Dont usually come here. This place is great. Its clean. The staff is very helpful. Got 4 loads of laundry done in about 2 hours. Not bad. The equipment works well. They have snacks and TV.

Not even worth to give a star. First, the laundry card machine took $4 but the card that came out got an error. Funny thing is no REFUND!!! I tried second time with debit card $10 but the card that came out got an error and still took out money from the personal bank account. A couple beside me had a same issue but they told me the machine takes CASH(?!?!?!?!). so I tried again with $5 and finally it worked.However, the main issue is that there was not even a single attemdant to help and now I lost $14...!!! visited here because the reviews are good but this is non diff. than being scammed.

Place was clean and well kept. There is plenty of room so you can be very comfortable. People seemed to be very nice.

This establishment is clean,spacious,and modern.It has the 3-basket and 8-basket size washers and jumbo-size dryers.There are numerous TVs,and 2 snack machines and a soft drink machine.The machines take a cash-loaded card that you get on the premises.

Select hot water, it runs ice cold water. Not just one time. Most of the time it happens. You can dip your finger when water runs in detergent tray. I bet you’ll know

First time here and will definitely come again. Its very spacious, so great for social distancing. Very clean. Was able to fit all my stuff in one load at a reasonable price. Dryers were a little pricy but they work great. I didnt need the full 40 min. Staff is very friendly. Oh and they have laundry cards so you dont even need quarters!

This is a very nice laundromat not far from my home in Wheeling; sometimes we go here to wash sheet sets, blankets, comforters, and larger items. Very efficient and quick.You purchase a card and load it with funds. Washers allow you to add additional minutes for rinsing or the wash cycle which is great. Then, the dryers work fast; what might take 45- to an hour at home takes like 20-30 minutes in one of the large dryers.Also, the on-premises assistants that Ive dealt with have been polite and and helpful.Finally, they try to keep the place clean, sweeping, cleaning lint traps etc.I would recommend it.

This is a big, clean and well lit place. They have about 60 washers and dryers each of different sizes. Juan was very helpful and answered all my questions gracefully as it was my first time in a commercial laundromat. I highly recommend this establishment.

Not your typical coin laundromat. They require a plastic card that you get at an automated kiosk. Needing this card is why this is only 4 stars. We go here for our larger and furred (dog fur) items such as our couch blankets. They have simple to use machines, a clean environment, and TVs everywhere if you need entertainment. Another downside is not enough seating.

I do my laundry here all the time. I am very unhappy with them today. I spent $40 on laundry today and I normally fold all my clothes at the laundromat.It is Christmas Eve (yes I have no life). But I did look at the door when I went in to wash at 130 and the only sign on the door said last wash at 9 pm no exceptions.At 3pm the lady that was wearing the laundry world smock was yelling at me and another gentleman in Spanish. I continued to told my clothes at by 330 the gentleman left and I was still folding and drying my clothes. She started to yell at me in Spanish again. I assume (since the door was locked) that the had closed early with no notice to the patrons.I pulled my remaining clothes out of the dryer and left primary because I was becoming uncomfortable with this woman yelling in my face. So as I write this review my clothes are still wet even after all the money I give this place.Use them with caution. If you dont speak Spanish you will not be able to communicate. And I feel as if the woman could have easily become physically violent with me. And as far as I know they are open until 9pm tonight.I will NOT go back.

It has good washer and great dryers. Its not coin operated rather you get a plastic card which you can fill up with cash or card. The card is yours and reusable. I believe you can have unused funds refunded but we did not test this.Great place overall. Four stars became the numbers listed on their website dont ever work (at least when Ive tried them). The hours listed on the website also dont match the hours posted on the door (website says closing 11pm but door says 9pm). Not sure why.

They are okay priced on the washers. The dryer are a little high. The one work staff is rude.

Nice place overall, basic normally friendly staff when I come once in a while. Not this night. The lady that was working was trying to close the door on a guy at 830pm even though last wash is 9pm then after we made a comment she let him in. She told us to use bigger more expensive washers on the other side because she cleaned the side we were going to use. We said no we dont have enough clothes for those. She kept trying to tell people not to wash and dry in certain areas so she can clean. I get cleaning around you but she clearly did not want to be there or want any customers there. She moved my hamper to the top of the garbage so she could clean again instead of asking me or putting it somewhere a little more sanitary. I was not the only one that seen the attitude that she had
