I personally saw results after the first session and have continued to be significant to the point of not having to shave. I would say it’s on the pricey end but the quality is definitely there, plus can’t beat lifetime sessions if need be.

And dont even think about rescheduling or you will be scheduled 5-7 weeks out. For the amount of money we are paying, I dont want to wait 3 months in between treatments. Please get this fixed ASAP!

The Staff is great and very kind and helpful. Corporate also took drinks away which was one of the things I enjoyed here. I give 5 stars for the service but 3 stars for commodities and etc. thus 4 stars is my overall rating. There is much needed improvement here regarding everything but the staff which is superb.

I started going to this location of Milan around August 2020. Services were great for the first several months until Kayla left in May 2021. They have recently had a lot of turnover in staff which has had a negative effect on my experience. The most recent nurse/NP that they had last week, Simi, was quite rude and kept acting condescening toward me for even coming in to the clinic for my appointment that day. I am also an NP and know how to treat patients with respect and have appropriate bedside manner. Scheduling has also been extremely difficult. For a 20 minute appointment, they had one appointment available about 2 weeks out and if I didnt take that appointment, the next availability was more than 6 weeks out. The positives: I have had good results with hair removal, the ladies at the front desk are always kind, and the clinic is very clean.

The staff is friendly however the past few months have been difficult in scheduling because they were short staffed and I want to cancel my treatments and get a refund. The regional manager doesnt want to issue the refund due to unsatisfactory treatments on their part and apply all payments to the in-house financing even though the treatments were unsatisfactory. Dont finance through them. They take your money even without prodiving services in a timely manner.

I love the Arvada Milan Laser location!! It’s much closer to where I live than where I had been going previously and I’m so thankful they opened one here. It’s right next to where my kids have swim once a week (and Target!), it’s super convenient and makes my day flow so much easier when I can just pop over and squeeze a treatment into my day without having to get a sitter and drive all over Denver. I’ve had to bring my kids on several occasions and they are always so accommodating to me and let them watch their iPads in the front while I have my session. The girls are so sweet and personable and always remember me and the technicians are so professional and knowledgeable; they let me go at my own pace if it gets too sensitive in an area.I was a bit on the fence about laser hair removal beforehand, and worried if I was making the right choice, but I have zero doubts that I made the right decision now. I quickly found out that not only does this cost the same as waxing, but it actually takes less time and is way less painful! After one visit, I could tell a difference in my hair growth and smoother skin.
