Billy was beyond knowledgeable and helpful! Moving from a different state and trying to switch plans of renters and car insurance seemed daunting but it was seriously so easy and Billy covered all the bases with giving me multiple options and describing which were most beneficial and why. I ended up with way better coverage at a cheaper price. Easiest transition ever, and he was extremely kind and attentive. Couldn’t have asked for a better agent to help me make the switch!

My current insurance company made my rate go way up on my renewal. I got a quote from State Farm and Matt D was extremely helpful. friendly, personable, and professional. He was able to keep my insurance monthly price just about the same as what I’m currently (and comfortable) paying. He also was able to get me higher coverage than what my current insurance company gives me. He responded to my emails quickly and answered all my questions on the phone. The process of buying a new insurance policy from a different company was the easiest it’s ever been for me after being with two other companies before. I feel a lot safer and at ease to drive now knowing that I have a really good agent / company on my side. Definitely recommend this branch!

Excellent representation in all of my Insurance needs for many years now. My Father started me out with State Farm when I was discharged from the Navy way back in the 1960s! He had been using State Farm for many years also.I have two great examples for the amazing service from Billy Tecklenburg State Farm and what they have provided me. My Health and my Auto Insurance particularly significant. The first was when I experienced an Aortic Aneurysm and required a week-long hospital stay after my surgery to install a new Heart Valve, the total hospital bill was over six figures which State Farm had paid the entire balance of what my MediCare didnt cover. Then most recently, in February of 2019 I was involved in a devastating auto accident which totaled my vehicle! The long and short of this story is that within 10 days I had a Cashiers Check in the mail which covered the cost of purchasing a new vehicle for me. With only a few pertinent questions asked, I was able to visit a new car dealer and ended up with a brand new 2020 sedan!One more thing; not only will you receive the best and quickest of service for your Insurance needs (I also have my home insurance with State Farm), but I can truthfully say that it is always with the most gracious of attitudes from all the personnel within this office!All of the above have been quick and efficient service and always with a very personable smile!Thank you!Paul David ODowd

I was looking for a place to offer full coverage renters insurance as my boyfriend and I were moving into a new townhouse. I put in an inquiry and received a phone call within minutes from a State Farm Representative in Kentucky. Ive been dealing with back and forth insurance problems because of covid-19,and I had really given up hope when I was quoted by the general for $357 a month for auto insurance. I had truly given up hope. As we settled in and I had become more comfortable with my new position at work, it was time to review and understand my benefits both for me at work and for my family and me now being Ohio residents. This happened to be Billy Tecklenburg.Being from a small town, there is not much I despise more than a fast talking salesperson whose only goal is to get folks to sign the dotted line before they know what hit them. So, I am always a bit on guard as I walk into these encounters, whether it be insurance, purchasing a car, or even shopping for a new TV.Folks, I am here to tell you that Billy made me feel right at home. So much so that I felt strongly enough to put time on my calendar to write this review this morning. He took time to get to know me and understand how my kids were settling into their new school district. He reviewed my coverage from my previous insurance thoroughly and was straight forward regarding where there was value to be added for my family and me.
