Our condominium association had A & A perform a major repair, replacing the piston on our elevator, which they did as promised and on budget. This has been followed with a maintenance contract with them during which time (four months) their service has been excellent! They are timely, thorough, their techs very polite and professional and office staff immediately responsive to any communication. I can wholeheartedly recommend A & A to anyone in need of repair or maintenance!
