Excellent service! We needed a pump and motor for our dishwasher, the tech had to order the part and the office called about a week later letting us know the part had arrived. The tech came the next day. Friendly and professional. I highly recommend!

These guys are great! Cory was out and diagnosed the problem. Due to covid, parts ordered would take about 5 weeks to arrive. Nickie said she was good at looking for parts and could usually get them sooner. She is great! The parts needed were in about a week after diagnosis. Cory came out and of course fixed the problem. Knowledgeable professional and was ready with Options (if Warranty issue dragged on). On his return to complete repair, was completed in less than 45 min. We have been here a few times to buy parts for appliances that have broken and had no problems. Today we brought in a fuse that is used in so many different appliances to replace because it blew. Nope, wouldn’t even look at the fuse. Said if we didn’t have a part number (it’s stamped on it) then he couldn’t help us. He didn’t even bother to look at the thing.

Complete waste of time and money! The only result I got after two weeks was a scratched door. Randy came out and immediately recommended a new control board for $1,188. When that didnt fix the problem, he recommended a new compressor fan. When that didntt fix the problem, he said it could be the compressor. Thats when we parted ways. I wished I had looked at all the negative reviews before calling Jensen! I ultimately found an honest repairman with excellent reviews who was actually able to diagnose the problem over the phone and fixed the problem in less than 24 hours for less than $500. When I shared my experience with this honest repairman, he informed me that he actually worked for Randy at one time and said that my experience with Randy was repeated so often that he ultimately had to leave Jensen. Also, I shared my experience with Randy with my next door neighbor who also used Jensen, and she said she is currently on her third control board. The honest repairman that finally fixed my problem mentioned that he has repaired my model several times and has never replaced a control board. Hmmm!

Our 9 month old freezer stopped working. It was under warranty and Frigidaire sent Jenson out to repair! Not only were they polite, called to confirm my appointment, THEY ARRIVED EARLY! The tech went straight to work, found the problem that really wasnt a big problem, just some ice build up. I appreciated his honesty and quick work! I will use Jensen again for any future needs!

An elderly friend (92 years) called this company because she couldn’t close her refrigerator door properly so she thought maybe the rubber frame of the door needed replaced. He came in, spent 30 SECONDS and came out and told the lady she didn’t need anything for the refrigerator but continued to charge her $89 dollars for the service fee. WTH!!! What service??!! Nothing, completely nothing was done to her refrigerator!! Having to charge an elderly woman that much for a “service fee” is totally ridiculous!! What a rip off!!! He told her there was a container that was pressing against the rubber frame of the refrigerator door and nothing was needed!DO NOT CALL THESES PEOPLE FOR HELP!!! Total rip off!!

Terrible, terrible, terrible company! The owner came to fix an appliance and all he did was argue with the people of our household. When we asked him to please be more polite, he said well Im the owner insinuating that he can act however terribly he would like and there would be no repercussions. When we tried to express our concerns about his solutions he would yell and talk over us, being completely disrespectful. Please do not support a business that has such low quality behavior.

My dryer was not heating and they helped me out to find the problem. They help to troubleshoot the problem which wasnt what I originally thought. I didnt have to throw a bunch of money into buying the wrong parts. Been using then for several years and will continue to do so.

There’s never a good time for a refrigerator to go out. Jensen communicated well and helped me get through the problem. I got a call back within an hour of leaving a message. Jensen prioritized refrigerator issues and got to my place quickly. The tech who visited was even able to help me get the fridge working on a temporary basis during my wait for parts.The final fix was on schedule and on estimate. I’m glad I called. I would use them again.

I’ve used Jensen Appliance for several years since we’ve lived in our home. They are always very thorough, prompt, and courteous. We’ve had an ongoing issue with our icemaker where we have had a few parts already changed out. I’m very impressed with Jensen Appliance, as they could have just continued to replace parts and charge us for this work. They contacted the manufacturer of our refrigerator and are planning on coming to do diagnostics to get to the root of the issue and solve the problem instead of frivolous repairs. I am impressed that they are going the extra mile and highly recommend them for your appliance repairs and needs!

My water line didnt work. First time out, he was there about 20 minutes and charged me $400.00.A couple weeks later it broke again, he was out for 15 minutes. Said that theres a year warranty on repairs and didnt charge me.Another couple weeks and it broke again. Didnt adhere to the year warranty and charged me $89.00.Will NOT call this company again.Felt completely taken advantage of.

Fuming mad. $89 trip charge to tell me I needed a new motor for a high end Samsung Dryer. They told me the motor was blown and it would be $500. I decided against repair, bought new, and sold the (in need of repair) dryer for $50. The guy that bought the Samsung let me know a sock was stuck in the blower. He fixed in 30 minutes. Im out $900.

Professionalism is non-existent. Manager interrupted me multiple times when trying to explain my issues. Refused to help after their repair did not work....still have the same exact problem as I did three weeks ago.They forgot to order the part after week one, were missing parts on week two, and failed to fix on week three.Overnighting parts to fix it myself today........they still got paid.

We were the proud owners of a beautiful 1962 GE Refrigerator. We spent three years trying to find anyone to replace the compressor and we were thrilled to finally find Randy at Jensen Appliance. We hired him and he did a great job replacing the compressor and wiring and paid $1600. Unfortunately, at the beginning of the pandemic, the defrost timer went out on the fridge. Money was tight so when he suggested $800 for a new defrost timer, I volunteered to look for an original part to bring down the price. Apparently, my offer was not received well.After a few months of looking for the part, and failing to find one, we tried to call him back. Unfortunately, he has refused to take our calls. We called his cell multiple times with no response. We called Jensen Appliance and were told a multitude of lies like he was busy or on vacation, etc, etc. We left many, many messages on his cell and at the office to no avail. We did get him on the phone once, said he was busy, but would call us back in 20 minutes. We never heard back. The only time Jensen Appliance cared about us as clients is when we were writing large checks.Today, I had to part with the 1962 GE for $460, a mere pittance in comparison to what we spent with Jensen. I am sitting here writing this review watching the buyer back out of the driveway with tears in my eyes. I had truly hoped Jensen was going to be my go-to for my multiple vintage appliances, but sadly I was wrong. Randy, if you read this, the only thing you deserve is this horrible review and a big middle finger salute! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!

On 03/09/2020, I purchased a new, unopened G.E. refrigerator. On 03/12/2020 I contacted G.E.s repair division and informed them the refrigerator had yet to cool below 45 deg. F, despite the integral digital readout specifying otherwise. Tim with Jensen Appliance & Refrigeration was knocking at my door the following morning (Friday). After removing his shoes before entering(he was not asked to either) he headed to the kitchen. Upon completion of very detailed diagnostics(testing individual components), he deemed the control module unresponsive( not reacting to sensory input properly), he checked parts availability and stated it must be special ordered directly from the factory and shipping would take 7-10 days. The following Friday, anxious to have unit repaired, I contacted Jensens office to see if part had yet arrived,which it had not. The following Monday their office made contact informing me the part had arrived and scheduled the repair for next day. Tim once again arrived on time and quickly R&Rd the module and was on his way. The unit now consistently stays within the preset range (36ish) and never climbs above 40. I rarely write reviews of this nature, however the entire crew at Jensen Appliance and Refrigeration truly deserves it!THANK YOU JENSEN!!

The heating element on our dryer went out, and this is the repair company our warranty provider contracted with. I was thrilled with the level of service that Cory and the team provided. They were super friendly, efficient, and prompt . Cory arrived when he said he would, came with the part in hand, and had the repair complete in less than 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

The technicians at Jenson really know their appliances and do good work. The only reason I would not give 5-stars is they will give you the impression that you work for them. If I’m paying $450 for 20 minutes of work (mostly labor) then I would expect that they would take away the old parts and box materials. Instead, the technician just pointed to the box he left on the floor and said “it’s recyclable” and quickly left. In the box was a large dishwasher pump and his old rubber gloves which I had to dispose of myself. And, he just threw in our sink one of our towels he borrowed to clean-up water with.Bottom-line..... good technical work, but not much as far as customer appreciation.

They were sent by GE Cares in response to our brand new dishwasher not cleaning. Tech came in and obviously did not listen to complaint and already knew what he was going to say. The water is not hot enough was his favorite line. He claimed he was ordering a new heater. Came back 2 weeks later. Claimed we talked about it not drying... which was NEVER mentioned. Again just claimed it was not hot enough water and WE should run the hot water before turning it on( we did this after he ledt first time. 11 dishes came out dirty.Incompetant, do not listen, do not care. Do not use.

I have used Jensen Appliance a few times now. Most recently, I have been having dryer issues, not drying. Brandon came out, figured out that I needed to replace the blower wheel, ordered the wheel then came out a few days later to replace it. While at the house, he quickly checked my dishwasher, determining that the problem was with the plumbing. After the wheel was replaced, I was still experiencing a longer than normal dryer time. Brandon came back out, with an instrument he was able to test the heating of the dryer. The dryer heated extremely well when the dryer vent was removed and the dryer hose wasnt attached to the house vent. So, I need to be more diligent about cleaning the dryer vent - washing it since dryer sheets can cause a buildup - & the other thing he determined was that the dryer vent needs to be cleaned out & the dryer hose replaced. I greatly appreciate his help and information, I was afraid I was going to have to replace the dryer. Additionally, he didnt charge me since it was within the 30 day window. Highly recommend Jensen Appliance!!!

We had a GE dishwasher that was under warranty. The indicator light stopped working. The technician (Sean) seemed to really know what he was doing. Once the part came in, he quickly switched it out with the old circuit board and pointed out where the previous one had shorted out. Weve run a few cycles since then, and everything seems to be working good now.

You will be cheated by Jensen ApplianceI had Jensen Appliance recommended by Kitchenaid to service my refrigerator. It needed a charge of Freon. Their estimate was for over $700 for 5 ounces of Freon with the justification that it was very hard to obtain and very expensive. When I pointed out that R134a was readily available in 30 pound bottles for less than $400 (less than $1 an ounce) I was told that their office decided the price. I sent him packing but had to pay the call out fee of $89. What a ripoff organization. I had another HONEST company come out and do the job for less than $200.

Came out here to Fix LG Refrigerator. Said this is a known problem with LG and that LG only paid for the parts since it was under warranty. Charged me $689 for Labor and the visit (less than an hour work). Called LG and found out this was not correct at all. LG would pay for everything. LG is having to give me credit back.

When I called to schedule an appointment a few weeks ago to have our dishwasher fixed, they scheduled me in within a day and also ensured the parts needed would be on the repair truck. Eric repaired our dishwasher quickly and was very knowledgeable. He also took the time to explain the issue to me. Eric was very professional and friendly. He was calling before he arrived to inform us as to approximately what time he would be there. He wore shoe covers when stepping into the house (that was the first time I have seen a repair person do that before entering my house) which also impressed me. Nearly 2 months ago I was referred to Jensen Appliances for a Home Depot warranty repair on my stackable washer and dryer. Its still broken. Even worse, its been disassembled by a Jensen technician. Each time the service tech came to complete the work, he either didnt have a part, he had the wrong part or not enough parts to finish the job. Jensen now refuses to complete the repair they had started. Nicky, allegedly the owner, could not have been more rude on the phone. If you select Jensen Appliances for your repairs, youre nuts!By the way, I wish that I had looked at their Yelp and Google reviews before inviting them to repair (or not, as is the case) my washer.

We have used Jensen for several years. We mostly buy parts because my husband does most repairs around the house. Several times we asked for a service call and they gave us helpful advice to try first which saved us money on service calls. The few times we have had someone from Jensen come out for repairs, they were knowledgeable, efficient and the prices were very reasonable. We highly recommend them!

Eric didnt give up until he diagnosed and fixed a mystery problem (others were stumped) with our older oven/microwave combo. He saved us buying a new one, and they cost over $2K! I now understand why this company has such negative reviews. As always, I should have minded my fellow reviewers and gone elsewhere. But alas, I was foolish and booked an appointment here anyway for the repair of my less than year old Frigidaire range.Randy (who I understand to be the owner) arrived on time (I will give him that much), entered my home, spent literally 5 minutes on my burner that wouldnt light, charged my $89, was rude, and then left. When I went to make dinner an hour later that same burner that I had just paid $89 was no longer working.I called back to schedule another appointment to fix it once and for all and he was going to charge me another $125!?! I have no problem paying for labor to replace the burner but if the original $89 didnt fix the problem, the least he could do was deduct that from the $125.In short, he came across as a money hungry business owner who was only interested in the fastest, easiest fix possible, with no concept of customer service. Little does he know we buy and sell homes for a living and often need repairs done to appliances. Lucky for Randy, we wont be bothering him with our hard earned money. Perhaps his other employees are different but I can only go by my experience.In an age where consumers (fortunately or unfortunately) are armed with the internet to help inform where they take their business, you would think a small business owner would do everything possible to do right by the people who keep his doors open.

Took a month to get parts for my refrigerator, then came and installed them, 1. Ice Maker, didnt work. (Still not working) 2. Baffle to regulate how cold fridge gets, didnt stop my fridge from freezing food in it.Asked them to come back and take another look but said they need to come after 4:00 pm, when I get home as I had already taken 2 days off work for this, they were not at all willing to work with my schedule.

Have been a customer of Jensen appliance for a few years but never again. Recently had a negative experience with the owner. I had an issue and disagreement over some work he said he performed that I was not satisfied with. When I contacted him to resolve the issue he threw a tantrum, yelling and threatening to take me to court. It was like trying to deal with a 3 year old. Apparently I am not the only customer he has lost because of his rude behavior. Go elsewhere for appliance repair.

I would give Jensen more than 5 stars if I could. After a disastrous experience with Sears service (dont buy Kenmore Elite or try to use them!) that entailed a service tech not showing up, hours on the phone, and the offer to re-schedule the repair of our REFRIGERATOR another 10 days out, I threw in the towel and called Jensen. They generally dont work on our fridge (LG) but Tim was out the next day to install parts. When things didnt go as planned and the fridge was throwing an undeciperable code, he was on the phone with the LG engineering team the next morning and fixed the fridge quickly. Ive always had good luck with them in the past, but this most recent experience was simply above and beyond.

My parents had a 50 year old oven which needed major repair and new heating elements. With my moms dementia, from being 91, we were worried that she could not deal with a new, all digital oven. Jensens Appliance and Repair was able to find parts and rejuvenate the oven. They are also kind enough to deal with her dementia when she called almost every day. Recommendation: GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY Dont let yourself be Overcharged. A trip visit to tell you - clean your dryer vent (we do not do that). What ever happened to customer service. This is something they could have asked/shared without coming out to my home (to earn their money), if I still had a problem - then it would be worth paying them to come out and charge the trip charge. Then they bill more and do not even discuss or inform you of the additional charges. I was charged for additional questions and to see if they had parts for my oven (which they do not).

I scheduled an appointment with this company over the official Whirlpool website. I received a confirmation and a time window. No one ever came to our home. I didnt even get a call until I called their office and asked if someone was coming? Still havent heard back from them.That being said, please take this as honest customer feedback. Horrible customer service, and the manager is so rude on top of the incompetence! They came out to look at my daughters warrantied microwave and said they needed parts and would reschedule. They never did. She followed up a couple months later and they made an appointment. They did not call to say they were on their way. I missed them by 5-10 minutes. They took the time to leave a note saying they missed us and reschedule, but they couldnt call to state they were there and no one was answering the door. I spoke to the manager immediately after seeing the note, and asked for the repairman to return since he had JUST left. She was too busy arguing with me to call him in a timely manner. We went with another repair service who told us the outlet was damaged and the microwave worked! Jensen was not only unprofessional, but they were trying to fraud the warranty company by claiming a repair with parts was needed when it wasnt. I am calling Frigidaire to let them know about the attempted fraud and hope they cancel their contract with this company.

We have frequented Jensen since we moved to Wheat Ridge 13 years ago. All of our experiences have been positive. I am sure in this industry its hard to keep really good field technicians, and some of the bad reviews might be because of that, but everyone we have dealt with has been knowledgeable and personable.When Ive gone to the store, they have been very helpful. I have bought several parts from them, and they have always been willing to talk about how to do the repair. Once, when our ice machine went out, they had me bring it in, and showed me how to fix it rather than sell me a new one. Weve had them to our house to help fix a dryer, dishwasher and just recently, our refrigerator. We have had nothing but good experiences.

Im not impressed. I booked this appointment on a Tuesday, they couldnt get me in until Friday & werent able to give me a time slot until day of. They were supposed to call me and let me know when that time slot was, but never did. So I called them 20 minutes after they opened and they still didnt have a time for me. An hour later, they still hadnt called. So I called them back and they were coming within the hour. I cancelled the appointment and went with Appliance Concierge Services instead. Right from the start the experience has been superior.

Hate giving 1 star, but wish I could leave something lower based on my experiences. Save yourself time and pick another appliance repair shop. If your appliance is on warranty, dont waste your time as you are not a priority to this company. When my fridge started having problems, I got set up with this company thru the fridigaire warranty Dept. After 3 appointments ( one which they didnt even show up for) my problems kept getting worse. Documented my issues with pictures and videos of the sounds the appliance was making and continued to try to get their help. They would buy parts with out even coming back out to check after 1st faulty repair, so not sure how they knew what parts to buy. They thought they knew the solution based on the make/model of the fridge and didnt want to look at any of the videos or photos I took before proceeding with they thought the issue was. Talking with the owner on the phone is a waste of time because you always feel like you are a nuisance. After 6 weeks, continually reaching out, and still no working fridge, I called back to get another appt. They told me was fridge was fine, my ticket was closed, and if I wanted more help to reach back out to Fridigaire and put another request through them. Thru Fridigaire, I was able to get another denver appliance company to come within days ( not wait 2 weeks in-between each appt like Jensens does). The new company took the time to look at my videos and pictures of the fridge and make the repairs in just a few hours. They even let me know that the parts werent reinstalled properly by the previous repair man (Jensens). As stated above,I really hate leaving negative reviews, however hoping this helps someone make better appliance repair decisions. Wishing they would have cared more about me as a customer instead of making me feel like an annoyance

We were referred by Frigidaire through our warranty for two separate issues which we have have been trying to get resolved since March 2017.The guys have been out three times working on different parts and replacing them to find the correct fix. Today will be the fourth visit. We have been very patient and understanding with this company, up until this point (September 2017). We should have trusted our gut and chose to go with another company after the second repair was made, but had short lasting results. We continued to choose the company as the service men were nice and the company was local.With the most recent repair needing another part which had to be ordered, we waited for their call on when it would be in. After at least a month with no call, we figured it was on back order like the previous parts needed. We finally decided to follow up and sure enough the part was in. Who knows for how long, but we were not contacted as told.When trying to schedule for the work to be done, my boyfriend asked if they would come in the morning or afternoon so he could coordinate with work for the time off. He was told it would be an all day repair, which he couldn’t do. Seeing how this is the FOURTH time we would be needing to take time off work, I called to see if any appointment times worked with my work schedule. I too asked, would it be in the morning or afternoon so I could take the least amount of time off as possible. I was shocked to hear it was an all day repair as previous visits had taken no more than several hours. But, I proceeded with making the appointment and took the whole day off.Today is repair day #4. I contacted the office promptly at 8am to see what time they would be arriving. When I was transferred to Ryan and told he would be here between 1-3pm, I responded politely and asked to be transferred back to main office. Nikki answered and pulled up our ticket. When I explained I was calling to let them know I was annoyed and frustrated with taking off the entire day of work because I was told it was an all day repair, she apologized but it was insincere. She went on to state she would never state repairs took all day and there must have been a miscommunication. I find it strange, seeing how my boyfriend was told the same thing. Needless to say, we will not be using them again for future repairs and fingers crossed fourth attempt actually works to fix our fridge.

Jensens are amazing; and so honest and fair. We have used them much in the past; and always been pleased. Then I had a slight issue with a gas cooktop; the tenant said all of a sudden IT JUST STARTED CLICKING and would not stop. I called Jensens and a nice lady that answered the phone chatted with me. SHE SUGGESTED I ask the tenant if they had in fact boiled water or something over; or if they had been cleaning the cook top and maybe used too much water. WELL GUESS WHAT--that was the issue; once the cook top had a few days to dry out--it worked like a charm. THAT IS GOOD SERVICE; WHEN YOU HELP YOUR CLIENTS DECIPHER POSSIBLE ISSUES BEFORE COMING OUT AND CHARGING FOR A SIMPLE ISSUE. I cannot recommend Jensens enough. They are great, we need more service people LIKE THIS. Thanks again.

We had a dishwasher repair. The guy came out and said I cant get your dishwasher out, so I cant fix it. To my wife, he says have your husband cut the floorboard and call us back out. He gave my wife what he thought was the problem, and went on his way.So, we had a different company come out two days later. First, they had zero problem getting the dishwasher out. Second, the diagnosis from the Jensen guy was totally wrong. Unfortunately, they were pretty useless.

I would never use Jensen again!! We had warranty repair work completed on our refrigerator. When they come out they make you sign a damage waiver first thing. During the first repair they broke a glass shelf, then rolled the appliance out over the glass causing damage to the wood floor. When I complained of the gouges and scratches they caused by rolling over the glass- their response was - not our problem, you signed the damage waiver. The entire warranty repair started on 7/28/18 and the broken shelf was just replaced yesterday, 10/4/18. Jensen never made our repairs a priority.

They have sent the service to Jensen multiple times and Jensen just keeps telling me that they are too busy to do the warranty wok right now, sorry. I used Jenson to repair an older model oven. I am satisfied. I read some of the reviews before calling and didnt know what to think. I think their prices could be construed as expensive but the reality is most things cost more than you would think this days.I can contrast this experience with Sears repair a year ago, and it was the same price but I basically had to convince the guy to make a simple repair on an old stove. He suggested I buy a new one.The Jensen tech was experienced and understanding that not everyone has the money to replace a stove when something little goes wrong.

Terrible customer service . they were referred by Frigidaire to me to come service my new fridge. I called to confirm the appointment the day before, they couldnt confirm it but they told me they will see me in the afternoon. after finally getting a call the day of service, they said they can only come in the morning (i planned on leaving work early to make this appointment) they promised to find someone and to call me back, after several hours and no phone calls from them,finally one of their operators tells me that they dont do appointments past 3 o clock?!?! my main frustration is that if they know they dont do appointment past 3 o clock, why would they have me calling back? A lack of professionalism, customer service and dedication is what makes more sense to me. I write this as an advise to people that value their time and cannot be taking time of and be at the mercy of a company like this.

They broke my machine and wouldnt fix it.These guys came out to repair our dryer that had a slight rattle. After one month and 5 visits, they have totally broken the dryer. IT NO LONGER FUNCTIONS. They claim that it was not their responsibility and since it was under warranty, they never actually worked for us in the first place. Spoke with the owner of the company and she said that we cant hold them responsible, since it no longer rattles. Hard to rattle when it DOESNT WORK.Bottom line, they lied to us, stalled the repair, wasted our time and broke our machine. Use at your own risk.

I used Jensen Appliance through Whirlpool warranties. They gave me a 4 hour window (8-12). They called and said that they would be here at 10.At 10:30 I called and asked what was happening. There response was that he would be here in 20 min. He showed up at 12:20 which was outside of the original window and 2 hours and 20 mins past the time they stated when they called.The repair man was rude and made no apology for coming in late. He was in my house for 2 min before he said that it would be ordered and he would come back in around a week.The customer service department said that they had no idea why he was late and that I should ask him. He blamed the warranty company for all problems.

Dont use this company- first they break something, then they try to rip you off. We called Jensen Appliance and Refrigeration to replace a heating element in a dryer. After Randy removed the old heating element, he tried to thread the new heating element into the insulator and completely destroyed it. Well, thats not so bad, as long as Jensen replaces it. When we asked about replacing the insulator, Randy said it would cost over $100 PLUS LABOR. Thats right, even though he destroyed it, the company will not replace the element free of charge. By the way, if you look online an insulator for an old dryer runs $12 and a whole repair kit can be purchased for under $15. Avoid them if you dont want to be ripped off!

Sent a tech to my home, who reeked of partying the night before, the day after Christmas. His malodorous presence yielded no diagnostic tests on a range and declared its probably the thermometer. Thunderstruck by his intuitive sense for appliances, I declined his $160 thermometer install, and opted to replace the part myself for less than $20.Guess what, that wasnt it. I know, shocking. They the refused a refund of my service call fee after I incurred the expense of having another company repair the range. Avoid these people like the plague, if you roll the dice, only pay with plastic so you have charge-back recourse.

When my double oven wouldnt heat I called jesen. Terry answered and he was polite and said he could schedule me the same day. Brandon tech called and gave me a 1-3 window. when he arrived he shook my hand like a gentleman as he introduced himself. He was on time and had my oven fixed in 45 minutes. He took his shoes off at the door and used a blanket to cover my floor to lay parts out. He is a knowledgeable service man who cared about my house. Id rate the zero stars if possible.My Frigidaire dishwasher stopped working. It just stopped responding to commands from the control panel. I called Frigidaire and they said that Jensen Appliance had the earliest availability. They came out two days later. Very prompt service. So far, so good.Then, tech arrives. After messing with it for 30 minutes, he puts it back together, and lo and behold, it works! He said that he (Jim) didnt know how he fixed it (red flag #1) but decided to call it good anyway and go home.Literally 5 minutes later the dishwasher stopped working. I called Jim, and he said, Ok, I think I know what it is. Ill order the part. Well call you in about a week when it arrives. So another week without a dishwasher. Great.Then, a week passes, no phone call. I had to call them. When I called, the guy I spoke with was like, Oh yeah! We got that part today! Well have Jim call to set up an appointment time! What a coincidence.Ok. Jim came out two days later. After about 5 minutes, he turns to me and says, We ordered the wrong part.You ordered the wrong part?! This is your job! Appliance repair, but you dont know what appliance parts to order? Did you just shoot in the dark and hope you hit something?Anyways, he left, called back and said that the part would arrive the following Monday. This is on Wednesday (today). Who knows if they ordered the right part this time. And, I have to wait another week for a new part that may or may not be correct.Jim is very nice. But the company is terrible. Please please please dont put yourself through this. Call your appliance manufacturer and tell them anyone but Jensen.

My criticism is with Whirlpool and their authorized repair company, Jensen Appliance. On June 10th I installed my new Whirlpool dishwasher and it leaked badly. I called and talked to the technician before he came out. I told him what 2 parts were needed. Neither part was in stock, it would take a week for them to come in. 8 days later I called Jensen back to find out about the parts. He said the parts would be in the next day (these two things, me calling them and the part coming in the next day would be a recurring theme.) Two or three days later I hadn’t heard from Jensen, so I called them again. They said only one part had come in and they weren’t sure when the other part would come in. We agreed to have him come out and replace the part they received. We set up a visit and he called that morning to set the time. I planned to leave work to be there at the beginning of the 2 hours. My wife was home, but taking the dogs elsewhere and I wanted to be there with the technician. He arrived 30 minutes early. I was on the way home to arrive at the scheduled time. My wife called me to tell me as she was backing out of the garage to leave, the technician was standing there calling, “Hello, Hello”, at her. The appointment wasn’t with her. It was a little rude. I got home at the scheduled time. If you have a customer who is agitated, you apologize and explain. He tried to convince me that since his previous appointment had cancelled that he thought she could help him get it done sooner. It took him a few minutes to replace the part and was leaving. While he was leaving, he then apologized, while again trying to justify why he thought she might have helped him. I could tell he was in a hurry, he was almost running out of the house, across the porch to get to his truck. His apology came as he was walking away, without slowing down or turning around to talk to me. I was told the 2nd part would come in 2 weeks. About 16 days later I called them. They discovered the part would be in the next day. Should have called them sooner… They would call me and schedule when they could come out. 8-10 days went by and I called them back again. She told me the part hadn’t come in yet. I explained it was supposed to have been there over a week ago. She was going to research it and call me back. To be fair, this time Jensen did call me back. She said the first part was there and the second part had come, but hadn’t been assigned to them, that they could get another one the next day. I explained the first part had already been replaced. I scheduled with her to have a technician come out the next week. The technician called on the scheduled day and told my wife he would be there at 9:30, after he “stopped to get the parts.” He showed up, came in, and started looking at the dishwasher. I started talking about the issue and the parts, and he knew nothing about parts. He just came to see what needed replaced. He didn’t have the part we had been expecting for weeks and had been assured was there. I explained to him also, that the first part had already been replaced. He assured me he would look into the 2nd part we needed. He came out the next day with the part. Bottom line: It took Whirlpool and Jensen 47 days, or 35 business days to fix my brand new dishwasher’s 2 parts. I was given or had the following impressions: Jensen informed me that Whirlpool was not able to supply the parts in a timely manner. Jensen Appliance was rushed and disorganized (didn’t show that the first part had been replaced already; sent out a technician without the parts we had been waiting to arrive for 3 weeks,) and lacked one of the primary tenets of customer service – Keep the customer informed, especially so that they don’t feel they have to continue calling you.

Terrible. Worst customer service I have experienced. Tech came out to fix our dishwasher which was not draining. Disconnected the hose, which resulted in flooding our kitchen wood floors. Lack of owner and staff communication resulted in service and parts order being cancelled, without notification to us. After a 1.5 hour phone call arranging with Kitchenaid to have parts and service covered, Jensen Appliances owner refused to have the service work completed by them. I would never use Jensen Appliance again.
