Now I have a fantastic roof, and zero complaints. Devon was communicative, responsive, professional and treated me like family. Somehow he was even able to get the repairs my carrier wasnt going to pay for PAID almost like magic. Hired This company for a new roof, tried with other companies and they couldn’t get it approved through insurance, however Nick Law (representative) was able to get the entire roof covered as well as other repairs on the side of my home. He was also very well dressed and hair combed well- I appreciated that. Also the roof and work was excellent, if you need a roof hire this company or you’ll regret it.

Heath and Devon were very professional to work with from the initial bidding/cost estimate through to final close out. Along the way they within hours addressed a minor roof leak. They were great to work with when the window manufacturer sent defective windows out to be installed. They notified us as soon as the defects were found, some I would have never noticed, and worked with the supplier to get things fixed correctly.Definitely recommend them.

We knew we had storm damage to our property, and we tried several times without success to get the insurance to pay for repairs. Finally we decided to have the roof replaced ourselves and we called Nic with Cillessen Construction. After looking at the roof he said there was no excuse for the insurance company not to pay for the damage. He met our insurance adjuster at the house, and by the time he was done not only did they pay for the roof, they paid for new paint, garage doors, and more on the house. Then he took them over to my metal shop and got them to pay for a new roof on it too! The work on the house is completed now, and they are starting on my shop building. I have used Nic to help with multiple real estate transactions were the roof was significantly damaged by hail and we had to get it replaced prior to closing. Nic was invaluable in meeting with the adjusters at the home and doing all he could to make sure that the insurance claim was approved. Cillessen did an excellent job building a garage addition onto our house. The intent was to match the original construction as if the addition had always been there. They matched it perfectly. Due to the hailstorm in July, I needed a new roof, some window replacements, and other minor repairs. I had a great experience overall with Cillessen. The roofers were fantastic! They did a very professional job and were super fast (7:30 am start and finished at 1:45 pm). The foreman (Roberto?) introduced himself to my neighbors and even did a huge personal favor for me and didnt want to take any money. The window replacement took longer than anticipated but Terrence was excellent and took really good care of my project. His customer service skills were a highlight. He worked diligently with my insurance company and was able to get some valuable upgrades for me. I was happy with my Cillessen experience.

Our roof was damaged from hail and our insurance company refused to pay for it. We called Devon who is Cillessen Construction Company’s go-to man for dealing with insurance problems. From that point on Devon became our liaison with the insurance company. He handled calls, met with the insurance company’s appraiser, and took care of all of the details associated with the arbitration. It was a huge relief to have someone on our side dealing with all the stress. Devon’s professionalism and cheerful demeanor was greatly appreciated. Once our claim was approved, we had a beautiful new roof with new gutters in a week. The construction crew was careful to protect the deck and plants and completely cleaned up after them selves. Devon and the owner even got us a great deal on the gutter covers we wanted! I highly recommend this company. To me it seems like this company is small enough to really care about its clients but also large enough to get the job done quickly and correctly.

A tree fell on the back of our house during the bomb cyclone in March, 2019. I called Cillessen Construction and Devon Iarussi, our project manager, took care of everything from putting up caution tape, to tree removal, and coordinating with subcontractors and insurance during the repairs. Heath & Logan responded immediately, secured the unprotected areas, addressed the home & yard issues, & came back another day to help me meet with the insurance adjuster to assure all damages were documented & addressed. My husband and I met Heath (Owner) at the Denver Home and Garden Show. We were looking for a contractor to assist us with designing a custom, modern, and functional kitchen for a small space. We were immediately impressed with his demeanor, knowledge, and cabinetry craftsmanship on display, not to mention the pictures in his portfolio were exactly what we were looking for. After the Home and Garden Show, he followed up with us pretty quickly and provided a detailed estimate. While our initial design plan came back above budget, Heath worked with us to find materials and finishes that we’d be equally as happy with and within budget. When demo and construction started, Heath and his crew worked efficiently to get the work done. As with any older home, we encountered some unexpected electrical and plumbing issues; all unexpected issues were reasonably fixed without much delay. Ultimately, we are thrilled with the end results. The kitchen feels modern, light, and airy. I would definitely recommend Cillesen Construction for any job. The entire crew was a joy to work with-friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and detailed.

These guys were recommended to me by the local hardware store to fix the work of another contractor at our house. Overall, very happy with their craftsmanship, professionalism, and responsiveness. Especially happy with them due to the nature of the work, nobody wants to fix someone else’s work. We had several other contractors look at it but were unwilling to touch the project.

My wife and I were looking for someone to fully renovate our kitchen (down to the studs). I was a little nervous about our relatively modest budget considering the scale of the project, but Heath and his company could not have been better or made the process any easier on us. The experience was great from start to finish even though they had limited time to complete my project! The owner, Heath, met with my husband and I personally, took pictures, answered all our questions, and provided us with a detailed written quote. He also contacted our insurance company in our behalf which was very helpful as they overlooked some things. His lead man, Logan, was also very helpful, kept us up to date and made sure the entire project was done to our satisfaction as well as the insurance companies and the local building department codes. Our project consisted of removing all roofing on our house and garage and re-roofing, painting the garage and removing an old shed and building us a new one. All the workers were diligent, polite, and experts at what they did. They also left our home very clean of debris. Oh and there were no hidden fees or surprises when it came to paying the bill. I can highly recommend them without any hesitation!!

Dealing with my insurance company was frustrating and disappointing! Our adjuster overlooked tons of damage to our home from last summers hail. I heard about CCC from a friend and decided to give them a call. Their project manager Logan, answered all my questions and worked with my insurance company to get all the damage fixed. Roofing companies only fix roofs, as general contractors they took care of everything!!! They went above and beyond during this stressful process! We are thinking about remodeling our kitchen, they will be my first call!
