From the moment I walked in I could tell it was a warm environment. I was then greeted by the kind and informational Hygienist Kim. She answered all my questions and taught me new things! Dr.Peterson was great and answered all my continued questions as well as provided me solutions and fast. Excited to have been recommended this place ! Best dentist I’ve ever been to!

I have been going to Halsa Dental for a few years and every experience has been exceptional. Everyone I have interacted with has been friendly and helpful.I have a few special needs and I only had to tell the group about those needs once. They put my needs on my chart and the note is always noticed and attended to. Further, each person meets me where I am and works with me and my priorities, asking questions and even suggesting possible ways to help with my needs during my visits.They are wonderful about communicating what to expect and checking how I am doing through out the appointment.On top of this, they have helped me build better habits without any judgement when I fail or fall behind.

I highly recommend Halsa Dental for any oral care you need. I had a cleaning there Wednesday. As always, I received a friendly greeting. The office is clean and the dental station is sanitized. The staff is personable. I always leave feeling taken care of, as well as having shared good conversation about all sorts of things. Its an oral experience at many levels.

I have been with Halsa Dental for four years now. They are fantastic. They listen to all of my concerns and go above and beyond what I would expect. They even have been taking my blood pressure during each visit. Through moving and transitioning jobs, this has been one of the most consistent sources of this information. Even though I am in my 20s, this has been helpful to provide to my doctors. They also have massage chairs. :) The specialists (orthodontist and oral surgeon) that they recommend are also great and located close by.

Just had my third visit at Halsa, two of those to have some decently serious work done, and every time its been great. Dr. Peterson is incredibly good and professional, the tech/assistants are always so friendly, personable, and helpful. Everyone is very concerned with my comfort and very kind in putting up with my sometimes difficult-to-numb mouth. I cannot recommend this dental practice enough.

Came here for the first time last week. Im very excited to have found a dentist I like. They were very kind to my mouth during cleaning, yet through. I have been dealing with a sore tooth for several weeks, and since I have been traveling I was unable to go to my regular dentist. I found Halsa Dental on Google and called. From the first contact, through prep and treatment, and dismissal every aspect was professional, and kind. I found the team actively interested in me personally and highly capable in taking care of my sore tooth. And Dr. Peterson has the lightest touch. I wish I lived near here, I would become a patient in a heartbeat. Full disclosure, I am a recently retired dentist from the Midwest and am leaving the Denver area tomorrow. Ive sat in many a colleagues chair and not felt so well cared for. I have nothing to gain by sharing my enthusiasm for Halsa Dental other than hoping others might read this and decide to make this office their dental home.

Lindsay does my cleaning and she has always been adept. I hardly know my teeth were cleaned when I leave...except that tickklish spot that gets me every time during polishing. No getting around that.The office has adapted to Covid concerns without being burdensome. Ive always liked the background music and the staff is personable, fun and professional.

I have to say, I very much appreciated the staffs efforts to provide a safe and accommodating environment amidst the backdrop of a pandemic. I work at Halsa Dental.... yesterday I got to experience being a patient. It was the first crown Ive had, Ive known Ive needed it, but been hesitant (honestly-nobody really loves that drill sound!) Having never experienced a crown myself, I assumed Id have some discomfort after the procedure.....but there was literally NONE. We truly have a great team here. I am so proud to be an employee here, and even more proud to be a patient.

Halsa Dental has excellent dentists. I have been to many dentists in my life and Halsa Dental is as professional as they come. Six months ago Dr. Kack made a new upper denture for me. She took all the time and attention it took to make this denture fit correctly. It ended up fitting perfectly. I have also had a couple of crowns put in by from Dr. Kack and they too were perfection. I also appreciate the whole staff at Halsa Dental. From Cheney in the office who can answer all of my questions or get me answers. Lindsey cleans my teeth and I feel nothing but clean. Ak is Dr. Kacks Dental Assistant and he is awesome too. Its like he reads my mind, which is really good when you are in a dental chair with your mouth open for a fitting.

Your staff is so super friendly and they always make me feel comfortable. When someone is working in your mouth its hard to talk but when they keep the conversation going it helps to ease the awkwardness that comes at the dentist, so I appreciate that. I will continue to return because I feel so welcomed and treated kindly while Im there. Your pricing is very comfortable compared to other offices Ive visited. And I will continue to reccomend you to my friends and family. Some of which have already become new patients.

Had a crown put on and and a composite bonding done for my unfortunate gap. My smile looks so much better!!! The staff were super friendly, and were super accommodating as I’m scared of dentists and can be a bit of a pain. Jenn was super nice and the front desk made me feel like I could ask anything and everything if need be. Hopefully I don’t need much work done in the future but if I do it’s worth the trip

My experience it the Halsa Dental staff has been excellent. Both Doctors Peterson and Kack are very personable and understanding. Also, their seasoned assistant Mrs Jenn is an experienced superstar goes above and beyond for patient care.

Kim has been my hygienist every time I have gone in. Not sure if that is by coincidence or they try to keep consistent, but either way she is awesome and makes the experience very comfortable. I appreciate that Kim takes notes and checks in every visit with what is important to me as it relates to my dental health. I never feel like the staff here is trying to find things just for billing sake, and it is apparent that they work to a standard to put the patients needs above their own. Dr. Peterson is great as well, but lets be honest until there is a problem, the hygienist is really who can make or break a dental exam experience. Thank you Kim!

Recently, I had to switch from my pediatric dentist to a new one, which is never an easy transition. My mom recommended her dentist, Dr. Peterson, so I gave her a shot. Im so glad I did! I didnt think I could find another dentist as great as the one I had for the past 20+ years. This place really is wonderful. I do not feel as though I was treated properly. I had to return to have work redone. The lady who cleaned my teeth was pleasant.

Kim was very kind and professional, I was very impressed with my cleaning and care that I received. She took time to go over everything and explain what she was doing and answered all my questions. I feel very confident in the staff and happy that I made the decision to go to that office.I also liked Dr. Lauren Peterson, she was wonderful and worked up a plan for my care. She was very professional, kind and honest about what needs to be done and what does not need to be done, which is very refreshing. I had a great feeling about my treatment when I left their office.

Firstly, the admin team is great and if I could give them an isolated rating, it would be a 5 however the dental work is not, in fact I would give zero stars if I could. After 3 years my crown failed. I spoke to Cigna who suggested I go back to the original Dentist as this was abnormal and they wont cover a replacement under 5 years (most crowns should exceed that time).I went back to Halsa in hopes that they would exude good ethics and replace the thinly constructed crown (per my current Dentist). WRONG! Instead I was told I had a cavity which had caused the crown to fail which they simply couldnt cover. I got a copy of my x-rays and went to my current professional Dentist the next day. Guess what? No cavity. Its so unfortunate that you falsely diagnosed the issue just to skirt a replacement at your own cost. These are the acts that impact my insurance rates in general. Shame on you.Jenn, it might help to freshen up on your dental assisting knowledge and maybe a lesson in customer service and soft skills. Even Cigna was shocked how this played out...

I had the best experience today. I was very anxious visiting the dentist after, most likely, 15 years. I had a horrible experience when I was younger and had all four wisdom teeth extracted at once - I was 11 or 12 at the time, and was too young to go under, so I took 12 unsuccessful shots inside my mouth and was able to feel what they were doing to me.However, when I visited Hälsa, I was greeted warmly and graciously. Then, I headed back with Lindsey, still very nervous, and she was extremely thorough in explaining what to expect from my appointment. She also comforted me and listend to all of my concerns with genuine sincerity. Im already recommending this place to everyone I know!

They need to add another star so I can make my survey Excellent! Everyone at Halsa Dental is beyond Very Good! The hygienists are all great. I had Lindsey, this time, and shes so careful about cleaning my teeth but constantly checking to see if Im okay. In addition to nine x-rays, she also did a full-mouth, jaw and neck inspection for oral cancer. I love that massaging chair! Dr. Peterson checked my x-rays and went upstarts to check with that dental service to see if I needed a root canal (thankfully not)! The receptionist/accounting young lady was very quiet and helpful as she explained my bill so we had the privacy patients want. The only thing better than yesterday would be to go through the whole office and get a little work from everyone! You all take good care of me and I love you all!! Thank you!

First time i came they got me in for tooth emergency really quickly and they had a kind nice staff referring me to a specialist. So I tried to reschedule for a cleaning and check up on a later date, but scheduling is a nightmare. You have to waiting a month out for appointments, then 2 times it got close to appointment and they rescheduled then canceled on me right before, so I never got in. Then they blew up my phone with calls at all these random times during day to reschedule but kept asking to reschedule during times I told them I could not do. When I asked them to stop blowing up my phone with calls they started blowing it up with text twice daily for a month straight! It was rediculas. So i gave them another chance and tried to reschedule again,yet they wanted me to wait another month out! Im fed up with them scheduling me so far out then canceling on me last min. and blowing up my phone. They arent that good to go though all the hassle!

I have complete TRUST and CONFIDENCE in Hälsa Dental.I was in need of a crown and the first appointment my former Dentist could schedule was six weeks out. I am so thankful that a friend recommended Hälsa Dental.PROS: 1. Dr. Peterson, Jenn, and the entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and caring.2. They have modern equipment and even have the equipment to make permanent crowns on-site! This is a huge benefit over my previous Dentist who requires two visits for crowns.The imaging (xray) equipment at my old dentist’s office looked like a giant ceiling mounted photon cannon. Required patients to wear a lead vest and for the assistant to leave the room when it was in use. The only thing missing was the assistant yelling out “fire in the hole” prior to taking the image. The imaging equipment at Hälsa Dental looks like a hand held scanner. The assistant stayed in the room and the whole process was easy and I don’t feel like I’m going to glow in the dark.3. Dr. Peterson and her staff did an examination and gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision. Understanding that some people want their teeth to be as perfect as they can be and others just want to get by with minimal services. They gave me my options and didn’t try and decide for me. No pressure- just information. This approach appeals to me and should appeal to all types of customers regardless of their personal dental care philosophy.Cons: I didn’t find these guys sooner.Thanks Hälsa Dental for taking great care of me- I appreciate everything you do.

I had a chipped front tooth and was in for repair. This could have been a level 10 process regarding numbing and procedure. The Dr. simply did a file work process like an artist and brought the shape of the tooth and a snaggle factor to perfection. Always in the mood to take the simple path. I just had my first appointment with Kim and Dr. Rosenvold. It was fantastic. The office is friendly and well decorated. Kim was efficient, knowledgeable, and performed a very thorough cleaning. My teeth felt great! Dr. Rosenvold is also very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and explains things well. Overall great experience. I rarely have days off and between the friendly staff, the massaging chair, and the mini gift bag, I felt more like I went to the spa on my day off, not the dentist!

I previously thought all dentist practices were roughly the same, as long as people were nice then it was worth going to. But I was pretty blown away by this one. Everyone was extremely nice and the care was excellent but, as a nurse, I found other parts to be particularly excellent. They really incorporated whole body health into the dental health experience which is extremely important (and rare). They clearly value patient centered care by asking what was important to me. All medical practices everywhere should do this, and it really makes all the difference (but again, is rare). And they screened for oral cancers and,as a public health nurse aware of the HPV epidemic and important (but rarely adopted) role that dentists have in this, I was particularly impressed. Overall I would recommended this practice to everyone. I already bragged about it to all my coworkers and they were all impressed, too. Thank you guys!

I have been to about 10 dentists throughout my life and Dr. Petersons practice is BY FAR the most polite, efficient, courteous, technologically advanced practice. They literally answer all of my questions and concerns (before/during/after visits). Their administration is highly knowledgeable and friendly. Their office is clean and comes with amenities that make sense (water, magazines, coffee... all of which support the decreased use of sugary products). It is good seeing a practice practicing what they preach. The entire staff is down to earth and realize that everyone is different and circumstances are unknowable (I have been to practices where hygienists are highly critical, in a rude way, and that is something that I dont take from anyone! This practice caters to the patients needs, feelings, etc. as if they were formally customer relations turned dentist practice. I recommend them with highest regards!Ps. Today was my first visit to Hasla and hands down, this is the best dentist office that I have ever been to!
