Memory wise has been fantastic. Ive taken a couple of jobs (photo scans) there. The staff is friendly and the work is quick.One note, if you dont get the photo + imaging (just photo) theyll typically leave part of the scanner on the edge of the photo. Depends on how much you are willing to pay.

I wanted basic scan of 31 slides. First was pressured into higher costs services. Finally I when I refused higher cost services I was told they have a $19.95 minimum charge which is nowhere on their price sheet online or in the store. The good news is that their store is completely empty.

Scott and the Wheat Ridge staff did three separate projects for us, involving the transfer of old films to digital media, and digitizing multiple old family photographs. Some of the photos were from the 1860s including a tintype. Some were panoramic photos; some were damaged. They all came out perfectly. We are completely delighted with the results. These guys are great!!

Great family business who really cares about their clients. They had a technical problem transferring footage onto our drive, and made up for it by personally delivering a thumb drive with our footage the next day. Excellent service.

I had a great experience at MemoryWise. They turned around my order in just a few days. What they digitized was a old video of my grandmother, now deceased, teaching me to make homemade bread. I shared the video with my mother, and the sight of her mom teaching me to bake bread immediately brought tears to her eyes. Thanks to MemoryWise for helping me preserve and share an amazing memory. Fantastic customer service! Scott at the Wheat Ridge store is very knowledgeable about all types of media (film, slides, pictures, etc.) and makes great suggestions on how to get the best result for the best value. I put off transferring my and my parents pictures and films for years, and its been a huge relief to finally have it all properly saved, especially with the guidance of these professionals. For me, its been well worth every penny.

The staff I met (3) were all very courteous and helpful, and they did a great job digitizing my parents wedding slides from 1957. I brought them a new USB drive to save the files on and now have them on my laptop and backup hard drive.

My heartfelt thanks is long overdue - to Scott and all at Memorywise - I can’t say enough GREAT about this group and the excellent work they do! I had over 100 hours of VHS and Hi-8 tapes - Scott put my mind at ease quickly as I was trusting my memories to someone else’s care and was concerned the tapes would be sent off somewhere else to process. This group knows what they are doing and are wonderfully trustworthy, organized, efficient and knowledgeable. Scott -Thank You!!! I can not praise you all enough!!!!!

Good recommendations on how to save money. Prompt & on time work
