Engle recorded me in his schedule for the wrong date and time, and when I showed up at the time we discussed he let me sit in his waiting room while he spoke openly with another client (not confidentially) until I got tired of wasting my time and left. He then called me 20 min after he finished with the other client to claim that he scheduled me correctly, and declare that he, cant guarantee other people wont overhear the conversation. Not inspiring any faith. He also became annoyed during our initial conversation when I asked about the fee schedule, raising his voice at me as he explained that he cannot explain the fee schedule without first having a confidential conversation about the details of my invention. It would have been nice to end our interaction there before he had a chance to waste my valuable time.

Went to Denver location . Met with Engels for our free consultation confidential meeting and it was very informative. Very sharp and professional . I had no idea how and where to start with my invention before I went to Inventhelp. And now I’m very happy I chose them to get the process started. Highly recommend Inventhelp .

I have worked with Inventhelp Denver on patenting my invention in 2017, they have a better price than I was able to find on my own. They were highly professional, and the service provided was top notch. I’m looking forward to working with this company on all of my future inventions.

10/10/18- Today I received a call from InventHelps Compliance Officer, Lark, and she was very understanding and wanting to make things right. After speaking with her and she not only listened, she understood and she did make thing right by picking up the extra fees that we were not awareof. Because of her great customer service I am changing my rating from a 1 star to a 5 star. However, nothing has changed as far a Phil Hunt goes, but, Lark has changed my mind about the overall company. In the future I will call her to see where to go to present ideas as I will not deal with Hunt again. Original complaint-My sister, dad and I met with Phil Hunt several months ago and I waited to write this to see if things improved. Things are not better, but worse. We paid InventHelp around $15,000.00, $10,000.00 we had to finance with interest of course. We have had nothing but problems with the finance company and the patent attorney from the start. When we signed the finance papers we thought that covered EVERYTHING. WRONG! Im now getting a call from the patent attorney wanting $443.00 more for filing fee. Every time there has been a problem, and there has been several I place a call to Phil, I now feel that now that he has our signatures and money, hes out, its not his problem, he doesnt want to be bothered and he has not been of any help AT ALL and pretty much will tell you, you need to speak to the patent attorney, you need to speak to the finance company. These are companies that InventHelp hired yet he will not get involved to help, in fact he will turn it back around on you. I worked with InventHelp years ago on another idea and did not go through anything like we are experiencing now, Had I, I certainly would not have gone back and after this experience probably wont turn to Phil Hunt with InventHelp with any future ideas, hopefully someone above Phil sees this and calls me so we can get this resolved so I can continue to work with InventHelp in the future, just not with Phil Hunt. I even asked him for the name of his supervisor and he informed me that he is the district manager of Colorado, as if he doesnt report to anyone. I find it somewhat suspect when you ask someone for their supervisor and they arent willing to give it to you. I wonder if George knows that this is how they treat their clients. I found my call with him today very disrespectful and condescending. I could even hear him giggling in the background throughout our conversation as if this was a joke to him and a waste of his time.

I paid nearly $1,000 dollars for a 46 page book of double spaced sentences, with bold large font letters and out dated information. they didnt even describe my idea correctly and 2/3 of the information contained in the book is completely off topic. the B.I.P. is nothing more than a Resume of your idea. believe me when i say you could make a better resume yourself for less than a hundred dollars. theyre a waste of time and money. take your idea, do your own spot check, spend the money on blue prints, prototypes, patent search, product license and peddle your own invention. do any business with these guys and youll be making payments for the rest of your life with nothing to show for it. I want a full refund. ill even give them back this poor quality book of out dated and irrelevant information that does nothing to summarize the positive and appealing aspects of my idea. Consumer Deception at its best. DONT SIGN THE DOTTED LINE. Youll regret it

I’d would google it yourself to see if it has been already submitted cause they charge like 8000$ or more and if your idea is good and u don’t pay they will steal itUSE YOUR INTERNET TO GET AS MUCH INFO ON SIMILAR PRODUCTS BEFORE CALLING THEM ANDTAKE UR TIME TO LOOK IT UPTHEY ARE NOT FREE BUT THE INTERNET ISSO BEWARE
