I have a mailbox here so Ive had lots of experiences with the staff. I see them cope gracefully with people who think they are the center of the world. I see them stay professional in the face of contempt. All those who post that the staff are rude need to check their empathy tank. Its probably empty.

I’m not sure what store these 5star review writers are going to but the staff here are SO rude and condescending unnecessarily. Went in for an amazon return and the old woman with short hair was a total B for no reason. Amazon packages aren’t hard to return, you just scan a QR code and give them the package but it was like they were getting mad at me just because the QR code scan wasn’t loading fast enough or something. The guy with long hair and ridiculously bright shoes was even more rude to the elderly gentleman in front of me. No one is making you work here if you hate it so much. I drive out of my way to a different store because they have never not been rude to EVERYONE in the store every single time I’ve gone. At least they don’t discriminate I guess.

Went in for a simple, straight forward task: to print a document in color from a thumb drive. The woman said the copier was a new machine and she couldnt get it to read the thumb drive. I had no problems opening it at home, so I asked if she could try on another computer or machine. She refused and offered no solutions. I was shocked at her lack of problem-solving, lack of apology, and lack of skills to figure out another solution to such a simple task!

First, this isnt the local small business that many customers believe they are supporting. This business is owned by a person (Id typically write a gentleman but hes anything but) named Hari Dallakoti whose office address is 2457 W Sunset Drive, Littleton, CO 80120. He owns 11 UPS Store locations, not a small business by any stretch, which is why he couldnt care less about all the one star reviews his business receives. He appears to go out of his way to hire and retain the least professional, most unhelpful employees he can, then trains them to squeeze every last dime from the customer. In my case, and almost certainly in many, many other cases, his team committed outright fraud. Their MO is to use the bait-and-switch tactic of luring customers in with the appearance of a direct affiliation with UPS, then, after wildly overcharging, denying any affiliation with UPS. They repeat two excuse lines ad nauseum until (they hope and expect) you finally get so frustrated that you simply give up and go away. These lines are: Were not UPS. Were an independent business. and, once youve confronted them with the far lower cost estimate calculated online at their website - TheUPSStore.com - Thats just an estimate. (Theyll also claim, until you repeatedly deny it, that youre using the UPS.com website vs. their website, TheUPSStore.com.) In my case, the website price was $118.99 for the requested service, which was UPS Ground. Interestingly, the price listed for every other service type was designated as an estimate, while the price for UPS Ground had no such designation. In any case, Dallakotis collaborators charged MORE THAN DOUBLE the estimate, $238.45. Since I was in Durango, where the shipment was to be received, and I didnt want to impose any further on the person in the store who was doing me the favor of shipping the package from Wheat Ridge, I naively assumed that I must have been wrong in how I entered the data online and I accepted their absurd-sounding quote. I then went back online to TheUPSStore.com and re-entered the information multiple times. Each time, it came out the same: $118.99. I contacted the manager of the store, Marcus, who doggedly stuck to the company lines listed above and also repeatedly lied about going online himself to TheUPSSTore.com website where, he claimed, he came up with the inflated price every time. He also rubbed salt into the wound by insisting that the business wed shipped the package to, an RV Park where I was staying for a few days, was not a business. This was an important point for him since delivering to a residence increases the price. About $20 in my case according to Marcus. I asked whether hotels were businesses. You live there. Its a residence. When I told him fine, credit me back $100 instead of $120, and suggested that they didnt want this to become a public argument on social media, he simply hung up on me. There are many legitimate alternatives to the rude (see all the many other one-star reviews) and unrepentant bullies at Hari Dallakotis clip joints. These include FedEx drops at Safeway and Walgreens, as well as Ace Pack and Ship, all on Wadsworth in Wheat Ridge. I left a message at his Littleton location for Dallakoti to please call me to discuss. Not surprisingly, I received no return call. Instead, since I dont live in Colorado to battle this in person, Im writing this review in the hopes that I can help others avoid the bald piracy practiced by Hari Dallakoti and his employees. I recommend avoiding Dallakoti locations at all costs. Life is too short.

I went to return an Amazon purchase for the first time, the app said I could take it to UPS Store. Amazon said no label or box required. When I arrived I was asked for a QR code, I didnt know what that was. Without another worth the guy walked away, went to another register and started helping someone else, so rude!! If this was me working there I would have said you can find it in your Amazon app, do you want to look for it while I help the next customer?. I found the scannable code quickly on the app and had to get back in line. He could have waited the whole 20 seconds it took me to find it. This store lacks customer service skills.

The older lady with the short hair is extremely rude. I felt like I was an inconvenience just for coming in to ship a small package. Im new to using selling apps and sending the items I sell so I dont always know what Im doing. She was just awful. However, there is a younger guy, tall dark hair who is absolutely wonderful. He has helped me numerous times and always makes the experience fast, friendly and easy. Hes great!! If I walk in and see hes working, I continue on but if that lady is there I just walk out and go to the other one. She sucks.

This is the closest ups to my house but I’ll drive further for better customer service. Every employee I’ve encountered here are dull and not eager to help. As if they wanted to bring your day down with theirs. I normally give people the benefit of the doubt, i don’t know what’s going on in their lives. But all your employees and every time . This is a problem management needs to address.I miss the store near Sloan’s like. Those guys always were friendly and helpful.... good gosh as I was leaving I realize the man helping me today was the manager. Marcus. The store will be hopeless until the company invest in people with good customer service. It’s not that hard to smile and be nice, times are hard right now and many people would be thrilled to have this job.

Unfortunately, this store provides terrible customer service. I use a variety of UPS Stores each month but this location consistently treats customers poorly and attempts to charge customers without notifying them in advance. Example: an employee attempted to charge me $2.00 for taping an envelope closed and when I questioned this charge she was incredibly rude. I had to talk with the manager, Marcus, who finally fixed this situation. Thanks Marcus! Overall, I recommend using a different store like the one at Wadsworth and 52nd.

Went to this location on 5/11/19 for an Amazon consolidated return, where UPS performs the packaging. When the UPS associate asked for payment for packaging, I put Amazon Customer Service on the phone, who confirmed I should not be paying for packaging. Despite Amazons insistence I should not be charged, the UPS associate proceeded to demand the cost of packaging. Amazon was kind enough to give me $15 for my trouble working with these thieves. I e-mailed this store an offer to discuss the issue with the store manager prior to writing reviews, but they declined to contact me. At least it can be said they are consistent with their terribleness.

I will never go back to this store. I usually print things at my local library but because of the pandemic I have been going to this USP Store near my home. I sent over a b&w 2-page document printed on regular paper and the gentleman who helped me was trying to charge me $2.50. it was a picture of a label on plain b&w paper that I was going to tape to my package with tape I brought in. When I asked about it he was very defensive and rude to me and just asked, do you want it or not.. I paid the money because I needed the print. Then I asked which counter I could use to tape my label to the package because of social distancing and cleaning and he just grabbed the package from my hands and said, Ill do it. He was incredibly rude. I will never patron this store again.

They damage your goods and they refuse to own up to it. Just go somewhere, anywhere else!I craft origami sculpture and brought then a piece for delivery. We discussed how to secure the sculpture to a block of foam inside the box so that it doesnt get damaged during delivery. The new owner described the package as very well secured, but that a piece of the sculpture had been broken off and was found beneath the foam base. She said it must have broken off before delivery because it was so snuggly secured that it wouldnt have slid beneath the foam during transit. I asked for a refund of the shipping since it was damaged during delivery. They asked me for a photo of the box and the damage. Of course since I am the shipper, I dont have that things, but that didnt stop them from calling me there times to ask for the person that I delivered it to. Let me point out that I gave them her phone number and they never contacted the right person, ever. They tell me that they would make a decision on whether or not to refund me and weeks later they are a black hole. They have not refunded me. They have not called me. They dont even reply to my emails on the issue. Save yourself the grief and go somewhere else or you will get nothing but broken shards and no sense of responsibility from them.

MANAGER and STAFF BEYOND RUDE and the store owner is un-reachable to make a complaint at that level. I lodged a formal complaint with UPS corporate. I was told the shops are individually owned and that they would let the owner know of my complaint. I heard nothing back. No voice mails were received if they ever attempted to call me. I went to another friendly UPS store who said they hear complaints about this Wheat Ridge UPS all the time. TERRIBLE. Dont go here!! All I wanted was a 2-sided copy!!

I learned the hard way that taking your package to The UPS Store does not mean it is getting shipped via UPS. I paid $70 to ship a light-weight, medium-sized package with priority delivery. I asked several questions which were answered vaguely (there was plenty of opportunity to clarify this was NOT going to ship by UPS). I was slightly confused about it all, and even more so when my tracking info did not work on the UPS website. After a bit of research, I realized the package was diverted to USPS which only wasted another day of shipping, when I could have paid half the price - and had it delivered on time if I had taken it to the post office myself. The only way I can think to compare is if you order a pizza from Dominos and they give you a DiGiornos (still frozen and a day late). Its not delivery - its The UPS Store. I did not know the stores are franchise operated - so there is no corporate accountability on that end. PS - I contacted Customer Service for UPS and was told that due to the fact it was not shipped UPS there was nothing they would do to help me. They kept insisting that the label was generated by the post office.
