If I could I’d give him ZERO STARS! AMBULANCE CHASER OF REALTORS! My elderly mother received a letter from him saying her property taxes had not been paid and the county was sending her tax lien to auction. All a LIE that scared her and had her in tears - panicked that she was losing her home. Yes, she forgot to pay and was late- by a couple months - not even close to being in jeopardy of losing her home. And he sent the letter off over a month after she had paid it. But she didn’t understand because of the lies in Matthew Cobb’s letter! Shame on you Matthew for preying on vulnerable people!In response to your response - I never called. Guess I’m not the only one upset with your tactics.
