I have a very delicate ring that has stones in it. I am in healthcare so I needed protection on these stones since I wash and sanitize my hands so often. I had been taking it to a place that uses epoxy but that would lift up and bubble and every 3 months I would have to replace it. I brought it to D&K and Dave used a UV clear enamel. The stones look vibrant and it will be more water resistant! They were willing to think outside the box to get my ring to work for my lifestyle! It looks amazing

I had a watch that was an 8th Gr graduation present. I took it to 2 “upscale” jewelers/watch experts and was told the watch was rusted inside and worthless.On a hunch, I took it to David at D&K and 2 days later, it runs perfectly!!! And for a very fair price.If anyone asks for a jeweler, reputable and so honest, this is the ONLY name I will offer!!!!

I went here for a custom design and they said no problem. See the picture. First picture is what they made and third picture is what my new Jewler made for me. I am not complaining about the ring but in comparison to what I sent it is nothing like my design. I gave them my stone at the end of November and after almost 2 and a half months then they send me a cad(picture1) that looks nothing like what I asked for. If you go here make sure you watch them carefully. My experience is only what happened to me so you never know. But if you have a fancy design go elsewhere. The place I went to did the wax mold and a cad and then hand carved my ring (picture 2) in less than a month and I paid less of an amount for the same 14k white gold mount and design.

Friendly staff, prompt service, and quality work. They took wonderful care of my vintage wedding set (it was my husbands grandmothers wedding set) and did a wonderful job. Very happy with the work.

Its been a few years but these guys are amazing! Not only do they do beautiful work but they go above and beyond to make it happen! My husband and I got married while in Iraq and he worked with Kim via email to design my ring. He wanted me to have my ring as soon as possible but DHS and FedEx wouldnt insure it to ship it there (understandably). I was able to see who was home on leave in the Denver area and contacted them to see if they were willing to hand carry it down range. Kim drove out to the Parker area on Thanksgiving Day to meet him before he flew out to Iraq. He was nervous carrying it for us but all went well and I had my beautiful ring!

I used D & K Jewelers for the design of my Fiances engagement ring. Not only did they provide excellent design advice and include me in every single step of the process, all of them. From selecting each diamond and stone myself, to seeing the 3D rendering on the computer, the casting of the mold, to seeing the ring prior to setting the stones.Their customer service was bar none keeping me in the loop with communication incredibly often, and daily while all the major design decisions were being made.The final product is something that both myself and my fiance couldnt have been happier with, and the entire process was incredibly enjoyable.

I started my journey with an appraisal, which was not only done exceptionally considering the supreme knowledge of the team, but it was on point and done quickly. From there, my fiance (hearing me talk them up all the time) decided to use this amazing jewler for a custom ring. I stopped going there for watch repair. The competition in old town is way friendlier. When my watch band clasp was too tight to open after the first adjustment, I brought it back. The sales clerk took the watch to show the jeweler. As she walked away, the clasp suddenly opened. I tried to get her attention by saying, Can I see it a second? She ignored me as she walked away with MY watch. Of course, the jeweler was confused because the clasp was now open. But we talked and he agreed it needed to be readjusted. I told him that his sales clerk wouldnt let me see my own watch. Ignore me at your own risk, sales clerk! She really needs a different job because its clear she doesnt like it.

Zero stars isnt an option so I had to select one.I took my watch in to have the band adjusted. Without asking how I would like it to fit, the woman who was helping me tried to shorten the strap, nearly an inch shorter than I needed it to be, and ended up mangling it. She informed me that it could not be repaired and acted as though it wasnt a big deal. She became rude and accusatory towards me when I informed her that my watch was now beyond repair. She seemed to excuse her actions by implying that my watch wasnt expensive.Very rude, very unprofessional.

I went in to get my ring checked and cleaned. Good thing. because of natural wear and tear my ring was about ready to fall apart. They rebuilt my ring and was able to put another diamond I had in the center. They delivered on time and on budget. They did exactly what they said they would do, D&K will be getting my business again.

I brought in my watch for a resizing of the metal bracelet. Ive always purchase watches with leather straps, so this was my first and only metal band. Therefore, I didnt want to purchase tools to adjust the fit seeing as how it should be a one time deal. When I entered the store, I was greeted by a less-than friendly staff. I had removed the steel bracelet in favor of a NATO strap and had asked for one of the staff to put the steel band back on and readjust the size. I noticed she had some trouble putting on the springbars and attaching the band to the watch, however I wasnt initially concerned as after the resizing, the watch fit well.It wasnt until I got home that I began to notice why it took her some effort. I notice fine scratches around one of the lugs which were not present when I brought the watch in. In addition, the clasp was put on backwards! (I had not noticed in the store as it was my first bracelet and was too excited to wear my new watch until it clicked in my mind of how wrong it felt putting it on). The scratches arent too noticeable unless viewed from an angle.Overall, Im very disappointed in my experience with the service. For something that should be basic tasks for a jeweler (resizing a watch metal bracelet), I encountered too many issues. I ended up purchasing my own tools and fixed the clasp issue myself. In my opinion, If they couldnt flawlessly resize a watch, I wouldnt trust these jewelers to complete a modestly more complicated repair or service.

They were all super friendly and talkative while fixing a pin & replacing the batteries on my husbands watch.

Terrible watch repair. I wanted a screw and a battery replaced. Took apart the watch and they could not change the battery and in the end I had to go to another watch repair shop to get the watch working again. To top it all off, the second lady kept reminding me she did not break it ( and could not fix it) but Emily broke it. Stay clear of this place for watch repair. They are incompetent.

We took a brand new handcrafted engagement ring to get repaired; a small diamond on the shank had fallen out, and as our jeweler is in ireland, we thought we could trust a local jeweler to do the small job. We brought it in on Saturday, and they were going to be closed for the next few days, but the ladies at the counter kindly told us that the jeweler would be back in on Tuesday and would contact us. We made it very clear that we wanted to talk to him before working on the ring since we wanted to make sure since it was such a unique piece, that he would take responsibility should anything go wrong.So tuesday comes and weve heard nothing from them... not a huge deal, but we call around 5, knowing they close at 6, to make sure theyll be able to do the repair. They say theyll be able to do it, it will be ready wednesday. We forgot to ask about whether they could guarantee the rest of the piece. We call back, the girl who answers hardly lets us ask the question before she starts making excuses about how long it had taken (which wasnt a problem at all!) finally we get the question in, and can hear the jeweler (David) in the background telling her to tell us that shes the only one there. At this point, we seriously questioning the integrity of this place that is handling a very important and very expensive ring.So we tell them we want to pick it up. DO NOT do any work on it, and please put it aside for us. We get there, diamond has been replaced. Wrong size, different clarity. We talk to David at the counter, he says the girls told me you thought this was an antique. Its not uhhhhh, no, we know that its not, we bought it new. unprovoked and ignoring our insistence that we know this to be true, he continues well, just so you know its not an antique, I can tell because of the laser inscription. right..... So then were being charged for a terrible job that we had asked him not to do.TLDR: Do not bring any piece of jewelry that you care for to this establishment. All of our requests were ignored, David was petty, and frankly did very poor, hurried work on our ring.
