They rented out the truck I reserved when I didnt show up at the exact time of the reservation. The employee then offered to rent me a truck with no breaks. Getting in touch with Budgets customer service team was a nightmare. I was charged $75 for a service I never received.Pay the extra money to rent with another company like Uhaul. Its worth it.

If I could rate them lower I would!!! Absolutely unacceptable customer service! I reserved my truck and trailer 2 months in advance of my move. Not once did they bother to notify me that the trailer I needed was not available at the time I needed it. I happened to notice it was not on my reminder email (but it was listed on the original email) THE DAY BEFORE IM MOVING AND I HAD TO CALL THEM TO FIND OUT I WOULDNT RECEIVE IT!! Then only to have them tell me they can’t do anything (or rather they won’t) and that the only person who’s capable of helping me MIGHT be in the office tomorrow... THE DAY IM MOVING!! Not only did they do absolutely NOTHING to even try and help fix the problem that THEY CREATED but the supervisor refused to speak with me about it until I refused to get off of their line without speaking to her. She literally told the poor customer service girl she flat out didn’t want to deal with me!!! They said that to me!! Then all the supervisor did was repeat the phrase “I’m sorry ma’am” over and over. I will never use or recommend Budget truck rentals to anyone!!! Pay a little extra and use Uhaul! It’s seriously so much better and they have MUCH BETTER customer service! As a matter of fact they cut me a deal after hearing about hat these people put me through!

Beware of this location.... I had a truck rental and went to pick up truck and went to pay and my credit card was charged $18,000 instead of $180. That was just the beginning of this horrible truck rental. So next we finally got the keys after waiting because she was helping other customers while she was helping me and her multitasking skills are horrible. So now we have the key the lady tells us that the truck is out on the lot and I suggested that I needed to find the truck by matching up the numbers on the key. She never did a walk through with me to determine the overall condition of the truck. Needless to say when I returned the truck to a different location they had noticed a crack in the windshield. So they add a $175.00 to my bill...ugh.

I will never use Budget again. I had movers coming at 930am and the truck rental was for 9am pickup. Got there at 845 am and there was NO TRUCK AVAILABLE!! And no one would help me try and find another one. All they said is that even though I made a reservation, it didnt guarantee a truck would be available. What is the point of reserving a truck if you dont even know if you will have one to rent??? Horrible customer service!!!

Avoid this location at all costs. Your reservations are absolutely meaningless. Had a reservation for a truck at 1:30, I get there at 1:15 and they have no trucks and dont know when one will be back. Absolutely unprofessional.

A few things to watch out for with Budget in general, and then one particular issue with this location.1st) You may reserve online but show up and find that the vehicle you originally reserved is not available. The case and point for Budget is just watch out because their inventory system doesnt appear to update the website in a timely manner. Sucks that you cant be confident in your reservation, but thats how they work. Ive had this happen twice.2nd) The individuals that greet you in this shop are extremely nice. When they had discovered the issue with the reservation that our 12 truck wasnt available they were quick to offer some discounts to get us along our way. Their only available smaller vehicle was the rental VAN. You can imagine the change in planning this requires to reduce to this size. They threw in 25 free miles and the thought was Ok! Given the price difference per mile for the van, 25 *free* miles, and the possibility that we may be able to make this work. This works.The problem is they dont equate price per mileage to the vehicle youre driving. Its a separate line item that doesnt budge unless you explicitly talk about this during an agreement. Our understanding in making the agreement with the staff was Hey, van is a good deal, and more than compensates for the inconvenience. However, without the discount in mileage this only equates to $13. Its rather piddly.What makes the experience particularly poor is that while having this discussion with customer service (1800 number) the reps are very argumentative. Theyre going to fight and scrap for every penny to stay in their favor. When asking to speak to a supervisor-- they get their chance to get back at you : ~20 minute hold with no check ins on how much longer you are going to be sitting there.Really just not top level service anywhere. Kind of a bait and switch feel to it. My recommendation would be if you use them have a hawks eye on every single thing. While the reps in this shop are very NICE, their easy going nature leads to misses that will be at your detriment. They come off easy going on vehicle damage concerns as well, but I wont be surprised if people get burned on that also. SO CHECK . EVERYTHING!Cheers!

My truck was filthy, my car dolly had one brake light and no way to connect it to the truck. There were about 30 moving blankets in a pile in the truck and a furniture dolly that I didnt request, want, or need.

Great if you have a coupon

They took my reservation for a truck and then never called me to tell me they didnt have any trucks available for the day I requested it. I called them 6 times the day of moving and they never answered the phone or called me back. To top it off, after ignoring my calls, they tried to charge me a $50 no-show fee.. never do business with these people.
