DR Pool service was servicing another customer on our block so we tried them. WE have a salt water filtration system which they totally ignored and added liquid chlorine. We constantly had to watch what they were doing as they never clean the filter or the baskets unless we were watching them. The pool was never properly cleaned and always looked dirty. We complained to them many times After 3 times we gave them 30 day notice. The woman who is incharge of billing is very unprofessional and rude. I would never recommend these people. Bottom line they charge for things they did not do as we watched them when the servicing was done. If it rains they did not come and would charge you for the service

I’ll consider finding different pool cleaner, they absolutely don’t know how to keep their bookkeeping records, the lady who answer doesn’t even understand or know what’s going on, they didn’t clean the filter for so long at one point we found lots of dirt and bottle tops inside the filter; long after we closed our accounts they keep sending us bill, good thing we have records of our payments.

Im not one to write reviews. However, this company deserves my recognition. I just moved into this house and the pool light was not working. It turned out that the electrical wiring was so bad that it would have been easier for them to tell me that it couldnt be fixed and just return my money. Nevertheless, they came out 3 times and didnt give up until they were able to fix it. Im in sales and know that service is everything. Im so impressed with them that I had to call and let them know how much I appreciate their job. The pool light makes all the difference in the world. My family will enjoy that sight for years to come because of the awesome job you have done. I so much appreciate it. As i said, Im not one to write reviews. However, you deserve it. Great job to those 4 guys that worked so hard in fixing the problem. I hope I let you know how much I appreciated your efforts. Eduardo, I understand why you have been in business so long with so many loyal customers. I too will be one. Thank you and thank your guys for me please.

We have been doing business with Dr. Pool for over 10 years. They are hands down the best pool company in South Florida. They have maintained our pools and also we built a large spa with them along with a massive patio expansion. They are honest, professional, punctual, responsive! Eduardo, the owner, and his staff, were amazing to deal with, until Nancy started working there. I’ve gotten terrible service and attitude from her.She has no knowledge of the difference between diamond brite and jewel scapes. Also had no idea of what I needed to have done for my pool service. Kept calling back and asking the same question. I paid but I never got my pool serviced and now it needs extra work to be done.I just switched companies to a hopefully much better company.

Dr. Pool recently repaired our pool and we are very satisfied with the quality of their service. They showed up on time and were very professional. Hard working people.
