Love this place! Attention to detail. Honest about packages and pricing. Scheduling was easy through text.

I purchased a Groupon to get my car detailed. I contacted them multiple times and only received one response via text. After 2 weeks of being unable to even talk to someone to get my car scheduled to be detailed I have cancelled my Groupon and look elsewhere. Dont make the mistake of trying to purchase ahead like I did. Completely unresponsive and poor customer service.

I took my 2000 Tahoe to CrownKote yesterday hoping to have it cleaned up a little after years of Colorado winters, road trips, and our dog riding around in the car. I am absolutely amazed with the job they did. In less than two hours, they took YEARS off my cars appearance, inside and out. Everything looks clean and smells fresh, and has a shine that I havent seen in a very long time. Ill be bringing all my vehicles here for regular detailing from now on. Great service, great value, and amazing work!

I took my 2008 Audi to them for the basic package cleaning. They did a great job - my floor mats were pretty horrific and the crevices between my seats were pretty scary too - they did a great job taking care of those things and more! Great service and friendly people - I would definitely recommend!

Got the essential package from a deal off Groupon. They did a nice job except for missing some areas between the seats and the seat tracks. Online the essential says it includes steam cleaning of carpets and upholstery seats, when I picked it up the guy told me that its not apart of the package? Girl on the phone was friendly and flexible with me running late from another appointment. I would give 5 stars if the seats would have been done like it says online.

I first had them make my car sparkle when it was just the owner mostly. He did a fantastic job. Now that they have grown it wasnt quite the same but 5 stats surely because the price paid equalled or exceeded the work done. Easy to deal with and schedule and again a great owner.

Good prices great product!Took a lil bit to get scheduled 2 calls in and a final return call. A day there and my ride looked great. A little extra detail on finishing and I would have hit with a 5 star, had a few streaks of product here and there but over all a decent job, AND I’ll off set that with the fact the guy doing the job spent some extra time with some touch up paint. Decently happy with the whole experience, I’d rather support “Mom and Pop” style then the big boys, and the friendlyness of the 3 employees I interacted with was great. I’ll take the HotRod back, and I got 4 other vehicles I plan to get done there! Definetly recommend to friends and family! Fully expect this to turn to 5 stars as the business grows!

These guys do a great job every time I bring my car in for interior detailing. I have a dog and they always do a great job getting all his fur out. I highly recommend these guys. Great family business!

The woman I spoke with on the phone and in the office was very nice. The detail I purchased was $154 and I really dont think it was worth it. I was told they would go thru with small tools in the crevices and that was def not done. The entire job took them about an hour. It feels like they just did a basic cleaning which I could have taken to the local car wash to do.

I got the Essential Detail and they did a great job. Excellent communication and service. I would recommend them for anyone looking to have their car detailed.

If you are looking for a good job, this is the place. If youre a stickler for excellence, then you will be disappointed. In fairness to the company, when I pointed out everything I was displeased with, they took the car back for 45 minutes and addressed my concerns. The car, however, was there from 7:30 (10:30 appointment) until 4.Even with that there were still areas missed that I fixed w a Clorox wipe.I could see the wiper blades were not lifted when they cleaned the windshield. Maybe no big deal, but I even do that at the gas station. I upgraded the service to include a carpet shampoo ($50) which seems a bit steep. On a positive note, the exterior looked great and they did a perfect job on the wheels.Nice, courteous people who I believe did their best. They could just use a little more attention to detail (which is what I was paying for).

Got the classic interior and used a coupon code from their website. Absolutely worth even the full price cost to be honest. My car looks brand new! Had to get a tire patched across the street, and the mechanic was also so impressed that he called CrownKote and made an appointment too.

Professional Service best clean for the dollar. Schedule my appointment via text, was the easiest way to get a hold of them. Their quality speaks to why theyre so busy.

Wasn’t horrible but wasn’t worth the price many spots missed, looked rushed...I don’t recommend only based on quality vs price if the price was cheaper I would be back again Engine looked phenomenal though and so did the carpet!

These guys go above and beyond! In an industry that likes to nickel and dime you with add ons here and there these guys shoot straight and are more than fair. I had a vehicle that was in need of mold mitigation as well as pet hair; even at the end of the cleaning they treated my beautiful blue heeler well :) I will go back.

Was there 2 times this year. Had great experience both the times. Was little tricky about directions and you don’t have great ambience but quality is exceptionally good to beat anything else.

I had to turn in a lease and they did a great job getting it sparkling clean.

They did a great job on our car, but it was hard to get in touch with them at first. I scheduled our appointment and because I scheduled it before my Groupon expired they honored it for me. I really appreciate their hard work!

This is not a legitimate business!!!Terrible Customer service and communication. They never answer the phone. Ive called over 10 times in 3 days, and every time the caller is greeted with a message stating that call volume is high, and to allow 48 hours for a call back, or you can text the same number. Texts are answered 3-4 hours later. I finally got an appointment setup. I showed up for the appointment to find a sign on the window stating to ring bell for service and a locked door. They have one vehicle bay which I found out when I walked to the back to look for someone, anyone... At the front, it looks dark and all the blinds are closed (and beet up like they havent been opened in a long time). On the sign, in small print, it states that if the lights are off, its to save power, if the blinds are closed, its to keep the office cool (this was in December, so I figure this is the constant state of their business. I was 5 minutes early, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited for them to show. At appointment time, I tried to call the cell phone 6 times in 10 minutes, and write a text. They got back to me an hour later. I wasted my time clearing all the items out of my car, and planned my day around making the drive to their place. I will never spend a penny at this place with the way they treat customers!

Crownkote detailed my audi and Infiniti and did a great job on both. Im pregnant and had neglected the cleaning for several months and both of my cars look brand new and so shiny! Their prices are great and definitely was a great investment to protect my cars. I can tell the products they used on my cars are going to protect them for a while. I own a large house cleaning business and so Im very detail oriented and pretty picky. They did an amazing job for the price; Im really impressed. Ill definitely be referring people to them and getting regular service for my cars.

They do an excellent detail job, however it is very hard to get in touch with them, to get a call or even a text back. That is my only complaint, however it is a big one. Cant get business if you are not available to receive said business.

Very pleasant experience! My car got the Essential service and it looks beautiful! No more dog hair or mountain muck. Chris was very friendly and they were quite efficient. Helped with shuffling license plates on my moms car too. I had a livingsocial deal, but I would definitely go back and pay full price if I wasnt moving out of state. Thanks Crown Kote!

I used my Groupon with CrownKote to clean up my 2007 Saturn Aura and am so glad I did! The Groupon was a great deal, but I will not hesitate to pay full price when it needs cleaned again. I thought I had done a good job when I cleaned the car myself, but now it looks brand new!!! They even conditioned my leather seats for me even though it wasnt in the deal. I will not take my car anywhere else from now on, they have earned a new customer!

Extremely hard to contact them.. never reply phone call. Always had a reason for not calling back and being busy. The detail work is just below average. Many spots were not cleaned. Very bad experience.

This place is amazing! Just got a Ceramic Pro package and could not be happier. Warranty, nationwide servicing, and the coating is reported on Carfax!To all those complaining about Groupons-you get what you pay for. You wanted a package, that in this companies defense they called Essential. They also have a Classic and Elegance. Cmon people, its all in the names. If you want what you think would be in a classic detail why would you buy something that says Essential. This company does not hide what they do. Every step is listed on their website. Just because you dont know what you are buying from a third party source does not mean you can take it out on a poor review.A great detail shop in the spring and summer should be busy. Just be patient they will get you in. Itll be worth it.
