Kevin is an awesome hair stylist. have been going to him for about 3 years. Very clean shop, professional and friendly. Always feel welcome, and comfortable. They definitely deserve 5 stars for their services! Jacklyn shows tender care and compassion to her customers, making them feel special and beautiful!

I had an amazing experience with Jaclyn Nguyen, she took her time to make sure my hair was cut taking 2 inches of, long layers,and beautiful side bang! Reasonable priced. I got a shampoo and cut and she even threw in a blow dry and round brushed with my blow dry on my bangs to show how wonderful they looked! This is the first hair stylist I have found that got my actual length cut off that I wanted as well as long layers as well as the side bang correct since 2009!!! She is definitely my new hair stylist. I highly recommend her. She was very sweet too! I even showed up without a appointment 30 minutes before they closed and she wasnt at all irritated!!! Very very happy. My boyfriend even said I look amazing and went from I shouldnt get a haircut because he doesnt like change (before I came) ,to I was over due for a haircut and it looks amazing (after the haircut) 10 star if it was available!!! 😁💗

I have been to this salon and had haircuts with Rachel, Kevin and the owner.On every visit I ask for the same thing and for some reason they think that not asking your client whether you want your side and back of hair trimmed with scissors or an electric razor. This last time thats exactly what happened and I specifically asked to leave some length on the top so I can curl my hair with a curling iron, that didnt happen and one side was longer than the other. Why cant hairdressers do what we ask them to do? I dont plan on returning to this salon.

One of the Asian ladies cut my hair and she did the complete opposite of what I said I wanted and she completely butchered my hair. I specifically told her I was trying to grow it out and I just wanted it the layers brought up a little. Before I had a chance to say stop she chopped 4-5 inches off! I’m so devastated! I’ve been going to get my hair trimmed and re-layered every two months to keep it healthy and I’ve been doing this for almost two years and she ruined it. I would never recommend this fantastic Sams and if you want to keep your hair long do not come here.

I usually take my 6 year old son here to get his hair cut. Jackie usually cuts his hair and we have never had an issue with her or the service. I had an appointment today (Sunday 1/3) at 2:30pm. We arrived at 2:30 sharp and it was pretty busy. Jackie was not working but Kim and two other ladies were. Kim started calling up other clients before my son even though they did not have appointments. One of the other ladies working told Kim that my son should be first because he had an appointment and she ignored it and continued calling up other people for cuts before us. A gentleman walked in at about 2:50pm while we were still waiting to be called. Kim called him up at 3pm BEFORE my son had even been cut!!!!!! I told her I had an appointment at 2:30pm and I have now been waiting for 30 MINUTES. She told me that the guy she called up had an appointment at 2:30 as well and that I needed to sit down and wait!! If that was the case he was 20 minutes late and I was not late! I told her to forget it and walked out without getting my sons hair cut, when he needed a haircut because he is going back to school. I am very upset and will not be returning here for ANY haircuts. I will drive further and pay more for better service!!!! I will be calling tomorrow to speak to a manager as well. This is the worst experience I have ever had. Save your money and your time. Go elsewhere!

We showed up just before closing and they were very kind about the lateness to cut my very picky sons hair. The lady was very patient with him, totally understood his concerns with his hairstyle and did a really good job. My son left absolutely content with his new dew! Which does not happen to often. Thank you, we are now coming here for future cuts for sure!

Had an appointment with me and my 2 kids (4 y/o boy and 7 y/o girl with long hair) and they got us all in at the same time and did a great job on the kids hair as well as mine. Skilled stylists for adults and kids.

From the moment you walk in, you get the feeling that all of the staff is concerned about maintaining the cleanest & safest salon environment possible. Not an easy task in this pandemic world. Yet they make you feel youre welcome family -even though it was my first visit. Then add to this professional setting, the shear skills delivered by Rachel, and you walk out a new individual completely satisfied with an artisans touch. Even the charming 4 year old judge sitting there safely, while her Dad received his trim, gave her vote of approval & a thumbs up for the work of art she witnessed. Ask for Rachel & tip well. Tell her I sent you. Ill be back!

This location is great for me to take my son to get his hair cut.It is clean, professional, friendly environment, my little guy leaves there with cute hair cut and there prices are responsible.

Terrible service I asked for a short haircut that had bangs and the lady didnt even give me the bangs I wanted she claimed she didnt like the bangs and she wanted me to keep it long I had to tell her on and on that I wanted bangs so she gave me this whole different hair cut then what I wanted

Unsanitary, gross, dirty, unclean, cluttered clipping tools, station, floor dirty, uses same towel on every clients,, they dont compliance with cosmology board licensing, state and federal, and cdph on sanitized and covid-19.

This was the worst experience ever after I left i went to take a shower and my whole bathtub and my body was stained blue. Also the stylist was very rough with my hair and they charged us way too much.

Quick easy great cut.

Sanitation issues and chemical burns to my skin!! Stylist was cutting a mans hair then walked over to me in the waiting room and without warning or need, she ran her hands through my hair without washing them having had them in another persons hair only seconds before!!! She could have transferred lice or a number of other things from that mans hair to my own! My skin has a chemical burn on it from the stylist leaving color product on my skin for hours (she took about 4 hours to do a max 2 hour color job and had to do it twice....left me under dryer for approx 2 hours!). If you have anything go wrong there, good luck because the owner doesnt do refunds EVER. I had to threaten to sue them to get a refund and the owner was horrible to me about it. No apology. Further, there were signs for color treatments being on sale on every stylist mirrors but no one knew a thing about it. This place has violated health and safety codes. RUN.

I dont know why this place has higher stars. I usually go to higher end salons but my cut is basic with no layers or color so I figured Id save a little money. My hair was in really good shape, I just needed the ends trimmed. The older lady was super rude and when I asked her how she was doing before she shampooed my hair, she just mumbled something back. My hair does get tangled after washing, and usually a hairdresser would apply something before brushing to make it easier to brush through. She didnt and ripped and ripped at my hair, and I didnt realize how much it had damaged my hair until later. I really regret not stopping her and walking out. My hair looked so good before I went in, and now its trashed. Sucks.

I dont know why I let Jaclyn treat me very badly, I was bleeding in the back due to her being rough with me. She kept knocking my head down roughly with her hands which had big nails on it. On top of that she doesnt understand English very well. Ive been to many places where someone doesnt speak English good but is not rude. I always get a hair cut first then get my hair colored but this time Jaclyn did the other way around. I told her that I wanted to get a hair cut first and she said that if I wanted service then it will be her way. Im never coming back to this place. Jaclyn is a manager but she is related to the owner so she s not going anywhere.

Jacqueline has taken care of me here for years. I have liked fantastic sams even before I found my current and long-time stylist. Jacqueline has done a great job at adapting with my taste and preference over the years and keeping me looking good :)

I wish Google would provide no star in rating. This salon is worth for 0 star. Asian ladies spoke Vietnamese while providing services. My hair looks ugly now. If I could undo my choice, I would not come to this salon. DO NOT come to this salon. DO NOT let those ladies ruin your looking, your hair. Worst of the worst salon in town.

Went in for a pretty basic haircut, with photos of how I wanted it (previous haircut, pictures taken minutes after it was done), but was treated to a newer, inexperienced member of staff who seemed to assume I wanted a fade, or some other popular style, instead of the style presented to her. Looked at the pictures once, and never again, not even to check the length. Wound up with a mix between my chosen style, and some weird fade/faux-hawk style. Will not be returning, and will contest the charge on my card.

Some people are happy to destroy a business just because of there judgement. Haricots are professional and service is excellent.

Kevin is the guy to go to. He does a fantastic job rather you are getting perm or a fade. Differently knows what he is doing. Kevin is also very personable and remembers who you are when you come in.

My mom and I went and we didn’t come out happy. They cut my mom’s hair too short, but claimed they only cut it an inch which is false. They said her hair was hard to work with due to the texture of it. My mom’s hair is a bit wavy and definitely not hard to work with. They blamed her for having short hair, after cutting it, saying the hairstyle would not work on her. As hairstylists they should know how to work with different hair textures. She has gotten the hairstyle done before which is simple waves. My mom even showed her a picture and she said she could do it. They blowed dried it terribly and burned her hair. As for me, I got my eyebrows waxed and they did them too thin. We are really not happy with their service. We also talked to the manager, who was very nice, but she didn’t have the proper tools to fix her hair. My mom showed them how to do it with a flat iron. I don’t recommend the place. ***

I felt like Robyn truly listened to what I needed for my hair and spent time with me instead of rushing me through. She offered to dry it for me, asking me how I prefer it, and I ended up having the best style Ive had in years. What a nice feeling to have, like someone was taking good care of me. Excellent.

Barber argued with me about wanting a boy cut the whole time, said that a boy cut would look bad on your chubby face. Cut my hair into an extremely short and uneven bowl cut. Only looked at the picture I showed her once, and completely butchered it.

Jaclyn looked like she was having a very bad day. She took all her anger out on my son. Not only my son was rushed but she turned around the chair so hard & fast that his feet came under the chair roll. Please avoid her at all costs.

This place is great. I myself am very particular about my hair cuts and these ladys always do a great job. I would recoment this place to anyone, and best of all they do childrens hair as well. I know as I take my son here as well

It was the Worst possibly experience anyone can have! Most rude people! The one that cut my hair was Wanda. She refused to fix my haor how I wanted it. Dont want to take responsibility for a messed up haircut. But blames the customer. Thats my first and last time Im going there! Rusged through my fair and called Perfectionist. So what? I want it done right Wanda! Definitely dont recommend this place. Im going back to my bros Haircuts. I wish I could give a 0 out of 5 star

Becky got my haircut for me when you say less than an inch she really does less than and and I find it difficult to find people who actually listen to you when you say that so I appreciate it thank you for going out of her way to making sure that it was less than an inch, other than that friendly staff comfortable environment and you can grab coupons from next door at Safeway with a purchase of anything AKA grab a water bottle and the receipt will have a coupon $2 cheaper than original set price

I dont know how they are still in Business. They donnt know many hair styles and they act like you never have gotten a hair cut before they right and im wrong. They dont know how to cut hair.
