They didn’t mop my hardwood floors and I supplied the Bona cleaner. They didn’t sweep or mop my small bathroom that I supplied the cleaning solution because it’s polished porcelain. They didn’t touch the stairs. The kitchen sink wasn’t cleaned.All they do is dust some furniture and make your house smell good and vacuum! I came home and spent over an hour sweeping and mopping my bathroom, kitchen and living room before tackling the stairs and lastly my kitchen sink.Just look at the pictures of what this company calls “cleaning”. They post on Craigslist so BEWARE of this so called cleaning company that doesn’t know what clean is!

This is the most unprofessional service. All I asked to dust the house and you wouldn’t believe how horrible this company is ... they don’t clean at all just waste of time.. worse part they don’t work to fix the problem instead they don’t pick up the phone. Horrible experience with this company. Unprofessional: didn’t show up and when they rescheduled they were still late. After their “cleaning” they left the toilet clogged and place still a mess and dirty. Will never use again and neither should you if you’re reading this.

I was very happy with the service provided also. They were life savers since I have dogs at my apartment. Im not sure what they did but my house doesnt smell like dogs anymore which is amazing. I hired CCS, inc. to do a move out cleaning on my apartment and was very satisfied I called them. Crew have met all my expectation and details. Not only all standard cleaning requirement was addressed, they went above and beyond, doing much more, as cleaning glass doors, sweeping balcony, scrubbing corners behind appliances. I was really impressed and will use them again for sure. Not only service, I absolutely love the price, $80 more than fair price. Highly recommended!

Excellent Cleaning Service I have ever received. I had them clean and dust my house to get it ready for a little party I was throwing. Let me tell you the compliments i recieved from my guests says it all. They did such a good job cleaning my carpets that it would be impossible to tell that I have 2 cats and 2 dogs. I will happily refer them to all my friends and family. A++++

This was one of the worst cleaning experiences ever! So bad that they sent out the crew four hours later to wash the kitchen floor, clean the stove top and wash one bathroom floor. I loved it when the woman who had originally cleaned the floors walked into my house with a paper towel and proceeded to take sample swipes of the floor to prove to me that shed already cleaned them. To all of our shock, the paper towel was dirty! There were also crumbs all along the kitchen cabinets. Later I moved a few things around on the kitchen counter only to find more crumbs. After they left I then realized that one of the shower stalls had not been thoroughly cleaned. The floor of the shower was clean, but that was all. The soap dish was dirty and the tile on the walls had not been washed down. I will never use this company again! Im editing this comment because I just walked onto my sons room and the window sill and shelf was never touched! I now feel the need to clean my entire house again! I cant believe Im editing this for a second time, but after walking into my daughters room and seeing a cup of chocolate milk still sitting on her nightstand I knew they didnt really clean anything. Theres dust and sticky stuff on her night stand. I cant believe this company is still in business!

I contacted this company to help clean a rental property. They quoted a reasonable price on the phone for cleaning all the walls prior to painting. I will say they did a good job on the 2 bedrooms (which were the worst). I also asked them to clean all baseboards. I called back and added to the work and asked them to clean downstairs basement bathroom floor as well as laundry room floor and wash kitchen cabinets inside and out. The only area cleaned to satisfaction were the bedroom walls. I would refer to this cleaning company as swiffer and spray bottle cleaners. Not once did they fill a bucket with water. Keep in mind this was a rental property that needed more than a swiffer......Cleaning crew consisted of 2 people (one very nice - one very surly) and the female worker did work hard and was very personable. 2 people for 4 hours cost me $220. I asked for receipt for my records and they could not provide this - I phoned company and asked for receipt and they said they would get back to me in 10-15 minutes - I never heard another word.I dont mind the price if the work was done - but when they were done I washed basement floor myself with water and pine-sol and the water was literally black. Kitchen cabinets were obviously not wiped down inside. I was able to sweep up a dust pan full of dirt AFTER they had cleaned laundry floor. I give them 2 stars because they did do a good job on the bedroom walls. However I would not use them again. I think they are probably adequate for basic house cleaning but not for heavier cleaning.

Made an appointment 3 days in advance for a move out cleaning. Cleaners never showed up and gave no notice. Did not return my messages then screened my calls when I tried later. Had to pay double to have a different company come out same day to clean my apartment before the new tenant moved in in the evening. Look elsewhere. Other reviews are all posted at the same time. They seem fake.

We ordered there service to a new house that we just rented, the house was completely empty all carpets on the floor! i specifically asked to please get rid of all the dust! we trusted them and left them to lock up but for 3 hours of work and $150 and we even tipped them looks like nothing was done except the bathrooms...the dust was still everywhere, window cills were dirty, air vents covered in dust, cabinets were sticky and had dripping stains! You have to clean after they clean which is very unprofessional! Older woman that was cleaning didn’t even bend down once! Would never recommend to anyone!

We used them for a period of time. One day the lady came to clean the house and brought who I believe was her son. A young kid. That day I had placed my sons play station vita on the counter so that I could take it to him when I picked him up from school. After they cleaned the house, the device was gone. They denied it. We didnt have any video cameras inside at the time, so we could not prove it or press charges. DO NOT use this cleaning service.

Spent 1 hour cleaning a 1 bedroom apartment, did not clean the shower, bathtub, mirror, toilet. Showed them how to clean the mirror and they refused to clean it. Obvious water spots and smudges. Save your money

We hired them on a NON Contractual basis to clean our house. They showed up 2 hours late so we told them we would no longer require their services. Knowing my fiancé is a real estate agent, they threatened to file complaints against her license if we didnt have them complete the service or pay. I have screen shots and audio/video of the entire interaction via our security system and text. Feeble attempt at that but dont make the same mistake and hire a REAL company with a real office address not an apartment.

These guys rock!!!! Everything that we discussed having cleaned was cleaned and we were charged the quoted price. They were fantastic and did an excellent job.

I was excited to begin moving in to my new home, on the day of close (Fri), but upon seeing the home that evening without the previous owners belongings inside, I realized that the home was much dirtier than I had first thought and I was very disappointed, to the point of buyers remorse.After reading reviews, I called CCS cleaning services early the next morning (Sat) probably around 7:30a, and I was expecting to leave a message, but happily Vera answered the phone. She was very courteous and agreed to meet with me a couple of hours later that morning. She assessed the home and gave me a price of $89.99 up front.The home is about 2165 sq ft. with three beds, 2.5 baths. I gave cleaners the key to the home, came the next morning while I was not there as I was still living in my old home. The new home had some especially dirty places (dark, almost black dirt) on the walls, and the previous owners clothes washer and dryer were still there, dirty, and had some items behind them, (ie. underwear, laundry detergent bottles, hairballs etc.). The duo thankfully removed those items, and cleaned around the washer and dryer the best that they could as well. They had been cleaning for about 2 hours when I went to the home to check on some window sizes. The house was already sparkling and the walls looked amazing! I really couldnt believe it was the same house. CCS had also cleaned the garage door and swept the garage as well.At the time I hired CCS, the kitchen water would not get hot and Im sure that made it difficult to clean, but they did a great job regardless. They finished in plenty of time for the carpet cleaners to make it that same day.Im very happy I chose CCS were very pleasant, honest, and professional- and the house really shined- It made such a big difference to move into a home that I knew was now clean! I highly recommend Colorado Cleaning Service, Inc, and would use their services again.
