind of thoughts to do any replacement ... Until this winter .... It was horrible winter, believe me. Well, my old windows looks ok but a quality I guess, was really poor as we could feel a wind blow while sitting in a living room and overall all of the rooms in the house was freezing cold and couldn’t keep the temperature, we spent a Lot of money on gas bills. So I talked to my wife and we decided that the old windows need to go. ExterTech Construction was recommended by our electrician Tom. Woitek showed up with a demo-box and tester to gave us an idea how the new windows will look like and what the gas&a/c savings can be after all in higher heat temperature neither cold winter days. We were really impressed and as he was recommended we decided to do no more estimates just go with this company. I would say it was one of the best experience ever as job was done really quick, nicely and without the mess including a surprise bonus 30 years warranty . We are satisfied 100%
