The lone employee took my money and accepted a $2 tip. He then pushed a button and walked off into the building. He didnt spray my car off, just walked away. Its February and loads of dirt, ice and snow on my car. I rolled thru the car wash and came out with a pretty miserable looking car. I figured there was no use complaining to this attendant seeing how he obviously knew he did nothing to support his product, so I reached out to Bee Clean on-line, told them my whole story and how ripped off I felt.Thats why I am posting. Even those at the home office seem NOT to care. No reply whatsoever.There are far better options folks. If those at the top dont care, it rubs off on the staff obviously.

Older facility. Price very reasonable, but missed a lot of spots on rear of SUV.

Service good not long to wait car comes out clean.can use the vaccum to clean out your car yourself.

The people are what make this location worth visiting. they are nice ,promt and get the job done as fast as they can. the drying machines need improved. keep up the good job here. this location does not break down and the hours are pretty good except evening hours on maybe thursday might be an improvement.

For $10 its hard to beat. Its a good car wash, its not dealership prep quality, but again for the money they do a good job. If you want your car perfect, wash it yourself!

$5 for a car wash is great, be careful if you are pulling out onto Dover though, its usually pretty slippery.

In the past, the attendants were rude and pushy with pressuring you to buy a $10 wash. The last two times I have been there (today being the second) the attendant was SO nice and polite. He was so kind that I just got the $10 wash without being asked and gave him a tip. Its amazing how far manners and kindness get you. I wish I got the gentlemans name but I wouldnt lose him if I were the management.

You may see small scratches on your vehicle after the wash.

Love the 5 min time out to treat my cat right. I get the $5 wash. And give the attendent a $1 tip. They are always delighted I stopped in.Check out the Free Vacume just out side. So much easyer than doing it with the vacume at home.When you stop in tell them Joe sent you...they will say Joe Who...thats me...

It was very easy to get a monthly wash plan. The washes are good but the drying could be better, especially around the mirrors and trunk lid.

Pretty so-so car wash. The equipment is pretty old and the people arent too friendly. There are plenty of good options out there that youd be better off using.

Wow, on 11/20 in the afternoon, I asked for the regular wash and added the wheel cleaner and I couldnt believe how well the wheels were cleaned. There was only one gentleman working at the time and he handled all 4 wheels himself before I entered. Thank you and wish I would have gotten his name.

Their machine broke off my mirror on my brand-new car. They do not want to accept any responsibility because they have a sign that states this. Horrible customer service very disrespectful and at the end of it my car still looks like crap because their car wash does not clean your car that great.

I loved that I got the free vacuums after my car wash, but the car wash I paid for, which was the most expensive one, didnt clean everything off of my car.

Usually a pleasant experience but today I had paid for all the buzz Definitely was not pleased, there was still snow and salt pretty much all over my car and my car was rushed threw..

Got the basic wash and was mediocre my we’re still Filthy after the wash, the wheels were not even touched although they did say it was included with the wash. Will not return

I specifically asked for the five dollar car wash. The attendant insisted on a $10 wash; I again stress the five dollar wash. I looked at my bank account the following day and I was charge for the $10 wash. Unacceptable Business practices

Paid for the wheel scrub, the right rims were clean, left rims filthy. Reason being the attendant on the left only sprayed my car, the attendant on the right did his job.
