This is by far the most beautiful and best place to go to. I felt like family as soon as I walked in.

I was asking for advice regarding where I should get my laptop fixed when a stranger said that PC Fix had great service and was a mile away from where I was at the time. He said a man named Bob had helped him and that it was a great place. I went there that day and Bob was able to guarantee me that he could fix it and do updates and installs that my computer needed. It was fixed the same day. Bob was incredibly nice. Additionally, the main reason why I’m writing this review is because Best Buy was trying to have me pay two times what Bob charged, and additionally Bob was able to add the newest version of windows and taught me how to use the antivirus software that came with my computer (stuff bestbuy wouldn’t have done, all bestbuy would have done was reset my computer, bob went above and beyond). Overall, I don’t usually write reviews, but the service at PC fix was amazing and I highly recommend it to everyone reading this review. Plus, it’s nice to support local stores!

The owner is an absolutely fantastic guy. I have gone in there for a few minor repairs and advice and several times had to fight to get him to accept the money. The repairs are always done in a timely and low cost manner. I will be using him for as long as I live here and the shop exists.

The owner did great work fixing my laptop hinges and even spotted some problems I wasn’t even aware of. Don’t be wary of this place just because it’s not as established as Geek Squad or anything, I had a better experience here than I ever had with Geek Squad.

I had a good laptop that just died. Unfortunately I needed the data on it so I took it here. He confirmed it was my hard drive and managed to pull off a lot of data even as the hard drive was losing it. He made sure there were no viruses before I left (he found 5). Excellent customer service!

Ive been to guys with degrees working at colleges and Bob knows his stuff better. Bob gave me great service. Tried to fix something he could not, spent a long time on it, and didnt charge me. Gave me a great recommendation on where it could be fixed. In his one man office, there is a lot of stuff lying around he is working on unorganized when you walk in, but dont be fooled, the man knows where everything is and its what I call a working desk. He knows his stuff, seriously. Ive had a lot of professional IT guys and I go to him for my Mac.

Bob was fantastic. This is the second time Ive taken my computer to PC Fix and he did a great job upgrading and cleaning out all the garbage He knows what hes doing and I trust him completely to do the right things. Service is excellent and prices are super reasonable.

I got the impression that this was the best person to trust my laptop with. I didnt shop around for prices but I felt I was treated more than fair.Only downside is that as far as I could tell only one person worked there and quality work takes time.

I never thought Id say this, but my experience with PC FIX was the highlight of my day! Hes SO kind and generous and took 30 minutes to explain what was wrong with my computer before referring me to another store to buy a new one. Ill never go back to the Apple Store again!

What a blessing! I took my Acer 2-in-1 here after it decided not to turn on anymore - super frustrating considering I had not backed it up - oops! I was originally told that he would have it done by Thursday, but after explaining that I was a student and needed my information he rushed it and promised to have it diagnosed later that day. He called a few hours later with the bad news that nothing could be recovered and when I went in he explained everything. I was super upset, but thankful to have answers quickly and be able to make my next move. I brought in a rarely used laptop that had been infected by malware and viruses and was slow as molasses! Bob took the time to understand my problems and to explain what needed to be done. Im a happy customer. Got my question answered and my computer up and running. After then it was.

At first you can be hesitant to know where to get some help with viruses, formatting, registry problems and other problems with your computer. But the owner is just great, and we have been back 2,3 times for different things like a computer that got bricked from something, and checking out a 2nd hand laptop and 2nd hand computer that there wasnt anything lurking in them. Super helpful, super nice always tries to teach and make people knowledgeable but I dont think I absorbed 1% of what he was saying. lol! Still got to get in the habit of backing things up and putting on a memory stick that I always seem to put off, but will save a lot of trouble in the long run. Yeah. Decent and trustworthy guy and business. (Also want to add, he is enough of an honest guy, that instead of soaking you for repair bills for a computer that is 4 years old and has multiple issues, hardware and software WHICH he COULD fix and charge you for all of it and make a bunch of money off you, only for it to be obsolete and die on you in a year, that he will say straight out, overall, it is better for you to put it to a new computer, THAT he makes NO money off of. That is what makes Bob a real standout. He wants to help people and find the best solution for their computer problems, for the money, even to his own detriment.)
