Our company worked with DMS Management Solutuons for about three years and were very happy with their ability and attention to our account. Our current team of Sean, Sam, Brandy and Bob has been great. Inevitably, not everything goes as it should and that happened here too related to the turnover of a DMS employee, however, once the issue was identified DMS reacted professionally and with sense of urgency to get things back on track. More than a year later as our company is transitioning to in house accounting staff DMS has again responded professionally to help us transition smoothly.

As a small business with a full charge bookkeeper we expertly handles the day to day financials like A/P and A/R, payroll and bank reconcilliations, but its really nice to have DMS swoop in for 3 hours a month to eyeball our #s in Quickbooks with a CPAs knowledge and bring my attention to any issues that become apparent while our DMS rep Kristen goes thru our P&L and Balance sheet every month. And my CPA is grateful that the accountants copy we send him at years end are in great shape as coding errors or oversights are fixed each month while the info is still fresh in our minds and we are not trying to figure out what an expensive item was 8 months later.
