Got the estimate done by Mike and the price was very reasonable. Jeff came and did an amazing job cleaning and repairing the very dirty grout lines and tile. After starting to apply my chosen grout color he asked if I wanted to do a different/better matching color and I agreed. Thanks Jeff for doing a great job on the floor and in the shower/tub. Would def use again!

Would definitely hire again! The whole team was absolutely wonderful. Mike came to do our estimate and was so helpful and knowledgeable. He educated us on the type of stone we had and how to properly care for it. The pricing was fair and the work was done well. Ryan did our stone work and another Mike did the grout work. Ryan went above and beyond and even cleaned out our drain for us! Both kept me informed and showed me how things were progressing each step of the way. Everyone was very respectful with COVID precautions. Call them for your next home project or tile face lift!

I called Grout Experts on the recommendation of a friend who raved about the before and after in her master bath. I didnt think I could be happier than she was, but I am amazed at how incredible my bathrooms look now! Kevin was great to work with and scheduled me quickly. Sonny did a fantastic job on the master bathroom, steam cleaning the stone to look perfect, removing rust spots on the floor and color sealing the grout to make everything look brand new. He also repaired loose stone in our second bathroom, removed dark and discolored grout at the edge seams, and resealed everything beautifully. Finally, our ground floor bathroom had flooded and the grout on the floor wouldnt come clean with any method I tried (steam, baking soda, vinegar, high speed brushes attached to the drill, elbow grease, etc.) and I was ready to remodel it with new tile. Sonny steam cleaned and color sealed and it looks like it was installed perfectly yesterday. It inspired me to get a new vanity and wallpaper since the tile now looked better than everything else in the bathroom. Im so pleased with Grout Experts work and plan to use them again many years from now when my bathrooms next need a refresh.

Grout Experters did a terrific job regrouting my bathroom floor and shower. My shower had begun to leak due to grout decay. Consultation and scheduling of service was seamless. The work to remove the dark stains in our grout was successful and completed quickly. The re-caulking was also completed with precision. I was surprised to see the steam cleaning did not clean other areas of the grout as well as I thought. In some areas it was still left grimy

Our marble tiled floors had miserable cracked grout due to an inferior application by a former contractor. We lived with it for too long. Decided to give the Grout Experts a call. The person giving the quote was honest and quite conversational; good traits to have as a sales person. Scheduling was easy and work done in less than a day. This included marble tile grout plus resealing grout and caulking in the bath/shower. The person doing the work lived up to the standards we were hoping for, creating stunning new grout lines. Contacted Grout Experts to repair loose floor tiles, broken and missing grout in the shower and bathroom floor. They did an excellent job, very professional, matched the grout perfectly. We hired Grout Experts to clean and seal our new shower because the person we hired did not do it properly causing discoloration. They did a nice job and it looks much better but not all the grout is as white as we were hoping. The floor looks great but there is still a little discoloration on the walls.

They did a quality job. It was not easy to replace ceramic tiles but they did it.Thank you.
