I was in contact with Ryan Oliver for about a month after he found my resume and thought I would be a good fit at a job he was recruiting for. Staffing Technical Services, Inc. STSI is a World Class Organization. As a Contract Employee and a Client (Hiring Manager) this is my go-to contract house to find qualified candidates that are well vetted for contract to hire, Direct Hire or just short-term contract. When a Candidate is presented you will not be wasting your time on a non-qualified candidate for your position(s). Their Back and Front office is very efficient in the onboarding process and can have candidates start in short period of time. From a Contract Employee stand point the onboarding process is relatively painless and straight forward.

I highly recommend STSI. Denise worked very hard at finding me a position, and followed through until I received my offer letter. To continue to check in with me , and made sure that I had everything I needed. She also called me after I got hired on permanently, which shows they truly care about their employees.

I’ve worked through a lot of agencies over the years, and many have been unprofessional, unresponsive and have treated me like “just another number”. Not so with STSI. They worked hard to make sure I was happy, they treated me very well and even provided wonderful advice when I was offered a staff position rather than being upset that I was leaving them. Denise is very professional and, most importantly, she keeps to her word. I moved from Texas to Oregon for a position they matched me with and I had absolutely no issues. The company is one of the worse most unreliable and irresponsible companies I have ever seen,dealt with or heard of. They are horrible at getting you your well deserved pay and then you wait for days for it to be resolved while they sit around and blame everyone else for it. My husband and I relocated to take a job this company got him and his check never arrived and then they refused to wire him money because they didnt want to go in to a store to do it when the online way didnt work for them so we got kicked out of our place had no money no food no gas and had to figure it out for days. Until we received his very over late check. I do not recommend using this company unless your rich and dont need every hard earned penny.

I have worked for Denise at Staffing Technical Services on several different job assignments. My current assignment is going into its fourth year.. What’s with the hate??? I’m surprised to see the negative feedback. I have been working as a contractor for STSI for almost two years and they are perfectly fine at what they do. This is the 3rd agency I have worked for and they just as competent and professional as the rest. I have always been paid on time, my STSI contact will go the extra mile to make sure all timesheets are submitted so I don’t miss a paycheck. They have even reimbursed me for money spent on glasses for work. Had to fill out a form and was paid back on the next pay check. They are in no way a shifty company, just as legit as any other. The company president and all my other contacts at STSI have been responsive and courteous with all of my requests. I must say though, that I do miss my initial recruiter Brad…. He was a great dude!When I see the negative reviews here, I remember that only those who are pissed bother to post a review. People who are happy or content don’t both to review.

This is by far the worst staffing agency I have ever dealt with (and I have dealt with a lot of bad ones in the past). Denise Lipskis (the President) is extremely rude, nasty and unprofessional. She yells, throws temper tantrums and talks down to you like she is swatting a fly away. It is recruiters like these that give the entire staffing profession such a bad rap. I wouldnt waste your precious time and effort with this agency.

I have enjoyed steady employment thru STSI since mid February of 2017. Lead by Denise Lipskis a hard working, conscientious, professional recruiter who will go the extra mile for her employees. STSI rates are competitive with other companies in the area. STSI keeps their employees informed of all issues that may arise, and will answer all questions in a timely manner. STSI is a great company to work for and I plan on working with Denise and STSI for a long time.
