After reading these reviews I hired Cloud Mobile Forms to create & implement a unique data management system in zoho one. I was curious to learn the relational syncs between zoho one apps while gaining more zoho knowledge. My needs are very specific and require the ability for frequent revisions. My company is small & doesnt require all of the bells & whistles zoho offers. The project specifics were detailed during the consultation, live sessions & in written communications. Despite constant concern for the project it continued moving in the wrong direction. Useless processes were created and very specific requests overlooked. Feeling frustrated that a lot of time used for live sessions was spent discussing topics unrelated to my project such as becoming a zoho partner, I decided to request all communication through email. Ariel assured me during the consultation he could meet my needs & instead created useless forms, processes and unnecessary workflows. My input fell on deaf ears. Development time & money was wasted creating what he felt was priority over the main focus of the project. Ariel refunded the unused portion of my retainer less a $45 processing fee and the amount for his time creating chaos in my zoho account. My time & money now wasted on systems useless to my company. Refund was processed through venmo which doesnt charge fees. After raising multiple concerns throughout this experience, his final email stated Our business is about your satisfaction and not about your money yet he was compensated for ALL of his hours.
