I love the service I get from Performance Pools. They are always there for me. They always have what I need and it is usually delivered within 24 hours. Their pool knowledge is 2nd to done. They know their stuff. I call them my Solution Center! One call and your pool is back in shape. Did I mention Pool equipment and repair. Once again. They are simply are the best!

I was involved in a hit and run accident last week by someone who was driving a performance pools company truck. The owner took full responsibility for his incompetent employee Chris, and agreed to pay for the damage. Now hes being shady and refusing to take responsibility for their carelessness, unprofessionalism and recklessness. Take your business to a company that has integrity and doesnt look you in the eye and lie to you. Rick the owner is a complete joke. I am really disappointed in him and his inability to take care of this situation like a decent human being. I would really think twice about using this company as they lack integrity and common sense. Please take your business elsewhere!! Save yourself the frustration and disappointment of having to deal with these clowns. I would leave negative stars if I could.

Scheduled a service call and they redused to give me a time window. Bottom line, no one showed up. After calling all day for updates i finally was able to get an update at the end of the day stating the technician had taken it upon himself to reschedule the service call because he was too busy.Never using this company again.If i could rate zero stars i would.

Im a Maintenance Supervisor and when I need help at my property with the spa or pool Megan is who I talk with. From SDS sheets, VGB installation, heater PM, chemical orders and anything repaired. She is very professional and always lets me know when they will be doing the work and cost. Thanks for all Megan and all the pool techs.

Same thing as Miss Rivera I had the pool company back up into my car at my apartment complex Summit Riverside and then they took off. Been trying to get their information from the clubhouse they finally gave it to me police have been involved. Love the complex dont like the pool company so far.

The worst pool Company in Denver, these guys are diss-honest Crooks! They created a leak in our pool heater so they could replace it then they left a valve closed burning up our spa heater, they almost burned down my pool house due to their incompetence. Then when we refused to pay they charged our card that was on file. Lawsuit pending.

The service for this company as gone down hill since the new people took it over what happened to costumer service its like they dont know what they are doing.

Very poor service, been waiting 3 months to close pool.
