The guy weighted my merchandise and said 9 lbs, then he added 4lbs for the container box which I think only weigh 2.2 lbs. Overall, I like the fast service, somewhat friendly.
Great place to rent a mailbox. They have a guy that receives all your packages when they arrive just like any other place does.
Mail gets stolen from this place somehow
This is a rip off place. Also the fax machine is old and slow. I went here get my fax done, it cost me $2.00 per page. I have to wait atleast 5 to 10 min to get the copy to show the fax went throught. The next few days I went to Mail Center on Brookhurst in Westminster corner of Brookhurst and Edinger, it cost me only $1.00 per page and with 1 minute you got the copy of prove that the fax went throught.
